Abstract

ABSTRAK Perilaku kekerasan adalah suatu keadaan dimana seseorang melakukan tindakan yang dapat membahayakan secara fisik baik terhadap diri sendiri, orang lain maupun lingkungan. Pada tahun 2007, diketahui bahwa 11,6% penduduk Indonesia usia di atas 15 tahun mengalami masalah gangguan kesehatan jiwa. Pada tahun 2010 prevalensi gangguan jiwa perilaku kekerasan sebanyak 32,2%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  pengaruh teknik relaksasi nafas dalam terhadap tingkat emosi klien perilaku kekerasan di RSJD dr. Amino Gondohutomo Semarang. Desain penelitian ini adalah eksperimental design dengan jumlah sampel 30 responden diperoleh dengan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik responden perilaku kekerasan sebagian besar 22 (73,3%) adalah laki-laki, tingkat pendidikan SMP 16 (53,3%), responden yang tidak bekerja 23 (76,7%), tingkat emosi pre intervensi terbanyak emosi tinggi 24 (80%) dan tingkat emosi post intervensi tingkat emosi rendah 23 (76,3%). Adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara teknik relaksasi nafas dalam terhadap tingkat emosi klien perilaku kekerasan dengan nilai p = 0,000.   Kata Kunci          : Relaksasi nafas dalam, tingkat emosi, dan perilaku kekerasan.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan lompat dan loncat pada siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri 04 Rowosari Kecamatan Ulujami Kabupaten Pemalang Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014 melalui pembelajaran melalui permainan tali merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Sumber data dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 04 Rowosari Kecamatan Ulujami Kabupaten Pemalang Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014 berjumlah 27 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah melalui tes dan pengukuran kemampuan gerak dasar lokomotor dan observasi dari proses kegiatan pembelajaran. Prosedur penelitian ini meliputi planning, acting, observasi dan reflecting. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis yang diperoleh, terdapat peningkatan pada hasil belajar siswa dari kondisi awal ke siklus 1 dan siklus 2, baik dari peningkatan nilai rata-rata hasil pembelajaran lompat dan loncat siswa maupun nilai ketuntasan hasil belajar dengan KKM 75. Nilai rata-rata hasil pembelajaran lompat dan loncat pada rata-rata kondisi awal (68,3), rata-rata siklus 1 (76,0), dan rata-rata siklus 2 (88,4) Sedangkan nilai ketuntasan pada  siklus 2 dari 27 siswa, tuntas semua atau  sebesar (100%). Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh ini mempunyai implikasi bagi perkembangan pengajaran pendidikan jasmani di sekolah-sekolah pada umumnya dan khususnya di SD Negeri 04 Rowosari Kecamatan Ulujami Kabupaten Pemalang tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in the ability to jump and jump to 4 TH SDN 04 Rowosari Ulujami Pemalang through independent learning through play rope .This study uses Classroom Action Research ( CAR). Sources of data in this study throughout the 4 TH of SD Negeri 04 Rowosari Ulujami Pemalang. The subjects  4 TH SDN 04 Rowosari Ulujami Pemalang  year 2013/2014 amounted to 27 students.The data collection technique is through the test and measurement capabilities basic locomotor movement and observation of the process of learning activities . The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive based on qualitative analysis . The procedure of the study include planning, acting , observing and reflecting.Based on the analysis of the results obtained , there is an increase in student learning outcomes from baseline to cycle 1 and cycle 2 , both from an increase in the average value of the learning outcomes of students jump and jump as well as the value of the KKM completeness results 75. The average value of the results learning to jump and jump in the average initial conditions ( 68.3 ) , the average cycle 1 ( 76.0 ) , and average cycle 2 ( 88.4 ) so that the increase of the initial conditions to the second cycle of ( 20 , 1 ). While the value is the thoroughness of the initial state value is only 5 students of the 27 students who completed or was ( 18.52 % ). Completeness value at cycle 2 of 27 students , completed all or by ( 100 % ). The results obtained have implications for the development of the teaching of physical education in schools in general and especially in the Elementary School District of Ulujami 04 Rowosari Pemalang 2013/2014 school year

