Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine  the response of various tidal swamp varieties of paddy rice (Oryza sativa L.) on various ground water levels. The experiment was conducted in an experimental field of Faculty of Agriculture, Riau University, from July until December 2016. The experiment was conducted by experiment using completely randomized design (RAL) with two factors, namely rice field varieties, and water table height. Varieties are used: IR-42, Inpari 13 and Bamban Lentik. Height of ground water used 5 cm, 10 centimeter, 15 cm and 20 centimeter. The observed parameters were: plant height, tillers maximum number, number of productive tillers, age of panicles, panicle length, harvest age, percentage of unripe rice per hill, weight of dried grain per clump, and weight of 1000 grain of pithy rice. The results obtained in the analysis using anova and HSD of 5%. The results showed that the responses of IR-42 and Inpari 13 varieties to the 10 cm height of the ground water surface resulted in the age of panicles and the fastest harvest age, and yielded the weight of dry grain per clump, the percentage of unlogged rice per hill and the weight of 1000 rice grains. Response of Bamban Lentik varieties to 20 cm high water levels showed the age of panicles and the fastest harvest age, and yielded the weight of dry grain per hill per hill, the percentage of pithy rice per hill and weight of 1000 grain of the highest pine rice.Keywords: Water level, varieties, rice

Abstract

Analisis Kesulitan Menyelesaikan Soal Operasi Hitung Pecahan pada Siswa Sekolah Dasar di Kota Makassar, Fathimah Az.zahra Nasiruddin, Universitas Bosowa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kesulitan yang dialami siswa dan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan siswa kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan soal operasi hitung pecahan pada siswa kelas V SD Inpres Panaikang II/1 Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Inpres Panaikang II/1 Makassar yang berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, tes kemampuan menyelesaikan soal operasi hitung pecahan, dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dalam bentuk deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1. kesulitan yang dialami siswa dalam mengerjakan soal operasi hitung pecahan yaitu a. Siswa kesulitan atau lemah dalam melakukan perhitungan, pengurangan, perkalian dan pembagian. b. Siswa kesulitan dalam memahami konsep operasi hitung pecahan. c. Siswa kesulitan dalam membedakan penyebut dan pembilang. 2.Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kesulitan belajar yaitu : a. Guru mengajar terlalu cepat. b. Suasana kelas tidak kondusif. c. Teman pergaulan yang tidak mendukung. d. Siswa tidak menyukai matematika. e. Siswa malas belajar.

Abstract

This research aims to develop the values of integrity ​​through Entrepreneurship in fostering independent spirit and anti-corruption behavior in students of Serambi Mekkah University students Banda Aceh. The design of this study was carried out in two stages. In the first stage a survey was conducted on the methods and approaches used as input in developing Integrity learning methods by using Entrepreneurship approach involving students and lecturers. In the second stage, a trial was conducted on the development of Entrepreneurship learning in the field by involving students and lecturers. The research method used in this study was the approach (mix method). The population of this study was all students of Serambi Mekkah University consisting of 8 Faculties, approximately (2000 students), the author took 10% of the population to be sampled from 8 Faculties, consisting of 200 students. The results of the study found that not all study programs at Serambi Mekkah University applied Integrity and Entrepreneurship courses, integrity and entrepreneurship subject lecturers did not fit the background of their respective expertise.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (Stad) dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar matematika di SDN Niten Tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik terhadap mata pelajaran matematika terlihat dari meningkatnya skor, dari 95 % siklus I ke 100% siklus II. Peningkatan prestasi belajar terlihat dari hasil post tes yaitu nilai rata-rata di atas KKM 75, pada siklus I 86,6 dan siklus II 82,45. Ketuntasan pada siklus I 90 % dan pada siklus II 80 %.Proses pembelajaran matematika dengan melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif learning tipe  STAD terbukti dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar,dan prestasi belajar peserta didik kelas VI SD Negeri Niten tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Cooperative learning model type STAD in mathematics lesson to improve learning motivation and learning achievement AbstractThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of cooperative learning model type Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) in improving motivation and achievement of mathematics learning at SDN Niten 2017/2018 academic year. The type of this research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The results show that the application of cooperative learning model type STAD can improve motivation and learning achievement in mathematics learning. The learning motivationimprovement is seen from theincrease of students? scores, from 95% cycle I to 100% cycle II. The learning achievement improvement is seen from the post test result with mean valueabove the minimum passing grade 75, at cycle I is 86,6 and cycle II is 82,45. The completeness in cycle I is 90% and in cycle II is 80%. The application of cooperative learning model Type STAD in mathematics learning has been proven to increase learning motivation and learning achievement of sixth grade students of SD Negeri Niten 2017/2018 academic year.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui penerapan Kode Etik Guru Indonesia (KEGI) pada SMAS Bina Bangsa, 2) Untuk mengetahui tingkat kedisiplinan guru dalam menjalankan tugas keprofesian pada SMAS Bina Bangsa, 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan Kode Etik Guru Indonesia (KEGI) terhadap kedisiplinan guru pada SMAS Bina Bangsa. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Assosiatif, penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAS Bina Bangsa yang dilaksanakan pada 10 April 2018 s/d 14 Mai 2018. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 32 orang guru pada SMAS Bina Bangsa yang diambil seluruh populasinya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik Penelitian Kepustakaan (Librari Reserch) dan Penelitian Lapangan (Field Research) yang mencakup Observasi dan Kuesioner (Angket). Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Bahwa 1) Penerapan Kode Etik Guru Indonesia (KEGI) Pada SMAS Bina Bangsa sudah Baik. Dapat dilihat dari nilai rata-rata sebesar 4.35 dengan tingkat termasuk kategori Baik. 2) Bahwa Tingkat Kedisiplinan Guru Dalam Menjalankan Tugas Keprofesian Pada SMAS Bina Bangsa sudah Sangat Baik. Dapat dilihat dari nilai rata-rata sebesar 4.33 dengan tingkat kategori termasuk kategori Sangat Baik. 3) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah di uraikan, maka penulis mengambil kesimpulan bahwa Penerapan Kode Etik Guru Indonesia (KEGI) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kedisiplinan Guru di SMAS Bina Bangsa sebesar 64,67 %, dengan adanya Kode Etik Guru Indonesia (KEGI) maka akan sangat membantu dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan Guru SMAS Bina Bangsa.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSebagian besar masyarakat Kalimantan Barat sangat mengandalkan sawah atau ladang sebagai lahan pertanian. Kurangnya wawasan petani dalam pengelolaan lahan sering menyebabkan kerusakan lingkungan. Salah satu alternatif dalam pengolahan lahan pertanian adalah mengubah metode pembukaan lahan pertanian dari tebas bakar menjadi tebas kompos. Tebas kompos merupakan metode pemanfaatan serasah hasil tebasan ketika tebasan tidak dibakar melainkan diolah menjadi kompos. Penggunaan kompos serasah hasil tebasan belum pernah diujikan sebagai alternatif upaya dalam menurunkan kerusakan lingkungan akibat pembakaran lahan. Penelitian ini diawali dengan menguji kompos serasah lahan pertanian terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi selada (Lactuca sativa L). Informasi yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian disusun menjadi Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) sub materi pelestarian lingkungan dan diaplikasikan dalam pembelajaran di kelas X salah satu SMA di Pontianak-Kalimantan Barat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melihat respon siswa terhadap pemanfaatan LKS. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskripsi, sedangkan instrumen yang digunakan untuk melihat respon siswa adalah angket tertutup dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan respon siswa terhadap pemanfaatan LKS dalam membantu proses pembelajaran menunjukkan respon yang kuat sebesar 78,4% dengan rata-rata nilai pengerjaan LKS sebesar 82,78.ABSTRACTMost people in West Kalimantan rely heavily on the fields as an agricultural land. Farmers’ lacks of insight in terms of land management often cause damage to the environment. One alternative in processing agricultural land is to change the system of agricultural land by slash and burn clearing into composting, in which slash litter composting is a method where the slash was not burned but processed into compost. The use of compost from slash and burn activity has not yet tested as an alternative effort in reducing the environmental damage caused by fires. This study begins by examining the effect of slash and burn compost on growth and production of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L). Information obtained from the results was then compiled into Student Worksheet (LKS) and applied on the environmental conservation sub material in class X of one of Senior High Schools in Pontianak-West Kalimantan. The purpose of this study was to observe students' response towards worksheets uses. The method used in this study was descriptive, while instrument to distinguish student's response was enclosed questionnaire using a Likert scale. Results showed that students' response to the use of worksheets as a means to help learning process was strong (78.4%), with average worksheets score of 82.78.

