Abstract

Abstrak                                                                                                                       Penelitian tentang “Penerapan Metode Inkuiri Terbimbing untuk Meningkatkan Aktivitas dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas VII SMPN 12 Banda Aceh pada Materi Klasifikasi Materi dan Perubahannya” telah dilaksanakan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendiskripsikan aktivitas, hasil belajar dan respon siswa terhadap penerapan metode inkuiri terbimbing pada pembelajaran klasifikasi materi dan perubahannya. Pendekatan dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif dan deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di SMPN 12 Banda Aceh pada September 2017. Yang menjadi subjek penelitian ini siswa kelas VII SMPN 12 Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 19 siswa, yaitu 11 siswa laki-laki dan 8 siswa perempuan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian menggunakan beberapa teknik, yaitu tes, observasi, angket, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian aktivitas siswa untuk pertemuan I, II dan III pada tahap pendahuluan, inti, dan penutup berturut-turut adalah sebagai berikut: 71,1%, 74,7%, 78,9%; 80,7%, 75,4%, 78,5 dan 85,1%, 81,9%, 82,5%. Hasil belajar siswa diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 72,11, dikategorikan baik. Ketuntasan siswa secara klasikal adalah 84,21%. Persentase nilai angket tanggapan siswa pada indikator I, II, DAN III berturut-turut adalah 83,9%, 80,7% dan 80,1% dengan kategori baik. Kesimpulan yang diambil dari hasil penelitian yaitu metode inkuiri terbimbing dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kels VII SMPN 12 Banda Aceh pada materi klasifikasi materi dan perubahannya.Kata kunci: Inkuiri Terbimbing, Aktivitas Siswa, Hasil BelajarAbstract Research has been conducted entitled "Application of Guided Inquiry Method to Increase Activity and Student Result of Class VII SMPN 12 Banda Aceh in Material Classification Material and Its Changes". This study aims to describe the activities, learning outcomes and student responses to the implementation of guided inquiry methods on the classification of material and its changes. This research uses a qualitative approach and the type of research is descriptive. Location of research at SMPN 12 Banda Aceh in September 2017. The subjects of this study are students of class VII SMPN 12 Banda Aceh consisting of 25 students, which is 16 male students and 9 female students. The sampling technique is by total sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study are tests, observations, questionnaires, and interviews. The results of the research activities of the students for meetings I, II and III at the preliminary, core and closing stages are as follows: ,1%, 74,7%, 78,9%; 80,7%, 75,4%, 78,5 and 85,1%, 81,9%, 82,5%. The mean value of student learning outcomes of 72.11, is categorized well. Students mastery is classically 84.21%. The percentage of student questionnaire responses in indicators I, II, and III were 83,9%, 80,7% and 80,1%, respectively. Based on the research result, it can be concluded that guided inquiry method can improve the activity and learning outcomes of students kels VII SMPN 12 Banda Aceh on material classification materials and its changes. Keywords: Guided Inquiry, Student Activity, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

AbstrakTelah dilakukan penelitian tentang karakterisasi sediaan ekstrak daun belimbing wuluh sebagai pembersih wajah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik sediaan ekstrak daun belimbing wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi L) untuk digunakan sebagai pembersih wajah.  Sedian dibuat dengan menggunakan metode ekstraksi maserasi dan evaporasi, Rendemen produk ekstrak kental daun belimbing wuluh 30.93%. Karakterisasi sediaan dilakukan dengan beberapa pengujian sesuai SNI masker wajah yang meliputi uji homogenitas, uji pH, dan uji daya sebar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk masker dari ekstrak daun belimbing wuluh memiliki sifat homogen, nilai pH 5 dan daya sebar 6, dengan demikian sediaan masker daun belimbing wuluh telah memenuhi standar SNI dan dapat direkomendasikan untuk dipergunakan sebagai masker wajah. Kata kunci: belimbing wuluh, maserasi, ekstraksi, karakteristik, pembersih wajah AbstractHas been done research on characterization of leaves extract leaf belimbing wuluh as facial cleanser. This study aims to determine the characteristics of leaves extract leaf belimbing wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi L) to be used as a facial cleanser. Sedian made by using the method of maceration and evaporation extraction, yield content of leaf belimbing wuluh 30.93%. Characterization of the preparation was done by several tests according to SNI face mask which includes homogeneity test, pH test, and spread test. The results showed that the mask product from wuluh belimbing leaf extract had homogeneous characteristic, pH value 5 and spreading power 6, thus the leaf belimbing wuluh leaf mask has fulfilled SNI standard and can be recommended to be used as face mask.Key words:  belimbing wuluh, maceration, extraction, characteristics, facial cleanser

