Abstract

Tindak kekerasan tak pernah di inginkan oleh siapapun, apalagi dilembaga pendidikan yang sepatutnya menyelesaikan masalah secara edukatif.Namun tak bisa di tampik, di lembaga ini ternyata masih sering terjadi tindakkekerasan. Tulisan ini dilakukan menggunakan metode literature study denganmengambil sumber dari berbagai referensi berbentuk buku, bahan dariinternet dan wawancara.

Abstract

The study consisted of one variable, it was teacher’s ability in improving student’ learning creativity. The purpose of study was to find out how teacher’s ability in improving students’ learning creativity of eleventh year students of social studies at economic subject at SMP N 1 Pangean. The subject of study was the teacher of economic for eleventh year students of social studies at economic subject at stat senior high school 1 Pangean and the object was teacher’s ability in improving students’ learning creativity of eleventh year students of social studies at economic subject at SMP N 1 Pangean. The population of study was a teacher of economic for eleventh year students of social studies at economic subject at SMP N 1 Pangean. The writer did not take any sample for the population of study was not few so the study was called by population study. The data of study were collected using questionnaires and documentation. The data which have been collected were qualitative data and some of them were quantitative data and all data were analyzed with descriptive qualitative analysis technique with percentage. The conclusion of study were that teacher’s ability in improving students’ learning creativity of eleventh year students of social studies at economic subject at SMP N 1 Pangean was categorized “good” with the percentage was 75.75% and this number in the range of 61%80%..

Abstract

This study would like to reveal the magnitude of the role of parents, especiallymothers in educating children and this should be one of the important considerationsin fostering a bright future family. But what happens is just the opposite, where withthe growing number of children, the easier it is for parents to hand over theireducation and care to other parties or people, including formal education institutions.This study uses qualitative methods through related literature review. The results ofthis study revealed the importance of the government playing a role in educationthrough special attention to the existence of formal and non-formal educationinstitutions. In addition, government care is also important in improving the quality ofeducation for mothers as informal education providers for children. Though as amother who has a big role in parenting and children's education plays a veryimportant role so that the influence of the planting of children's intelligence should berealized by the mother. In order to be able to compete with other countries in thefuture, then a great attention to efforts to empower children needs to be improved.The government through institutions such as the Minister of National Education, theMinister of Women Empowerment, Minister of Health, BKKBN and others canbecome pioneers through related policies. Of course the Government must strive sothat the interest is accompanied by providing sufficient knowledge to the mothers. Therole of parents in the context of education also needs to be realized and improved inthe future.Kata kunci: Childcare, Education, Government Role

Abstract

The aims of this paper is to find outh the effectivity of organization commitment andcultural organization based on theintegration of lecturers‟ performance at islamic Highereducation. The method of this paper applied was literature research by describing andanalyzing the effect of these two components in integrating the Islamic views. The paperresult showed that with the concept of integration in the organizational commitment andorganizational culture, the lecturers are expected to have a personality that has strongreligious beliefs and professional as well as performing scientific proffessional in scientificfields respectively at the instigation of their organizational commitment and organizationalculture based on the integration of the Islamic college.

Abstract

The covid-19 outbreak has led to many opportunities and chances for teachers and lecturers to create many media for online learning. The purpose of this research discusses 1) to design Digital storytelling in online learning, 2) to study the implementation of teaching English by using digital storytelling, and 3) to find out the practicality of digital storytelling for pre-service teacher students. This research uses d research development model developed by Alessi and Trollip (2001), which consists of three stages; the first stage is planning, the second stage designs, and third is development which focuses on designing digital storytelling to find more about the impact of digital storytelling as an online learning media process for English teaching material. The sample was 180 junior high students to get the needed analysis data, eight pre-service teacher students implemented the digital storytelling in the online classroom, and two evaluators to assess the appropriateness of digital storytelling to be used by pre-service teachers as it is found in this research that designing digital storytelling showed practically on how digital storytelling was designed, developed and applied in English class. The pre-service students successfully implemented digital storytelling, and the appropriateness was high, which can be used in the online teaching process

Abstract

This article reveals on customer's assessment on alumni competence from Islamic Institute for Teacher Training and General Institute for Teacher Training (LPTK) in the major of English, Chemistry, Mathematics, Economic Education, and Counseling. The research object consisted of 92 alumni who work as the teacher. Research respondents are 24 heads and vice principals in SMA / Madrasah Aliyah and Junior High School / State Junior High School. Data were collected by questionnaire. Data processing with t-test, and got result 0.006 (less than 0,05) which means there is a significant difference on the competence between alumni of the general and Islamic institute of teacher’s training base on customer assessment. The calculation of eta squared got value 0.086 that means there the difference of teacher’s competence is in the middle category.
