Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efisiensi pemasaran Ikan Kakap Merah  (Lutjanus argentimaculatus) melalui saluran pemasaran dan fungsi-fungsi yang dilakukan oleh pelaku lembaga pemasaran Ikan Kakap Merah di wilayah kerja TPI Karangsong. Metode yang digunakan survey dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengambilan sampel sebagai responden dilakukan secara simple random sampling (SRS), terdiri atas 23 orang nelayan. Responden lembaga pemasaran berjumlah 5 pedagang besar dan 11 pedagang pengecer yang diperoleh dari cara snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat empat saluran pemasaran Ikan Kakap di wilayah kerja TPI Karangsong Kabupaten Indramayu dan dinyatakan semua saluran efisien dengan urutan nilai efisiensi pemasaran (Ep) adalah 6,05%, 5,25%, 5,87%, dan 5,05%.

Abstract

Arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) can be used as an option for parties who conduct commercial transactions. This research is crucial to analyse what is the best dispute method  for parties to be able to resolve their commercial business disputes. It is argued that the most important of ADR is the efficiency and effectivines in relation to the enforcement of a judgement on the commercial dispute especially foreign arbitral award.This research also seeks to analyse strengths and weaknesses of each ADR method because it is very important to know in resolving disputes in the field of trade and also related to the implementation of decisions, especially in foreign arbitral award and how to improve decisions and applied in Indonesia in relation to commercial dispute. The research method used in this research is normative juridical consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials, which were collected by conducting a literature review and interview technique and then processed qualitatively according to the problems and the theoretical framework logically and systematically to achieve the objective of this research, namely finding the best alternative dispute resolution in commercial dispute resolution in business transactions.This paper argued that while each of ADR method has their own strengths and weaknesses, business actors mostly prefer too have arbitration method as their ADR method in solving their disputes. However,the applying mechanism of foreign arbitration awards need further attention from Indonesian government.

Abstract

Learning outcomes of Diploma 3 students of Mechanical Engineering in the Energy Conversion Engineering course seem not optimal, it estimated that the learning outcomes were not optimal due to the inaccurate use of learning media in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to produce a valid adobe flash based learning media.This research was Research and Development (R&D) method with ADDIE model. The research subjects were students of the Diploma 3 Mechanical Engineering who took Energy Conversion Engineering courses. Data collect in the form of questionnaire sheets and primary data were obtained from lecturers and students. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis technique by describing validity of adobe flash based learning media. Based on the analysis of the data obtained the validity of adobe flash based learning media, declared valid on the Content aspect with score 0,85 and the Display aspect with score 0,91. Based on the findings of this study it was concluded that the adobe flash based learning media was valid as a learning media in the Energy Conversion Machine course.

Abstract

The results of 2010's Population Census showed that population in Indonesia was 237.6 million. It was larger than the projected figure of 2010. Therefore, the government continues to suppress the rate of population growth, one ofmethod was Family Planning program(KB).The effectivemethod of birth controlwas intrauterine device (IUD), but its useinIndonesia wasstill quite low(7%),DIY (22.1%). Sleman (15.6%), inGodean I Public Health Centre (15.6%). The objective of this research was toknow the overview of the characteristics of IUD acceptors in Godean I Public Health Center 2010-2012. Methods: This study was descriptive quantitativeresearc h, with a cross-sectional approach, carried out inGodean I Public Health Center's region, Sleman, Yogyakarta in April 2013. The subjectswas 43 newIUDacceptors in 2010-2012 at Godean I Public HealthCenter. The datawas collected by using a formthat contains themedical record number, age, parity, education level and occupation. The datawas analyzed by using univariat analytic. Research Results: Active IUD acceptors in 2010-2012 amounted to 15% from5297 childbearing ages couple. Most of themwas in the age range after 30 years (69.8%),multiparous (81.4%), educated at the high school /vocational school (72.1%), and worked asprivate employees(37.2%).Conclusion:Most of theIUDacceptors inGodean I PublicHealthCenter in 2010-2012 waswomenin the ageof terminating pregnancy, have two children ormore, secondary' education and worked as private employees.

Abstract

This research aims to describe mathematics communication skill seen from self-efficacy on high, moderate, and low categories. It was done for VII graders of Public Junior High School 1 Takengon in academic year 2018/2019. This mixed method research used sequential explanatory strategy. It is a procedure to collect quantitative and qualitative data orderly. The findings showed that the model was effective to improve mathematics communication skill of the students. mathematics communication skill and self-efficacy of each category has different mastery indicators. The differences occurred because students had different developments. Therefore, learning should be undertaken based on their capabilities to understand and needed self-regulation of the students which should be supported by environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan mengurutkan pola warna pada anak kelompok B TK Presiden Kelurahan Watubangga Kecamatan Baruga Kota Kendari. Metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Prosedur pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas kelas ini terdiri dari dua siklus dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi/evaluasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah satu orang guru dan 15 anak didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan peningkatan dari kegiatan evaluasi siklus I dan siklus II. Pada evaluasi siklus I anak yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar persentase ketercapainnya yaitu 7 orang anak atau sekitar 47%, sedangkan pada siklus II anak yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar mengalami peningkatan persentase ketercapaiannya yaitu 12 orang anak atau sekitar 80%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan mengurutkan pola warna pada anak kelompok B TK Presiden Kelurahan Watubanga Kecamatan Baruga Kota Kendari meningkat

