The purpose of Research held in August--September 2017 on Saburai goat farmer group at Gedong Tataan District Pesawaran Regency was to know prevalence of gastrointestinal helminths. The research used census method. Data collection was done by taking all faecal sampels from 83 saburai goat in Budi Lestari farmer group and Tunas Mekar Jaya farmer group. Faecal sampels examination checked with Mc. Master dan Sedimentation test. Data were analyzed descriptively. In result indicated that gastrointestinal helminths saburai goat prevalence at Gedong Tataan District Pesawaran Regency about 61,44%. The prevalence found in saburai goat in Tunas Mekar Jaya farmer group about 68,42%, is higher than prevalence found in saburai goat in Budi Lesari farmer group about 59,04%. Helminths species that found in saburai goat farmer group at Gedong Tataan District Pesawaran Regency are from Nematode class (Haemonchus sp., Mecistocirrus sp., Bunostomum sp., Oesophagustomum sp., Trichostrongylus sp. and Strongyloides sp.) and Cestode class (Moniezia sp.). This research aims to know the effect about gastrointestinal worm infestation on body weight of goat Saburai in Gedong Tataan District Pesawaran Lampung Province. This research was conducted in August - September 2017. Testing of Mc Master and Sedimentation Test at Parasitology Laboratory, Lampung Veterinary Center. This study uses 83 goats Saburai Goat found in livestock group Gedong Tataan district Pesawaran Regency Lampung Province. The data were made in tabulation and analyzed by t-test. The results indicate that goat Saburai infestation by gastrointestinal worms in the group of Gedong livestock there are ± 52 positive samples infected with the gastrointestinal worms or 62.7% total population. Based on the results identification type gastrointestinal worms are Haemonus sp (50.66%), Strongyloides sp (25.3%), Oeshophagostomum sp (22.9%), Trichostongylus sp (18.1%), Bunostomum sp (7, 3%) moniezia sp (3,6%) Mecistocirrus sp (1,2%). The result of t-test showed that gastrointestinal infestation had significant effect (P <0,01) on body weight goat Saburai with difference body weight 6,39 kg at age ≥ 1 year and 8,10 kg at age <1 year. The research held on Candipuro Districk South Lampung Regency in December 2017--January 2018. This research was to know prevalence of gastrointestinal helminths on Balinese cattle. The research used survey method. Data collection was done by taking all faecal samples from 80 balinese cattles at 6 villages in Candipuro District. Faecal samples examination checked with Mc. Master and Sendimentation test at Veterinary Laboratory. Data was analyzed by descriptively. In result indicated that prevalence of gastrointestinal helminths balinese cattle at Candipuro District South Lampung Regency about 51,25%. The highest prevalence found in Batu Liman village about 82,35% and the lowest prevalence found in Beringin Kencana village about 33,33%. Helmiths species that found in balinese cattle at Candipuro District South Lampung Regency are from Nematode class (Haemanchus sp., Oesophagustomum sp., dan Strongyloides sp.), Trematode class (Paramphistomum sp.) and Cestode class (Moniezia sp.). This study aims to determined the correlation between body weight with scrotal circumference and volume of semen and scrotum circumference with volume of semen of Saburai Goat in the source breeding area, Tanggamus District. This research was observing 20 Saburai goat males in the breeding area by survey method. This research was conducted from 26 April to 30 July 2018. Research data used primary data and secondary data taken from direct observation in the field and recording of livestock from breeders' source areas. Data were analyzed by correlation analysis using SPSS software 16.0 version. The variables observed included body weight, scrotal circumference, and volume of semen. The results indicated that correlation between body weight and scrotum circumference 0,410; correlation between body weight and volume of semen 0,300; and correlation between scrotal circumference and volume of semen 0,148. The purpose of this research were : 1) value calving intervalof dairy cattles on people’s livestocksome districts/cities at Lampung Province; 2) the factors and value factors which disturbing calving interval of dairy cattles on people livestock at some districts/cities at Lampung Province. This research was held on June-July 2016 with 37 dairy cattles, 11 farmers, and 3 inseminators at Tanggamus District, West Lampung District, and Metro City. This research used survey method. Data was analyse by multiple regression analysis. The result showed that calving interval of dairy cattles on people’s livestock at Lampung Provinceis 15,95 month. Factors that affecting calving interval of dairy cattles on people livestock at some disricts/cities at Lampung Province were long empty period, long dry period, and long lactation. This study was conducted to determine the effect of supplements probiotic on layer performance (consumption and conversion ration, persentage hen day and egg weight). This research was held on 21 July?24 August 2014 in the CV. Varia Agung Jaya henhouse laying in the District of Seputih Mataram, Center of Lampung Regency. Local probiotic was made in Microbiology Laboratorium and Moleculer Biology Laboratorium, Faculty of MIPA, Lampung