Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the perception of student Business Administration of State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya towards lecturer behavior in teaching. The data were collected by using a questionnaire, and analyzed with cartisius diagram. The results showed that the expection value is grater then the value of the fact, that implied 3,57 and 2,93. This shows that satisfaction or fact regarding behavior in the teaching according to the perceptions of students still below the standard expected. Some of the lecturers teaching behaviors that should be preserved is the matery of materials, the ability to communicate in the classroom, time to discuss, don’t smoke while teaching, always dress modestly at time when teaching, polite attitude at a time when teaching, interspersed with moments of humor, friendly teaching attitude towards students, and questions to be tested in accordance with study materials. While the factors that need to be repaired from the lecturer behavior in the teaching is less able to manage interaction among students in teaching and learning processes, student do not have time to ask to the lecturer in learning procceses, less honest in assessing students’ behavior and discriminate between students, lecturers are not transparent in marking, lecturer are not timely in accomplishing all the material given in a semester.

Abstract

This research entitled  Analysis of Raw Material Inventory to Expedite the Production Process in PD Mie Berkah which  located at KM 5 Palembang. It is found that the company had some problems in the minimum stock of flour is not optimal and imprecision calculation the number of orders of  raw materials.  It is would like to know the efforts of the company in meeting the production process  in the company. Data collected through field research, interviews,  and observation.  Data from the inventory reports of flour were analyzed by using the formula of Economic Order Quantity  (EOQ) by Handoko (1995)  and Minimal Inventory by Assauri (1999).  This study relevaled that company had been halted due raw materials that have been depleted and  there is no minimum inventory.  It is concluded that the minimum stock of flour the compaany has not been optimal and uncertainty calculations in a number of orders of raw materials. It is sugested that the company make a purchases that  is economical to make it more prifitable for the company.

Abstract

This final report titled “The impact of the service quality toward the patient satisfaction of medical check-up at RS. DR. AK. GANI Palembang”. The objective of this research is to know the level of patient satisfaction toward the service quality which is given and to know which service quality variable that most significantly influence the patient satisfaction.  In analyzing the problems, the writer used interview technique and quesionnaires by distributing questionnaires to every patients who conducted medical check-up with 60 questionnaires that is distributed.  In processing the data, the writer used SPSS version 20.0 program.  The results showed that the reliability variable and the responsiveness variable had strong influence toward the patient satisfaction and the strongest one was the reliability dimension with 43,4%.

Abstract

This research to know the Role of training to improvement of the employees performance (case study at operational division at PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumatera Bagian Selatan with the research problem how is the role of training through the improvement  of the employees performance at operational division at PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumatera Bagian Selatan.   The writer used primary data that were collected from the result of intervew to the HRD Manager, and shared the questionnaries to 23 employees which already got the training at operational division and secondary data that were collected from literature like books, journal and the official website of PT PLN (Persero).  The data analyzed by  using qualitative descriptive and quantitative technique with the calculation of the questionnaries result were using percentage formula.  Writer found that the training program in operational division at PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumatera Bagian Selatan was good and in accordance with the requirements of the employees and improvement of the employees performance, and after joined the training the employees could increase their team work.  So the training program was very important in the improvement of the employees performance.  Writer suggests PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumatera bagian Selatan especially in operational division to keep the traning program because it is very important to the improvement of the employees performance that can impact the qualityof human resources for the improvement of the company and PT PLN (Persero) also should concern to the material and facility that were provided because there were a few employees that still disagree with that.

Abstract

This research discussed about the financial ratio at Pesona Bari Songket Palembang store with the aim to find out how the financial performance in Pesona Bari songket Palembang store using liquidity ratio and profitability ratio.The data types in this study used primary and secondary data. Primary data in the form of interviews conducted with the owner of Pesona Bari Songket store and secondary data in the form of financial statements of Pesona Bari Songket stores from 2016 to 2020.The results of the study can be concluded that the calculation of liquidity ratio in Pesona Bari Songket Palembang stores increased every year but still below the industry average standard in 2016 to 2019 while the profitability ratio is said to be less good on net profit margin, return on assets, return on equity and said to be good on gross profit margin.