Abstract

AbstrakTelah dilakukan penelitian yang berjudul implementasi metode praktikum berbasis lingkungan pada materi laju reaksi di kelas XI SMA Dayah Terpadu Inshafuddin Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan, ketuntasan hasil belajar, aktivitas pembelajaran, dan respon peserta didik selama berlangsungnya pembelajaran dengan metode praktikum berbasis lingkungan lingkungan. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas XI IPA 2 yang berjumlah 19 orang perempuan. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah observasi aktivitas, hasil belajar, dan angket tanggapan peserta didik. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah soal tes, lembar observasi aktivitas, dan angket tanggapan peserta didik. Teknik analisis data yang ketuntasan belajar, aktivitas belajar, dan tanggapan peserta didik dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil analisis data diperoleh persentase rata-rata ketuntasan hasil belajar sebesar 79,8% (kategori baik). Rerata aktivitas belajar peserta didik pertemuan I sebesar 73,5% (kategori baik) dan pertemuan II sebesar 85,7% (kategori baik). Tanggapan peserta diperoleh rerata persentase sebesar 79,5% (kategori baik). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi laju reaksi telah tuntas secara klasikal melalui implementasi metode praktikum berbasis lingkungan. Aktivitas belajar peserta didik termasuk kategori baik. Tanggapan peserta didik termasuk kategori baik. Kata Kunci: Metode Praktikum Berbasis Lingkungan, Laju Reaksi. AbstractA research has been conducted entitled implementation of environment-based practice method on reaction rate material in XI Class of Integrated Dayah Senior High School Inshafuddin Banda Aceh. This study aims to describe, mastery of learning outcomes, learning activities, and the response of learners during the course of learning with practice-based environmental environment method. The subjects of the study were students of class XI IPA 2 which amounted to 19 women. This research adopts qualitative approach with descriptive type. Data collection techniques used in the study are activity observation, learning outcomes, and questionnaire responses of learners. The instruments of this study are test questions, activity observation sheets, and questionnaire responses of learners. Data analysis techniques that mastery learning, learning activities, and responses of learners are analyzed descriptively. The results of data analysis obtained the percentage of the average completeness of learning results of 79.8% (good category). The average of learning activity of the participants of meeting I was 73,5% (good category) and meeting II was 85,7% (good category). Participants' responses obtained mean percentage of 79.5% (good category). Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of learners on the material of reaction rate have been completed by classical through the implementation of environment-based practice method. Abstract

ABSTRACTA research study entitled "Application of Science Environment Technology and Society (SETS) based learning approach on Food Additives Matter in Class VIII SMPN 15 Banda Aceh". The purpose of this study was to analyze the students 'early understanding of additives, to describe learners' activities during the learning process using SETS approach, to analyze students 'learning outcomes after the SETS approach was applied and to analyze the learners' responses to the learning using SETS approach. The type of research conducted in this research is quantitative research with descriptive method. The sample of this study students class VIII-1, amounting to 21 people consisting of 7 women and 14 men. Data collection techniques in this study by way of questionnaire initial understanding of learners about additive substances, observation of learning activities of learners, learning outcomes and questionnaire responses of learners to the application of SETS approach. The instrument used in this research is the questionnaire of students' initial understanding about additive, activity observation sheet, LKPD, test question and questionnaire of student's response to SETS approach. Early understanding of the students about additive is still in low category, especially sub topic on the characteristics of additives. The average result of observation of the students activity as a whole is 80.5%. The results showed the results of students' learning mastery of 87.62% .. The results of classical positive student responses to the teaching-learning process with the application of SETS approach of 85.03%. Keywords: learning outcomes, additives, SETS approach. ABSTRAKTelah dilakukan penelitian untuk menganalisis pemahaman awal peserta didik tentang zat aditif, mendeskripsikan aktivitas peserta didik selama proses pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan SETS, menganalisis hasil belajar peserta didik setelah diterapkan pendekatan SETS dan menganalisis respon peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran menggunakan penerapan pendekatan SETS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sampel penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas VIII-1 yang berjumlah 21 orang terdiri dari 7 orang perempuan dan 14 orang laki-laki. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar angket pemahaman awal peserta didik tentang zat aditif, lembar observasi aktivitas peserta didik, LKPD, soal tes dan angket tanggapan peserta didik terhadap pendekatan SETS. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pemahaman awal peserta didik tentang zat aditif masih dalam kategori rendah khususnya sub topik pada ciri-ciri zat aditif. Hasil rata-rata observasi aktivitas peserta didik secara keseluruhan sebesar 80,5%. Kesimpulan dari  Hasil penelitian ini adalah menunjukkan hasil ketuntasan belajar peserta didik sebesar 87,62%.. Hasil tanggapan peserta didik secara klasikal positif terhadap proses belajar-mengajar dengan penerapan pendekatan SETS sebesar 85,03%. Kata kunci: hasil belajar, zat aditif, pendekatan SETS, makanan.

