Abstract

   This reseach is undertaken to identify The Impact of Office Technology (office machines) Usage In Supporting Tasks of Executive Secretary in Polytechnic of Sriwijaya”.To obtain the data  and information from the institution, the authors use several methods of data collection, they are: observation, interviews, and documentation. The authors using qualitative method to analyzing the data in this article.  The results show that the secretary has been using the office technology to supporting her office tasks. The use of office technology give a positive impact on employment, work procedures and outcome. While the negative impact that creates a feeling of dependency on office machines and causes larger costs for the institution.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of time management for State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya’s students to improve their time management ability in order to achieve academics targets and increase the effectiveness of the Academic Supervisor in evaluating of students successful the end of semester. The study involved 97 respondents were selected by using Proportional Random Sampling. Measurement accuracy in time management by students and academic accuracy in target index score indicates strong. It means that the students can use their time effectively. Relationship between the obstacles faced by the accuracy of managing time is -0.301. Relationship between the barriers faced by academic target accuracy is -0.289, which means that the precise of the student conduct the academic targets the smaller barriers to be faced. Time independent study conducted by the student has not obtained the ideal self-study time. As 59.8% of respondents allocate self study time for 1-2 hours/day, it is necessary to increase the role of faculty and the Academic Advisor to constantly remind students to consistently perform a minimum of six hours of independent study per day and accumulated self-learning can be reached 36 hours a week and improve time management skills and establish a vision of life through activities such as training Life Management and Managing Future Time, so the student’s life target can be planned earlier.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengangkat masalah: a)  Apakah menurut pendapat para siswa, Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya sudah menerapkan Marketing 4.0 secara optimal dalam mempromosikan Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya?  b. Faktor-faktor apa sajakah yang menghambat penerapan Marketing 4.0 sebagai media pemasaran digital dalam mempromosikan Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya?.  Model yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah menggunakan persentase dari jawaban responden.  Untuk melihat persentasi dari jawaban responden terhadap pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang ada pada kuesioner maka digunakan rumus Indeks Skor (IS).  Analisis data digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara mengumpulkan data-data yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif, analisis kualitatif dan analisis komparatif.  Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya dalam  menerapkan Marketing 4.0 berdasarkan penilaian dari para siswa SMAN 8, SMAN 4, SMAN 2 menyatakan bahwa semua pernyataan mendapatkan nilai rata-rata di atas 80% dan termasuk dalam kategori interprestasi skor (IS) “Sangat Kuat”.  Penilaian berbeda yang diberikan oleh para siswa dari SMAN 1 Palembang yang memberikan nilai rata-rata 70% dan termasuk dalam kategori interprestasi skor (IS) = “Kuat”.  Faktor-faktor yang dapat menghambat penerapan Marketing 4.0 sebagai media pemasaran digital dalam mempromosikan Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya adalah sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai seperti seringkali web site Polsri tidak berfungsi dengan baik (down) apalagi bila grafik penggunaannya meningkat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Earning Per Share, dan Price Earning Ratio terhadap harga saham subsektor batubara perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2015-2019. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah subsektor batubara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan berjumlah 19 perusahan, kemudian penentuan sampel ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan maka diperoleh sampel sebanyak 15 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel Earning Per Share (EPS), dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, Secara simultan variabel Earning Per Share (EPS), dan Price Earning Ratio (PER), berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Kesimpulan penelitian ini mengidentifikasikan bahwa investor perlu memperhitungkan besar kecilnya nilai Earning Per Share (EPS), dan Price Earning Ratio (PER), karena besarnya EPS dan PER mempengaruhi perubahan harga saham dipasar modal.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to identify the effect of the tourism 4A components is tourist attraction, acsssibilities, amenities and ancillary service at the Bayt Al-Qur’an Al-Akbar tourist destination in the city of Palembang. This research used a quantitative descriptive approach. This research used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.. The sampling technique used in this research is non probability sampling with incidental sampling approach. The sample in this research were the visitors of Bayt Al-Qur’an Al-Akbar tourist destination in Palembang city with 100 respondents. Based on the T test results, it has known that tourist attractions and aminities have positive and significant effect towards interest to revisit in Bayt Al-Qur’an Al-Akbar, while accesibilities and ancillary service have no significant effect on the tourists' revisiting interest. Based on research result that tourist attraction has the most dominant influence on the interest in revisiting tourist. The better a tourist attraction have, the bigger tourists' revisiting interest will be at Bayt Al-Qur’an Al-Akbar Palembang.

Abstract

Most countries try to develop tourism destinations with a variety of strategies to be able to compete with other destinations. This study is designed to explore the relationship between destination image, destination personality, and intention to re-visit tourists to tourism destinations. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach to the design of causality research. The research sample is domestic tourists who have visited tourist destinations in Palembang such as Benteng Kuto Besak, Jaka Baring Sport City, Kemaro Island, Kambang Iwak Park, Punti Kayu Park, Siguntang Park, Taman Purbakala Sriwijaya totaling 192 respondents. The structural equation model is used to test the model developed using the maximum likelihood (ML) estimation method using AMOS 22.0. The results of the study explained that there is a linear relationship between destination images and destination personalities. There is no linear relationship between the destination images with the intention to visiting again. Then, there is a linear relationship between personalities of the destination with the intention of visiting again.