University. The study used completely randomized design with 3 treatments (P1: control ration, P2: control ration with local probiotic 3%, and P3: control ration with comercial probiotic 3%) and 6 replications. Data obtained was analyzed using analysis of variance at 5% level and continued Duncan test at 5% level. Based on the results we can conclude: the effect of treatments significant (P<0.05) on consumption and conversion ration, but no significant (P>0.05) on percentage of hen day and egg weight. Control ration significantly (P<0.05) with control ration with local probiotic 3% and control ration with comercial probiotic 3% on consumption and conversion ration, but no significant (P>0.05) on supplement probiotic. Research on service per conception in Bali Cattles in Pringsewu Regency was held on December 2014 until January 2015 with 5 inseminators, 100 farmers and 131 Bali Cattles that had been inseminated. The purpose of this reserch are to know: 1) value service per conception of Bali Cattles in Pringsewu Regency, 2) the factors and magnitude factors which disturb service per conception of Bali Cattles in Pringsewu Regency. Data was analysis by multifactors regression with SPSS (Statistics Packet for Social Science) program. The result showed that service per conception of Bali Cattles at Pringsewu Regency is 1,79 ± 1,03. Factors that affect the service per conception are distance to acceptors that positively associated with factor value 0,034; correctly inseminator that negatively associated with factor value 1,460; the system of provision of water that positively associated with factor value 1,293; and large cage that negatively associated with factor value 0,008. Research on repeat breeders in Bali Cattles in Pringsewu Regency was held on December 2014 until January 2015 with 5 inseminators, 131 Bali Cattles that had been inseminated belong to 100 farmers. The purpose of this reserch are to know: 1) value repeat breeder of Bali Cattles in Pringsewu Regency, 2) the factors and magnitude factors which disturb repeat breeder of Bali Cattles in Pringsewu Regency. Data was analysis by logistic regression with SPSS (Statistics Packet for Social Science) program. The result showed that repeat breeder of Bali Cattles at Pringsewu Regency is 19,85%. Factors that affect the repeat breeder are education inseminator that negatively associated with factor value 1,466; the number of acceptors that negatively associated with factor value 0,390; old ranching that positively associated with factor value 0,067; the amount of provision of water that negatively associated with factor value 0,106; large cage that negatively associated with factor value 0,114; and sanitation stall that negatively associated with factor value 0,805.

The aim of this research was to determine the level of CR and the factors value that affect the level of CR at lactating dairy cattle in BBPTU-HPT Baturraden Purwokerto Central Java, on April, 29 th ? May 13 th 2014. This research used sensus method with primary and secondary data. Analysis data used regression analysis with SPSS (Statistics Packet for Social Science) program.The result showed that the CR at BBPTU-HPT Baturraden is 36,60%. Factors affecting the value of CR were the herds man and the cattles. On the level of cattle are the education of herds man that negatively associated with factor value 2,130, number of the cattle that negatively assosiated with factor value 0,151, herdsman knowledge that negatively assosiated with factor value 2,637, thawing duration that negatively associated with factor value0,229 and the distance between the cowshed with office that possitively assosiated with factor value 0,198. Factor affecting the CR on dairy cattle are the age dairy cattle that negatively associated with factor value 0,313, days open that possitively with factor value 0,725, mating postpartus that negatively associated with factor value 0,661, calving interval that positively associated with factor value 0,950, lactating period that possitively associated with factor value 0,923 and dry period that negatively associated with factor value 0,966.

The purpose of this research was 1) investigated the effect of additional probiotic from local microbial to blood description of layer, especially erythrocytes and hemoglobin; 2) investigated the level of optimalitation additional probiotic from local microbial of layer. The research was conducted on 20th of December 2014 until 19th of January 2015 in Varia Agung Jaya village, Seputih Mataram subdistrict, Lampung Tengah.Â The fabrication of probiotic from local mikrobial at 8th until 19th December 2014 in the Laboratory of Molecular Biology, Lampung University. This experiment arranged a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 probiotic levels of local microbes (0%, 1%, 2%, and 3%) and 5 replications. The data obtained were analyzed using Analysis of Variance at 1% and continued with Polynom Orthogonal test at 1%. The result of this research showed that the additional of probiotic from local microbial (0%, 1%, 2%, and 3%) was not significant effect (P>0,05) to the number of erythrocytes of layer, but highly significant effect (P <0,01) to the number of hemoglobin. Probiotic levels of local microbial (0%, 1%, 2%, and 3%) can increase the number of hemoglobin with regression equality (Å¶ = 6,68 + 0,48X).