Abstract

Abstrak.Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang pemanfaatan crude enzim bromelin dari ekstrak nanas (Ananas comosus L.) untuk pembuatan kecap tongkol (Euthynnus affinis). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi crude bromelin dan lama fermentasi yang baik digunakan untuk memproduksi kecap tongkol dengan kadar protein dan persentase rendemen yang tinggi. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan metode rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) faktorial. Faktor perlakuan pembuatan kecap Tongkol (Euthynnus affinis) adalah ditambahkan crude enzim bromelin dengan konsentrasi 20%, 40% dan 60% dan diinkubasi dalam jangka waktu 3 hari, 6 hari dan 9 hari. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persentase rata-rata rendemen tertinggi terdapat pada pelakuan Y3T3 yaitu 95,37%, sedangkan rendemen terendah pada perlakuan Y1T1 yaitu 70,54%. Persentase rata-rata kadar protein kecap tongkol tertinggi pada perlakuan Y3T3 yaitu 3,383% dengan konsentrasi crude bromelin 60% dan lama waktu fermentasi 9 hari, sedangkan pada perlakuan Y1T1 dengan  konsentrasi crude bromelin 20% dan lama waktu fermentasi 3 hari memiliki persentase kadar protein terendah yaitu 1,231%. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik One way Anova terhadap pemanfaatan crude bromelin dari ekstrak nanas (Ananas comosus L.) untuk pembuatan kecap tongkol (Euthynnus affinis) dapat disimpulkan bahwa konsentrasi crude bromelin dan lama fermentasi yang baik digunakan untuk menghasilkan persentase rendemen dan kadar protein terbaik pada pembuatan kecap tongkol (Euthynnus affinis) terdapat pada penambahan crude bromelin 20% dan lama  fermentasi 3 hari.Kata kunci: kecap ikan, ikan tongkol, enzimatis Abstrak.Research has been conducted on the utilization of crude bromelain enzymes from pineapple extract (Ananas comosus L.) for the manufacture of soy sauce (Euthynnus affinis). This study aims to determine the crude bromelin concentration and the duration of fermentation which is well used to produce soy sauce with high protein content and percentage of yield. The study design used factorial randomized block design (RBD) method. The treatment factor for making soy sauce (Euthynnus affinis) is to add crude bromelain enzymes with concentrations of 20%, 40% and 60% and incubated within 3 days, 6 days and 9 days. The results of this study indicate that the highest percentage of the highest yield found in Y3T3 treatment is 95.37%, while the lowest yield in Y1T1 treatment is 70.54%. The highest percentage of the highest soybean protein content in Y3T3 treatment was 3.383% with crude bromelin concentration of 60% and fermentation time of 9 days, while in Y1T1 treatment with crude bromelin concentration of 20% and fermentation time of 3 days the lowest protein content was 1,231%. Based on the results of One way Anova statistical test on the utilization of crude bromelin from pineapple extract (Ananas comosus L.) for the manufacture of soybean (Euthynnus affinis) it can be concluded that the concentration of crude bromelain and fermentation time are used to produce the best percentage of yield and protein content in making soy sauce (Euthynnus affinis) was found in the addition of 20% crude bromelain and 3 days fermentation time.Keywords: fish sauce, Euthynnus affinis, enzymatic

Abstract

This research was aimed to investigate the antioxidant activity of purple sweet potato leaves cultivated in Saree, Aceh Besar. The study was conducted in two stages. The first stage included sampel preparation, phytochemical test, λ max determination, testing of antioxidant activity by reducing power method, and TLC analysis. In stage 2 purification using column chromatography, phytochemical test, and antioxidant activity test were performed. The sample was dissolved by using 70% ethanol and 1.5 N HCl with a ratio of 85:15 (v/v). Phytochemical test results showed that the sample consisted of not only flavonoids but also tannins. The Rf value for both sample and standard are respectively 0.55 and 0.61 with absorbance value of 0.826 and 0.845. The sample was then purified using column chromatography and 25 fractions were grouped based on the color intensity abbreviated as FA, FB and FC. Photochemical test was then conducted to examine the purity of obtained fraction and FB was found to be relatively purer than other fractions. Reducing power test of FB with variation of weight 10 mg, 20 mg, 30 mg, 40 mg, and 50 mg gave the percentage inhibition 64.1, 6.7, 67.9, 70.3 and 73.6, respectively, while the percentage value of α- tocopherol at simmilar weight variation are 32.1, 36.7, 43.5 and 50.2%. From the result obtained, it can be concluded that the antioxidant activity of ethanol extract of thick purple sweet potato leaves is higher than α-tocopherol.Keywords: antioxidant activity, purple sweet potato leaves, reducing power
