Abstract

Investors invest their funds in companies chosen in the stock market, depending on investors' perceptions of the success of the company reflected in the stock price that is assumed is the embodiment of Corporate Value measured from the market value of the company determined from the share price, the company yan go public, then the value of the company is reflected in the share price (listing price). In this study, there are three factors affecting the Company namely Capital Structure Value, which is the ratio between internal funds to fund external parties. Profitability is the Traffic Integration to generate profits used as a measure of the effectiveness of the management company's performance to predict future earnings. Ownership structure which is a ratio between the number of shares held by internal parties (employers) the number of shares held by the NII external parties (shareholders). Sample used was 100 companies from the population of companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2011-2014, which jumlahny vary between 127-154, but not all companies consistently exist in the year 2011-2014, this research establishes a consistent 100 companies in the Stock Exchange in the year 2011 - 2014. Data of this research is secondary data from company reports in Indonesian Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). The results showed that: firstly, EPS (Profitability) positive effect on PBV (Value Company), second, DER (Capital Structure) a negative effect on PBV (Value Company), third, positive influence on the Ownership Structure PBV (Value Company)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal minimal investasi dan motivasi investasi terhadap minat investasi masyarakat Kota Palembang di pasar modal. Metode penelitian yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dengan tehnik purposive sampling yaitu responden yang memiliki akun di pasar modal. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil uji partial menunjukkan bahwa modal minimal investasi berpengaruh terhadap minat investasi, namun tidak untuk variabel return. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikansi variabel modal minimal investasi sebesar ,000 < 0,05, sedangkan untuk variabel return diperoleh nilai 0,319 > 0,05. Sedangkan hasil untuk uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa modal minimal investasi dan return berpengaruh sigifikan terhadap minat investasi

Abstract

Most countries try to develop tourism destinations with a variety of strategies to be able to compete with other destinations. This study is designed to explore the relationship between destination image, destination personality, and intention to re-visit tourists to tourism destinations. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach to the design of causality research. The research sample is domestic tourists who have visited tourist destinations in Palembang such as Benteng Kuto Besak, Jaka Baring Sport City, Kemaro Island, Kambang Iwak Park, Punti Kayu Park, Siguntang Park, Taman Purbakala Sriwijaya totaling 192 respondents. The structural equation model is used to test the model developed using the maximum likelihood (ML) estimation method using AMOS 22.0. The results of the study explained that there is a linear relationship between destination images and destination personalities. There is no linear relationship between the destination images with the intention to visiting again. Then, there is a linear relationship between personalities of the destination with the intention of visiting again.