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendesain bola multifungsi yang dapat digunakan untuk kebutuhan permainan basket, voli dan sepakbola. Metode penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu: 1) analisis kebutuhan; 2) Merancang produk awal; 3) Produk awal; 4) Validasi ahli dengan menggunakan para ahli; 5) Revisi produk pertama dilakukan untuk perbaikan atas hasil evaluasi ahli; 6) Uji coba skala kecil; 7) Revisi produk kedua; 8) Uji coba skala besar; 9) Revisi produk akhir; 10) Pelaporan Hasil. Sampel uji coba skala kecil menggunakan 36 peserta didik SD dan SMP, dan untuk uji coba skala besar menggunakan sebanyak 72 anak SD dan SMP di Kota Semarang. Hasil produk akhir adalah sebuah bola multifungsi untuk permainan basket, voli dan sepakbola dengan ukuran 66 cm terbuat dari bahan Spon PU (Poly Urhetane) halus tidak licin, berat 270 gram, tekanan angin 0.250-0.3 bar dan memiliki pantulan 105-115. Desain bola menggambarkan cirri khas ketiga bola yaitu basket, voli dan sepakbola dengan warna cerah dan menarik. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah bola multifungsi yang memiliki fungsi ganda untuk permainan basket, voli dan sepakbola untuk anak SD dan SMP, tidak menimbulkan rasa sakit karena ringan dan tidak terlalu besar untuk ukuran anak SD dan SMP.Kata Kunci: bola multifungsi; pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan  Abstract The aims of this research is to design the multifunction of the ball that can fulfill the needs of basketball, volleyball and football games. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menghasilkan produk permainan Bottle Shoot sebagai pembelajaran permainan bola besar futsal bagi siswa SMP/MTS yang dissuaikan dengan kemampuan serta karakteristiknya Data yang diperoleh dari uji coba produk permainan Bottle Shoot berupa evaluasi kuesioner ahli dan lembar kuesioner siswa berupa aspek kognitif serta bentuk pengamatan untuk aspek penilaian aspek afektif dan psikomotorik. Perolehan hasil akhir yang diperoleh pada uji coba satu oleh ahli penjas dan ahli pembelajaran adalah 81% dan 92%. Diperkuat dengan hasil kuesioner dari siswa yaitu psikomotor 83%, afektif 91,7%, dan kognitif 89,5%. Hasil uji coba dua dari ketiga sekolah mendapatkan rata-rata prosentase yaitu pada aspek kognitif 91,7%, afektif 87,4%, dan psikomotorik 77,5%. Rata-rata keseluruhan dari ketiga sekolah mendapatkan 85,5%. Berdasarkan perolehan prosentase penelitian yang sudah dilaksanakan sebahai hasil uji coba produk dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa permainan Bottle Shoot dapat digunakan sebagai pembelajaran permainan bola besar pada futsal bagi siswa SMP diKecamatan Sampang Kabupaten Cilacap.The purpose of this study is to produce Bottle Shoot game product as learning of futsal big ball game for junior high students that is adapted by capabilities and characteristics. The method of this R&D research is product development research. The obtained datas of Bottle Shoot game product trials are experts’ questionnaire evaluation and students’ questionnaire forms that contain cognitive aspect and the observations as affective and psychomotor aspect. The final results from physical education and learning experts of the first trial are 81% and 92%. Reinforced by students’ questionnaires results are 83% of psychomotor, 91.7% of affective, and 89.5% of cognitive. The second trial of three schools an average percentage that is on the cognitive aspects of 91.7%, 87.4% affective, and psychomotor 77.5%. The average of three schools get 85.5%. Based on the percentage of the trial result can be concluded that Bottle Shoot game can be used as big ball game learning in futsal for junior high school students in Sampang distric, Cilacap.

