Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of nurses which is influenced by workload and motivation through job satisfaction. This research was conducted on nurses at Primaya Hospital, Bekasi Utara, where 152 nurses were used as respondents. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire with measurement of the likert scale and interval scale. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) using software WarpPLS 7.0. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. Meanwhile workload has no effect on performance. Satisfaction has no effect on performance. This result is expected to be taken into consideration for related parties in maintaining nurse performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT.This study aims to explore how the role of job crafting on teacher performance during the Covid pandemic through burnout and work life balance. The responden was 211 high school teachers in the West Java. Model Data collection using an online questionnaire with the method of Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis. The results of this research show that job crafting has a positive effect on performance and work life balance while burnout has negative effect. Teacher performance is negatively affected by burnout and positively influenced by work life balance. Burnout and work life balance have been shown to partially mediate the relationship between job crafting and teacher performance, but the effect of job crafting on teacher performance is better directly without going through burnout and work life balance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan resiliensi ayah dalam mendidik anak-anak dengan kondisi istri bekerja di luar negeri sebagai Tenaga Kerja Wanita (TKW). Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ayah beradaptasi dengan kondisi yang baru saja dialaminya semasa hidup yaitu mengurus rumah tangga dan mendidik anak. Untuk menyesuaikan dirinya, ayah mengalami 4 tahapan resiliensi yang berkaitan, guna membentuk kembali kehidupan lamanya yang diaplikasikan ke dalam kehidupan barunya saat ini, adapun 4 tahapan tersebut ialah: 1) Mengalah untuk tujuan yang lebih baik, 2) Bertahan menjalani hidup, 3) Pemulihan, mencoba untuk bangkit kembali, dan 4) Berkembang, dimana ayah terbiasa dengan kondisi yang ia jalani saat ini. Lingkungan budaya di desa yang pada umumnya istri banyak bekerja sebagai TKW di luar negeri maka si ayah dapat beradaptasi dengan baik.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of the Influence of Distance Learning Environment on Academic Procrastination (Study on Students of Social Science Education, State University of Jakarta). The method in this study uses quantitative method with instruments in the form of questionnaires. Measuring instruments using likert scale. The population in this study was social science education students in the class of 2018-2020, with a sample of 155 respondents. Data retrieval techniques using probability sampling. Based on the results of the t-test analysis obtained 0.000 < 0.05 means there is an influence. Based on the results of linearity sig > 0.05 which means that between variables have a significant linear relationship. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination shows that the value of R Square of 0.191 this proves that, the variable environment of distance learning affects academic procrastination by 19.1% while the remaining 80.9% is the contribution of other variables that are not included in this study. So it can be concluded that the variables of distance learning environment affect academic procrastination in students of Social Science Education, State University of Jakarta.

Abstract

The need for public services is currently increasing both in quantity and quality. In public service, employees need high job satisfaction because if they are satisfied with their work, they will be happy to do their duties and obligations to provide good service. Employee job satisfaction is influenced by several factors both from within and from the environment. This study aimed to examine the effect of customers Incivility and work stress on job satisfaction through burnout. This research was conducted on 191 respondents in the office of the Unit of Investment and One-Stop Services in the Kelurahan in DKI Jakarta Province. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 191 front office officers working in public service offices. The data were analyzed using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis technique using Lisrel. The results of the study found that customers Incivility and work stress have a positive and significant effect on burnout. Furthermore, burnout has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. This study implies the importance of local government to pay attention to employee burnout aspects in increasing job satisfaction and front office employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Servant leadership, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. Here, the influence of Servant leadership and Organizational Commitment on Job Satisfaction need to assessed to obtain Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. In this study, we collect the data from civil servants people with 196 respondents using the random probability sampling method. The descriptive research analysis model with Partial Least Square (PLS) using Smart PLS software was used in this study. The results show that a Servant leadership, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction had a positive effect on employee organizational citizenship behaviour. It can be concluded that the better Servant Leadership, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction, the greater the organizational citizenship behaviour of employees is reflected in the actions of employees with Servant Leadership on Job Satisfaction as the most significant value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse career development influencing turnover on reward over career development affecting on job satisfaction. The correspondent survey was used in this study over contract employees in the Indonesian Conventional Bank, which is have 25 million employees. The number of correspondent survey was used to analyse using SEM method with LISREL 8.0 program over 255 employees. The analytical model was used in this research to descriptive the analysis result. The results of this study are expected to be able to prove the relationship between career development and reward for the turnover intention in Indonesian contract employees in the Conventional Bank with job satisfaction by intervening variable. The result shows the basis of company policy to reduce the level of turnover intention in contract employees through by improving career development, giving fair rewards, and creating satisfactory working conditions.