Abstract

The research objective is to describe the introduction of Hijaiyah letters through the Tilawati method; Supporting and inhibiting factors in the introduction of Hijaiyah letters through the Tilawati method for students aged 5-6 years at the Rumah Qur'an Al-Qadr, Serang city. This research approach is descriptive qualitative, the research subjects are institution managers, teachers, students, and student guardians. Data collection techniques are using observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. Data are analyzed through reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of the study (1) the introduction of hijaiyah letters in the Rumah Qur'an Al-Qadr is in accordance with the learning steps contained in the Tilawati method learning guide using the following techniques: teacher reading-students listening; teacher reading-students imitating; teacher and students both reading; and individually reading and listening using tilawati books; (2) Supporting factors: all the teachers prayed tilawati; complete media; conducive learning environment; high morale of students and teachers; the right curriculum; establishing teacher and parent communication. As for the inhibiting factor: there are still some parents who don't care; some students rarely join the class of learning Qur'an or arrive lately; the student is too tired of doing activities outside; change of teachers in the middle of the semester; inadequate vehicle parking.

Abstract

To find out whether or not the learning objectives have been achieved, it can be seen from student learning outcomes. Learning outcomes are influenced by several factors, one of which is the selection of the right learning model. The purpose of this study was to improve science learning outcomes for class V at SDN 19 Gunung Tuleh using Problem Based Learning (PBL). This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) using quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique used observation techniques in the form of observation sheets for teacher teaching activities and student learning activities, as well as student learning outcomes. The analysis technique used is the percentage technique, which is to compare the learning outcomes of cycle I and cycle II. The results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes. In the first cycle the percentage of student learning completeness is only 40% by using the PBL model in the second cycle student learning completeness reaches 88%. Thus the PBL model can improve science learning outcomes for fifth-grade students at SDN 19 Gunung Tuleh for the 2020/2021 Academic Year.

Abstract

In development and advanced country the expectation age have been increased. This increased connected with the big decreased in prevalence of the cardiovascular disease and stroke.In elderly in which the physical fitness have been decreased, training with low intensity ( for example 40% of maximal heart rate ) will be more safe and can increased the physical and mental fitness that can make them not depend to another people. In elderly the decline of body function 50% was caused by the sedentary life. The consequency of immobilization influenced body systems such as cardiovascular, respiration, body composition and musculoskeletal, nervous system and also the senses and intellectual. Training indirectly can make elder have social interaction, feeling well and increased sleeping quality. Directly training can increased the body function, prevent and cure some diseases. The training program for elder include theurapetic training, muscle and strength training, balance training and stretching.
