Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari manajemen laba, risiko dan struktur kepemilikan terhadap nilai saham serta mengetahui jenis-jenis risiko dan struktur kepemilikan yang mempengaruhi nilai pasar.Objek dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan terbuka non keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Data penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder bersumber dari Laporan Keuangan Auditan yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data pasar dan keuangan lainnya diperoleh dari database OSIRIS dan Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) tahun 2009-2010. Selain itu, data mengenai nilai IHSG dan tingkat suku bunga Sertifikat Bank Indonesia (SBI) diperoleh dari Bank Indonesia. Untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan persamaan regresi.Hasilnya, manajemen laba (earnings management) dan risiko pasar (systematic risk/beta) secara positif signifikan berpengaruh terhadap nilai pasar.Sedangkan untuk kepemilikan institusi (tidak berpengaruh) dan kepemilikan manajerial (berpengaruh) terhadap nilai pasar dan mempunyai arah positif. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Laba, Risiko, Kepemilikan, Nilai Pasar Abstrak This Research aim is to test the effect of profit, risk and ownership structure management to the stock value and to know kind of risk and ownership structure that affect market value. Object of this research is non-financial public company registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange.The research data here uses secondary data from the auditor’s financial statement of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Other market and financial data obtained from OSIRIS database and Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) 2009-2010 period.Furthermore, the data about IHSG value and interest rate level Certificate of Bank of Indonesia (Sertifikat Bank Indonesia / SBI) obtained from Bank of Indonesia. Regression equation is used in order to test the hypothesis. The result, earnings management and systematic risk positively and significantly affecting market value. While institution ownership (not affected) and managerial ownership (affected) to market value and has a positive direction. Keywords: Manajemen Laba, Risiko, Kepemilikan, Nilai Pasar

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh manajemen persediaan terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan menguji pengaruh strategi bersaing terhadap hubungan antara manajemen persediaan dan kinerja.Secara khusus penelitian ini ingin menguji pengaruh strategi bersaing (low cost dan differentiation) terhadap kinerja perusahaan.Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder informasi keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang diperoleh dari database Thompson Reuteurs dan BEI periode 2011.Sedangkan model regresi digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian.Tahapan penelitian dimulai dari persiapan dan pencarian data keuangan dan referensi terkait permasalahan permasalahan.Selanjutnya melakukan pengumpulan data keuangan dan data lainnya yang mendukung penelitian.Data keuangan yang sesuai dengan variabel penelitian diperoleh dari database BEI berupa Laporan Keuangan Auditan dan Laporan Tahunan Data. Data tersebut akan ditabulasi, diolah, dianalisis dan disimpulkan. Pengolahan data menggunakan software E-Views 7. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: pertama, terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara manajemen persediaan dan kinerja perusahaan; kedua, terbukti strategi berpengaruh memperkuat hubungan antara manajemen persediaan dengan kinerja perusahaan.Dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen persediaan mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan dan terkait juga dengan strategi bersaing perusahaan. Kata kunci: Strategi, Persediaan, Kinerja Abstract The purpose of this study is to test the effect of provision management to the company performance and test the effect competing strategy to the relation of provision and performance management. Especially, this study will test competing strategy (low cost and differentiation) to the company performance. This study use quantitative approach with manufactur company financial information as secondary data obtained from Thompson Reuteurs database and Indonesian Stock Exchange 2011 period. While regression model used to test the research hypothesis. The study started with preparation and financial data and reference finding related to the issue. Then financial and other supporting data collecting. Financial data matched with research variable obtained from Indonesian Stock Exchange in the form of audit financial statement and annual data statement. The data then will be tabulated, processed, analized and concluded. E-Views 7 is used as the processing data software. The result tells about: first, there is a positive and significant relationship between provision management and company performance. Second, it's proved that the strategy has an effect of strengthening the relation of provision management and company performance. It's concluded that provision management affect company performance and related with competing strategy of the company. Keywords: Strategy, Availability, Performance

Abstract

Abstrac Madura ethnic posseses cultural values. Those values are implemented in terms of thought, behavior, attitude, and action. They characterize Madueres life philosophically. Modernization is an era in which science and technology become the premier requirements of any activities. It goes beyond time and place. Suramadu bridge is one of its products that will take Madura to the era of industrialization and globalizaton. As a result, all Madurese must be ready to be the host, player, as well as the pointer of Madura development. The preparation and the enhancement of both quality and quantity of human resources are a must to be facilitated. Cultural approach is still considered important to anticipate indutrialization during the development of Madura, in order to place Madurese as a respectable ethnic. Abstract

AbstracMadura coastal ecosystem has a variety of biological resources. It either has been productive  or possesses  a high quality economic value. The coastal area Aberration  becomes one of the factors of the coastal ecosystem damages. Furthermore, the uncontrolled exploitation of natural resources along the coastal areas exacerbates the damage. The absence of belonging sense among the coasters toward the mangrove forest- ecosystem seems the factor either. It needs a rehabilitation of mangrove forest to anticipate as well as to discontinue the damage area.  In order to apprehend this, a comprehensive maintenance of the whole stakeholders must be taken. Abstract

The Javanese tribe Duri community still carries out the Javanese traditional wedding ceremony. Although there were some people who did not carry out the Javanese traditional wedding ceremony. However, it often feels incomplete if the traditional Javanese wedding party without a ceremonial ceremony even though most of the Javanese Duri people do not know the meaning contained in the Javanese traditional wedding rituals, which is clear if the bride and groom carry out Javanese traditional wedding ceremonies certainly have played a role in preserving customs Javanese culture. Javanese traditional wedding ceremony is preceded by mayang twins, balangan, wiji dadi, sungkeman, sindur binayang, tanem, dahar kembul, pull-tug roast chicken and fresh flour.
