Abstract

This paper describes the customary inheritance dispute resolution in the perspective of Islamic law. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative analysis, which include: 1) inductive method, 2) Method deductive, and 3) The comparative method. Discussion of the results obtained by the understanding that: Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of results of qualitative descriptive research for one month, then it can be summed up as follows; System inheritance garden in the District Maiwa Enrekang is basically deliberation, in consultation division two, the system of inheritance heir died before and after heir dies. The process of inheritance to the heir was still alive at the time Maiwa society can be implemented in a way instructed or intestate. Inheritance Heir Dies After implemented in two ways such a calculation fiqhi Islamic inheritance, which in this division of the boys doubles and girls the same way ma'bage mana’ (flat share), where the boys and women's equal and balanced. This is done because according to the District Maiwa Enrekang that this system is a way to get justice among all heirs. In the perspective of Islamic law such a way that does not conflict with the nature and objectives of Islamic law which is to create peace and tranquility, as described in the verses of the Quran and the Hadith of the Prophet.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of motivation on performance improvement at the Riau Archipelago Development Administration Agency. This type of quantitative research is used in this study. The analytical technique used to determine the impact of motivation on performance is to analyze the data and apply the results to the entire population. In addition, it is necessary to conduct a study using classical assumption instruments and analysis to find out whether the assumptions made in this study are correct or not. In addition, simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing can be used to determine whether there is a correlation between variables. The results of the linear regression test give the regression equation Y = 14.009 + 0.863X1 e, where these results indicate that for each unit of increased motivation, morale increases by 0.863 and has a positive impact. Based on the research results it is known that the value of motivation is 7.924. This value is greater than the value of 2.021 which is the limit of tcount, meaning that motivation partially has a significant impact on the performance of employees of the Riau Islands Development Administration Agency. Based on the results of the analysis, the R-squared value is 0.623. The magnitude of the impact of motivational variables on performance is 62.3%, while the remaining 37.7% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

ABSTRAKJumlah pergerakan orang antara Jakarta – Bandung bisa dikatagorikan tinggi setiap harinya. Akibatnya timbul masalah kemacetan di jaringan jalan karena penggunaan kendaraan pribadi. Keretra Api Cepat Jakarta Bandung merupakan salah satu usaha untuk mengatasinya. Jarak Kereta Api Cepat Jakarta Bandung sejauh 143 km. Permasalahan lain yaitu penetapan tarif Kereta Api Cepat tersebut. Hal ini merupakan faktor sensitifitas seberapa banyak penumpang mau menggunakannya. Metoda penetapan tarif menggunakan Kemampuan Membayar (Ability to Pay, ATP) dan Kemauan Membayar (Willingness to Pay, WTP). Pengumpulan data dengan melakukan survei terhadap pengguna kendaraan pribadi Jalan Tol Padaleunyi menggunakan metode stated preference. Hasil penelitian yaitu ATP sebesar Rp319.772,00 dan WTP untuk tarif sebesar Rp210.347,00.Kata kunci: ATP, WTP, tarif kereta depat ABSTRACTJakarta is one of the largest cities in Indonesia and has transportation problems that can be categorized as quite complex problems, including traffic congestion. To overcome the traffic congestion problem, a high-speed rail was built in Indonesia which connected the city of Jakarta and Bandung in West Java province, with a distance of 143 km. To find out the ability to pay and willingness to pay of prospective users of the Jakarta Bandung high speed rail mode of transportation, this research was conducted. The data collection method is by surveying private vehicle users located in the Rest Area KM 97 Padaleunyi Toll Road using the stated preference method. The results of the study are ATP is IDR319.772,00 and WTP is IDR210.347,00.Keywords: ATP, WTP, High Speed Rail Fares

