Abstract

PENGARUH DOPAN Pb DAN Sb TERHADAP ENERGI AKTIFASI SUPERKONDUKTOR BSCCO-2212. Telah dilakukan penelitian pengaruh dopan Pb dan Sb terhadap energy aktifasi superkonduktor BSCCO-2212. Garam-garam nitrat dari Bismuth, Stronsium, Calsium, dan Copper dicampur pada perbandingan stoikiometri Bi:Sr:Ca:Cu = 2:2:1:2. Campuran dilarutkan dalam garam cair urea dengan pemanasan dan pengadukan pada temperatur 120oC selama 16 jam, kemudian dipirolisis . Hasil pirolisis digerus, dikalsinasi dan disinter dengan temperatur 845 oC selama 10 jam, sintesa diulang dengan penambahan dopan Pb, Sb, dan Pb+Sb dengan fraksi dopan 0,1 terhadap Bi. Hasil sintering diuji efek meissner, mikroskop optik, difraksi sinar-X, dan LCR meter. Pengujian menyimpulkan bahwa terbentuk superkonduktor BSCCO-2212. Penambahan dopan Pb menjadikan konduktifitas tertinggi 9,37x10-3 S/cm dan energi aktifasi terendah sebesar 3197,68 eV pada rentang temperatur 80-240 K. Kata kunci : dopan, energi aktivasi, superkonduktor BSCCO-2212 INFLUENCE OF Pb AND Sb OF BSCC0-2212 SUPERCONDUCTOR CONDUCTIVITY AND ENERGY ACTIVATION. The influence of Pb and Sb dopan of BSCCO-2212 superconductor conductivity and activation energy have been done. Nitrate salts of bismuth, strontium, calcium, and copper stochiometry were mixed in the ratio Bi:Sr:Ca:Cu=2:2:1:2. Mixture were dissolved in a molten salt of urea with heating and stirring at a temperature of 120oC for 16 hours. The pyrolysis were pulverized, calcined, and sintered at themperature of 845 oC for 10 hours, the syntesed was repeated with the addition of Pb, Sb, and Pb+Sb. Dopan with 0.1 dopan fraction of Bi. Sintering result was tested with meissner effect, optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and LCR-meters. It is concluded that the formed superconductor BSCCO-2212. Addition of Pb dopan result in a highest conductivity of 9,37x10-3 S/cm and the lowest activation energy of 3197.68 eV in the temperature range 80-240 K.