Abstract

Students understand and develop movement skills through various sport games, but they have less enjoyable experience because of inappropriate and uncomfortable ball size. The existing standard balls often frighten the students  because of their weight and may hurt them when the balls hit their body parts. This study is intended to design a multifunctional ball for basket ball, volley ball and football and to find out how it can improve the students’ motivation in the teaching of Physical Education, Sport and Health in Primary and Junior High Schools in Semarang. This is a research and development study. The sample of 36 students were selected for the small-scale testing and 72 students for the large-scale testing. The results of the study show that the final product was a multifunctional ball with the size of 66 cm, made of soft, unslippery Poly Urhetane sponge, 270 gram in weight, air pressre of 0.250-0.3 bar and the bounce of 105-115. The ball was designed in light and interesting color. The final product has two functions for basket ball, volley ball and football, and does not cause pain because of their light in weight and reasonable size.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: a) merancang   alat pemantau aktifitas lari jarak pendek  menggunakan  akselerometer  berbasis    android    dengan  biaya  murah, akurat  dan  reliable;  b)  Mengetahui  kecepatan  sesaat,  panjang  dan  frekuensi langkah lari jarak pendek; c) Menghasilkan produk akselerometer running monitor berbasis android yang dapat mengetahui karakteristik lari jarak pendek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan yang meliputi model pengembangan, prosedur pengembangan dan ujicoba produk. Tahap model dan prosedur pengembangan merupakan langkah- langkah pembuatan produk dimulai dari mempersiapkan akselerometer witilt v3.0 tiga sumbu dengan pengaturannya hingga pembuatan program menggunakan Microsoft Visual Basic (VB). Ujicoba produk dilakukan dengan validasi ahli telemetri dan programmer VB. Subjek penelitian merupakan atlet pemula. Lembar obversai dipersiapkan untuk mengambil data Raw ADC sebagi output akselerometer dan kuosioner sebagai respon pengguna produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akselerometer pada android dapat mengirimkan   data   dan   diolah   oleh   program   yang   telah   dibuat.   Program selanjutnya menampilkan informasi karakteristik lari yaitu kecepatan, panjang dan frekuensi langkah. Sistem dan aplikasi untuk mengetahui percepatan, dan mengestimasi kecepatan  dan  jarak  tempuh  pelari  telah  berhasil  diimplementasikan  sehingga pelari maupun pelatih dapat mengetahui kelemahan dari pelari di jarak maupun detik  tertentu  sehingga  dari  sana  dapat  diperbaiki  dan  dilakukan  pelatihan sehingga diharapkan atlet dapat mencapai jarak 100meter dalam waktu yang lebih singkat. Pada sistem ini, di smartphone Android hanya digunakan untuk merekam data percepatan pelari dan disimpan pada memory baik internal maupun eksternal. Namun, untuk pengolah data percepatan, estimasi jarak dan posisi, filter kalman dilakukan pada PC. Untuk tahapan berikutnya dapat dikembangkan pengolahan data, tersebut langsung dilakukan pada smartphone Android sehingga setelah berlari,  atlet  maupun  pelatih  dapat  langsung  menganalisis  hasil  yang  dicapai pelari, tidak perlu memindahkan datanya ke PC terlebih dahulu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the academic ability and experience of organizing alumni in relation to the waiting period graduated Physical Education (PE)  Universitas Negeri Semarang.Survey research with quantitative and qualitative approach has research variable of academic ability, organizational experience, and waiting period of graduates, using as many as 41 samples of graduate of PE  last 5 years. Employment status is dominated by school teachers and lecturers in universities of 68.29%. The last level of education is 75.61% with S1 degree of PE and 24.39% with S2 degree. As an undergraduate student actively participate in student activities most of the Ext Sports by 75%. Student activities that followed have a very supportive benefit in the current work of 56.10%. In addition to active student activities there are also 26.68% of students who are active activities outside the campus community organizations. Graduation period of less than 6 months is 75.61%. As many as 58.54% of alumni still survive in the first job. The first place to work in private institutions is 51.22% mainly as teachers. Engaged entrepreneurs at 21.95%. Compliance in the field of work with Pei is 70.73 very appropriate. 65.85% of PE graduates receive salary when they first start working, less than Rp 1,900,000 per month.The conclusion in this research is that the waiting period is less than 6 months in getting a job, strongly supported by the level of academic ability of graduates who have the above criteria both, and experience of organizing a broad graduate.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara denyut nadi dan indeks massa tubuh (IMT) terhadap hasil penampilan atlet senam ritmik Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini merupak penelitian kuantitatif dengan statistik produk moment analisis regresi ganda dengan 2 prediktor.Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kolmogorov-smirnov, uji linier menggunaan uji F. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian data diperoleh koefisien korelasi (r1y) sebesar 0,438 > rtabel = 0,374 yang berarti ada hubungan antara denyut nadi dengan hasil penampilan senam ritmik dengan hasil signifikansi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 19,2%. Koefisien korelasi (r2y) sebesar 0,636 > rtabel = 0,374, yang berarti ada hubungan antara IMT dengan hasil penampilan senam ritmik dengan hasil signifikan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 40,5%. Koefisien korelasi (r12y) sebesar 0,729. Keberartian koefisien korelasi ganda tersebut diuji dengan uji F, hasil perhitungan Fhitung 14,195 dengan probabilitas 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti ada hubungan antara denyut nadi, dan IMT dengan hasil penampilan senam ritmik dengan hasil signifikan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 53,2%. Jadi kesimpulan pada penelitian ini bahwa 1) Ada hubungan antara denyut nadi dengan hasil penampilan senam ritmik dengan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 19,2%, 2) Ada hubungan antara IMT dengan hasil penampilan senam ritmik dengan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 40,5%, 3) Ada hubungan antara denyut nadi dan IMT dengan hasil penampilan senam ritmik dengan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 53,2%.Kata kunci: Rhythmic Gymnastics, Pulse rate, Body Mass Index, Sport