Abstract

The development of computer technology today is very helpful for humans in completing their work in various fields. One application of computer technology i.e., in the field of computer vision which has a very important role for object recognition. In this study, we designed a computer vision-based automatic vehicle counting system. The system that we created uses the MobileNetV2 Single Shot Multibox Detector (SSD) which is placed on the Raspberry Pi 4 to carry out the process of classifying cars and motorcycles and the raspberry pi 4 also functions as a system controller. This automatic vehicle counter system has been integrated between Raspberry Pi 4 and a mobile application on a smartphone where the smartphone functions to display information such as day, date, month, year and together with the number of cars and motorcycles. We tested this automatic vehicle counting system on steam services (car and motorcycle washing) for 3 days where 10 vehicles were collected every day. The test results show that the system is capable of detecting cars and motorcyles with an average accuracy rate of 46.6%.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bermaksud untuk menjawab keresahan masyarakat perihal kesimpangsiuran informasi perihal substansi pengaturan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana melalui rangkaian penjelasan yang bersifat klarifikatif. Kegiatan ini pula menyasar konstruksi pemahaman masyarakat terhadap dimensi pengaturan sekaligus mengumpulkan persepsi serta melakukan pengayaan terhadap pendapat publik yang mengitari keberadaan ketentuan tersebut. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan beberapa tahapan, yaitu tahap persiapan dan tahap pelaksanaan yang meliputi identifikasi permasalahan serta melakukan penyuluhan hukum. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk dialog interaktif atau tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman hukum masyarakat terhadap pasal-pasal yang dianggap kontroversi terhadap pemberlakuan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana.

Abstract

Di Indonesia sendiri, McDonald's telah hadir sejak tahun 1991 dan terus berkembang hingga sekarang. Padahal dimana kita tahu bahwa industri cenderung memiliki tingkat daya saing yang tinggi dan pesaingnya seperti yang disebutkan sebelumnya bahwa perusahaan telah lama berdiri. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil kajian peneliti terhadap metodologi sistemik terkait pemasaran global berbasis ilmiah yang relevan bagi organisasi multinasional seperti McDonald's dalam mempertahankan bisnisnya dan menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang terus berlanjut baik dalam skala lokal maupun global, khususnya di pasar Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut adalah McDonald's menggunakan strategi diversifikasi produk dan budaya yang membuat penyesuaian budaya di masing-masing negara. Strategi kedua adalah memenuhi kebutuhan audiens utama McDonald's. Strategi ini memungkinkan McDonald's berkembang sangat pesat di pasar Indonesia dalam waktu singkat. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop application reporting results of lecturer evaluations by students. The output of this research is the application of reporting results of lecturer evaluations by students in the form of recapitulation of the results of lecture evaluations, recap per faculty and university recapitulation. This research will be carried out within the scope of Makassar State University. This research is a development research that refers to the ADDIE model (Analysis-Design-Develop-Implement-Evaluate). The first stage of this research was to analyze the results of the lecturer evaluation instrument by students (EDOM) which had been filled in by students in the 2017-2018 odd semester, after that, the EDOM reporting information system application was developed, in the same year testing and product evaluation will be carried out later in use in reporting the results of lecturer evaluations by students in the following semester

Abstract

This research is descriptive research type. This study aims to determine; factors influencing social behavior of Perssin Sinjai supporters in Sinjai District. The population is the board and supporters of Perssin Sinjai of Sinjai Regency. The sample used is the board and supporters Perssin Sinjai District Sinjai amounted to 30 people. The technique of determining the sample is by purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis of frequency. The results showed that factors influencing social behavior of Perssin Sinjai supporters in Sinjai District consisting of willingness of supporters, loyalty, pride, feeling, need each other, actively participate in activities, actively involved in the board and participate in giving donations in good category value of 63%.

Abstract

One of the discussion of comparative public administration is about comparative of civil service system. This article compare between Japan and Indonesian civil service system, and to find some good lessons for Indonesian civil service system. Total staff of number law, independent institution that responsibility for civil system, recruitment based on merit, promotion based on performance, and salary system based on workload, responsibility, and work complexity are positive learning to develop Indonesian civil servive system. Abstract

Tulisan ini menjelaskan tentang manajemen SDM aparatur berbasis kompetensi. Sistem ini menawarkan suatu alternatif proaktif yang mengedepankan bahwa seluruh proses manajemen SDM, khususnya penempatan individu dalam suatu jabatan didasarkan pada informasi kebutuhan kompetensi jabatan, yang sebelumnya telah dianalisis dan diukur aspekaspek yang kemungkinan mempengaruhi keberhasilan dalam jabatannya. Untuk itu, dalam pengelolaan SDM aparatur harus terlebih dahulu dicaritahu bagaimana kompetensi SDM dikelola, mulai tahap perencanaan, perngorganisasian sampai dengan evaluasinya. Jika diterapkan dengan baik, manajemen SDM berbasis kompetensi mempunyai potensi untuk mendukung organisasi mencapai tujuan dan memberikan nilai tambah bagin organisasi.