Abstract

Kegiatan pembentukan Bank Sampah di daerah pesisir ini beryujuan untuk mengelola sampah anorganik. Sampah anorganik tersebut merupakan permasalahan yang menyebabkan terhalangnya konservasi hutan bakau yang ada di desa Segara Jaya, Kecamatan Tarumajaya, Kabupaten Bekasi. Permasalahan ini diatasi dengan pembentukan kegiatan yang berbasis partisipasi masyarakat berupa Bank Sampah. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan identifikasi permasalahan dan merancang bentuk bank sampah yang melibatkan masyarakat setempat. Bank sampah Jembatan Cinta terbentuk dengan pendekatan partisipasi masyarakat yang melibatkan masyarakat secara keseluruhan sebagai pengelola untuk kemandirian. Diawal kegiatan, kendala yang dihadapi oleh pengelola didasari oleh pemahaman masyarakat yang belum mengenal prinsip dasar bank sampah dengan baik walau kegiatan diawali dengan penyuluhan. Namun, dengan pendekatan langsung kepada masyarakat permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi.

Abstract

ABSTRAKdilakukan blended learning dalam mengkaji isu SDG’s, kendala dan cara dalam mengatasi kendala tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara, observasi partisipatif, dan dianalisis menggunakan software NVIVO 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) implementasi blanded learning dilakukan melalui google-classroom sebagai media pembelajaran, google scholar sebagai media pengembangan pengetahuan, dan google-form sebagai media evaluasi, yang diperkuat dengan berdiskusi saat tatap muka; (2) alasan diperlukan blended learning, karena mahasiswa merasa lebih tertarik, paperless, dan bersifat fleksibel.; (3) Kendala yang dihadapi pada blanded learning adalah jika e-learning mengalami lemahnya koneksi internet, tidak menguasai e-learning, dan ketika mahasiswa tidak memperhatikan intruksi dalam pembelajaran. Respon dosen yang lambat dalam memantau e-learning juga dapat menjadi kendala. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut, mahasiswa dan dosen perlu saling interaktif, sehingga blanded learning dapat efektif.  Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Blanded Learning, Sustainable Development Goal’s

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical data regarding the use of Sociodrama-Based Visual Auditory Kinesthetic learning models in improving students' social learning outcomes. This research was conducted on students of class VIII-4 at SMP Negeri 277 Jakarta from October to November 2019. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR). The study uses 3 cycles, and from each cycle consists of four stages, namely: Action Planning, Action Implementation, Observation, and Reflection. Based on the results of research from learning outcomes have increased in each cycle, cycle one of 52.77% (19 students) gained learning outcomes above KKM 79, cycle two by 75% (27 students) reached values above KKM 79, and cycle three of 88% (32 students) achieved a score above KKM 79. Besides that, the Sociodrama-Based Visual Auditory Kinesthetic Learning Model was able to increase the activeness of students in the aspects of asking, answering, arguing and working together. Thus it can be concluded that the use of Sociodrama-Based Visual Auditory Kinesthetic learning model can improve students' social studies learning outcomes and can increase student activity. So students can get better social studies learning outcomes that are above the KKM 79 standard.
