In each success has always been characterized by hard work with a perseverance to keep trying. Many students who graduated from universities with the best value, but not a few students who have not obtained the results with the value of the plume.Academic achievement research aims to investigate the extent to which a student can obtain a proud achievement, so that the factors studied and tested in the study include: learning in which students everyday, both in college and outside of class hours, style live or their daily habits, motivational lectures, circumstances, environment, intellectual ability of each individual, the barriers of learning, student attitudes towards faculty and facilities provided by the college.In gathering the data used methods of questionnaires distributed to students of degree (S1) management of the Faculty of Economics, University of Batanghari from early June until the end of June 2015. In this questionnaire deploy taken a sampling of all students, including class of 2010 to 2013 that still forces active in the study program when the study was conducted using a stratified random method.Results of the research achievements of this study indicate that factors seating layout that is appropriate when studying in college, factor concentration skills of students while attending factor taking the average number of credits for each semester, utilization factor of library services, factor student attitude when getting Value C factor the main purpose of the lecture (seek and master of science), factor residency status of students, a factor learning barriers (difficulties getting along with friends on campus) and the factor of student satisfaction of all achievement results obtained during lectures proved the existence of a relationship of mutual dependence with the value student achievement to the extent of 5% of significance that it deserves the attention of students, especially for students to learn in college are still difficulties to reach this achievement and want to improve the results of learning in Higher EducationKey Word: factor residency status of students

This study took place in Teluk Lake Jambi City, with the aim of: (1) knowing the condition of the cage fish farming business based on the number and area of cages owned, the workforce used, business capital, as well as production results and income, (2) Analyzing the level of family welfare as measured by the income level of fish farmers. Cages, and (3) to analyze the effect of working capital, labor, cage area and production on the welfare of the family of caged fish farming business. This research is a survey research on a sample of 50 respondents of caged fish cultivators in Teluk Lake, Jambi City. Data analysis used multiple regression, and the hypothesis was tested by F test and t test. The results showed that most of the cage fish farmers used their own capital, employed around 1-2 people, the average cage area was 74.74 m2 per farmer, and the production that could be produced reached 2.08 tons per harvest. The income received by farmers has exceeded the Jambi City Minimum Wage. The results of hypothesis testing prove that capital, labor, cage area, and production affect the welfare of family cage fish farming in Teluk Lake, Jambi City. Given that it is important to develop cage fish cultivation in order to improve family welfare, a government policy is needed to provide capital assistance and foster cage fish farming businesses in Teluk Lake, Jambi City.

Higher Education is a quality university that is able to carry out his duty to improve the quality, roles and responsibilities in education so that universities not only is the container for the print title only undergraduate, but a container to produce graduates who are able to master and apply the disciplines acquired. In essence University of Batanghari was established to develop and nurture science and technology as well as a part of the body in an attempt to complete the formation of the Indonesian people, because it is a system of education tailored to the real needs of the development of Indonesia. The question is how much influence the product, price, place, promotion set by the University of Batanghari the student's decision in choosing the University of Batang, and where the factor of the variable product, price, place and promotion are the most influencing prospective students choose Faculty of Economics, University of Batanghari.The study results revealed that the pricing strategy for the product, price, place and promotion that has been established by the University of Batang greatly affect the prospective student choose the Faculty of Economics and when examined separately, the biggest variable affecting the decision of selecting students of the Faculty of Economics is a variable product, then other variables influence is a variable and variable promotion. As for the price variable is not significant to the decision of the students chose Faculty of Economics University of Batanghari.Keywords: product, price, place, promotion

The economic structure ofJambiProvinceis characterized by the role of each sector, such as agriculture, service sector, industrial sector and other sectors. The agricultural sector plays an important role in improving and expanding employment opportunities, therefore this sector can not be ignored altogether. Sebahagian small agricultural production is done by small farmers and their scattered locations inJambiProvince. This sector plays an important role in enhancing regional economic growth Jambi. One of the products sub-sector of agriculture is rice paddies. Basically rice is a commodity that has a very important role for the economic development area of Jambi. The contribution of rice to the local income Jambi also great. In addition, rice is still acting as a source of livelihood of farmers in some regions including the District of Jambi province Jambi Muaro. Muaro Jambi is one area where most inhabitants live in the countryside and live as farmers. As for agricultural crops cultivated in the district of Jambi is Muaro Food crops (rice, rice), crops and fruit plantations. Increasing rice production can be done on agricultural land that has been developed.

This research aims to test the influence of macroeconomic indicators of Indonesia, namely inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, the money supply (M2), and interest rates of deposits against the composite stock price index (JCI) at the Indonesia stock exchange. Research period used is from 1995 up to 2015. The object in this study is the composite stock price index on the Indonesia stock exchange. The data used are secondary data. Methods of data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level of 0.05.The results of this research show that: (a) the negative effect of inflation against the composite stock price Index (JCI) but does not have significant influence; (b) the interest rate has a positive influence against the composite stock price Index and has significant influence; (c) exchange rate against the US Dollar had a negative effect against the composite stock price Index and has a very significant influence against the composite stock price index; (d) the amount of money in circulation has a positive influence against the composite stock price Index and has a very significant influence against the composite stock price index; 1 month Deposit and have a negative effect against the composite stock price Index and has a very significant influence against the composite stock price index.Key words: inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, money supply, 1 month deposit, the composite stock price index

This research aims to analyze the factors affecting the capital structure of the company. The sample companies are companies incorporated in the Indonesia Stock Exchange's LQ45 period 2012-2017. Bound variable used in this research is the structure of assets, while non used is the company's size, profitability, liquidity, operating leverage and sales growth. Test tool used multiple regression test tools IE. The results obtained i.e. There are five free variables that influence partially against variable capital structure i.e. variable structure of assets, company size, profitability, liquidity and sales growth. While the operating leverage variable have no effect partially against the capital structure.

The purpose of this study is to identify, assess, and model the impact of entrepreneurial marketing on the success of MSME businesses in Medan City. This study used descriptive quantitative research as its methodology. In this study, the owners and managers of MSMEs in Medan City make up the population. 121 owners and managers of MSMEs in Medan City served as the study's samples, and the sample size was determined using the Hair et al formula and a straightforward random sampling technique. Using the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 program, multiple linear regression was used to evaluate the research data. According to the study's findings, entrepreneurial marketing and financing significantly and favorably influence MSME business success in Medan City.