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of tax sanctions, service quality, and level of education. This study uses a survey method, the type of data used is qualitative data that will be supported with quantitative data, data sources used primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were 150 MSME taxpayers from 700 traders at the Solo Wholesale Center. The number of samples in the study was 50 respondents, with sampling using a Convenience Sampling (sample selected with consideration of convenience). Data collection methods used: questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and determination coefficient test by using SPSS version 21. The results of the study concluded that: 1). There is a significant influence between tax sanctions on SME taxpayer compliance with traders at the Solo Wholesale Center 2). There is a significant influence on the quality of service to the compliance of SME merchant tax wages in Solo Wholesale Center 3) There is an influence of education level on MSME taxpayer compliance at the Wholesale Center Solo.From the calculation results obtained the value of Adjusted R Square =0,395 = 39,5% so that it is known that the influence / contribution given by the independent variable is Tax Sanctions (X¬1), Service Quality (X2) and Education Level (X3) towards the dependent variable is the MSME Taxpayer Compliance (Y) on Traders at PGS of 39,5% while the rest (100% - 39,5%) = 60,5% is influenced by other factors outside the variables not examined.

Abstract

Tujuan pada penelitian ini 1) proses pembuatan teh kulit manggis, serbuk murni kulit manggis, serbuk kulit manggis instan, kapsul serbuk kulit manggis, dan jus buah manggis di desa Somongari kecamatan Kaligesing kabupaten Purworejo, 2) besarnya nilai tambah produk olahan manggis menjadi teh kulit manggis, kapsul kulit manggis, serbuk murni kulit manggis, serbuk instan kulit manggis dan jus manggis di Kelompok Wanita Tani Sri Lestari Desa Somongari Kecamatan Kaligesing Kabupaten Purworejo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus, data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Sampel sejumlah 5 orang terdiri dari informan kunci dan informan biasa. Analisis nilai tambah menggunakan Metode Hayami. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa proses : 1) Teh kulit manggis yaitu manggis segar kemudian dibelah (ambil kulitnya), dicuci, dirajang, dijemur, dIsortir dan terakhir dipacking (kemas), 2) Kapsul kulit manggis yaitu manggis segar dibelah (ambil kulit lunak), dicuci, dijemur, digiling, diayak, masukkan serbuk kedalam kapsul dan terakhir dipacking, 3) Serbuk murni kulit manggis yaitu manggis segar dibelah (ambil kulit lunak), dicuci, dijemur, digiling, diayak dan dipacking (kemas), 4) Serbuk instan kulit manggis yaitu manggis segar dibelah (ambil kulit lunak), dicuci, dijemur, digiling, diayak, masak serbuk dengan ditambah gula jawa dan air sampai dengan membentuk kristal dan terakhir packing (kemas), 5) Jus manggis yaitu manggis segar dicuci, dibelah ambil daging buah dan pisahkan bijinya, perebusan (koktail) kemudian blender dan direbus kembali terakhir packing. Hasil nilai tambah teh kulit manggis sebesar  Rp 32.177,03,  kapsul kulit manggis Rp 315.190,96, serbuk murni kulit manggis Rp 64.598,85, serbuk instan kulit manggis Rp 72.484,21 dan jus manggis  Rp 37.926,81.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) a. Teknik budidaya temulawak di desa Semagung Kecamatan Bagelen Kabupaten Purworejo, b. Proses pembuatan temulawak kering (simplisia) di desa Semagung Kecamatan Bagelen Kabupaten Purworejo, 2) biaya produksi, penerimaan, pendapatan, dan keuntungan pada produksi temulawak kering (simplisia) di desa Semagung Kecamatan Bagelen Kabupaten Purworejo, 3) faktor-faktor apa yang berpengaruh dalam produksi temulawak kering (simplisia) di desa Semagung Kecamatan Bagelen Kabupaten Purworejo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 51 orang. Hasil analisis diketahui bahwa 1) Teknik budidaya temulawak di desa Semagung meliputi pengolahan lahan, penanaman, pemupukan serta pemanenan. Sedangkan teknik pembuatan simplisia meliputi penyortiran, pencucian, penimbangan bahan, perajangan, pengeringan dan pengemasan. 2) Penerimaan simplisia temulawak sebesar  Rp 930.000 per musim tanam, pendapatan yang diperoleh dari produksi simplisia temulawak sebesar Rp 630.117 dan keuntungan yang diperoleh produksi simplisia temulawak sebesar Rp 103.128 per musim tanam. 3) Berdasarkan hasil uji F diperoleh nilai Fhitung adalah sebesar 78.887 dan F tabel  1,29. Tingkat signifikan juga menunjukkan 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari kesalahan (?) yaitu 0,01. Artinya produksi temulawak dipengaruhi secara simultan (bersama-sama) oleh variabel independen yang ada pada model. Hasil Uji T diketahui bahwa variabel independen yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi temulawak yaitu : rimpang dan harga simplisia.
