Abstract

Desa Sungai Ara merupakan salah satu desa yang ada di Provinsi Riau tepatnya di Kecamatan Pelalawan Kabupaten Pelalawan dimana Desa ini berdekatan langsung dengan hutan tanaman industry. Melalui regulasi Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Republik Indonesia Nomor P.12/Menlhk-II/2015 maka hutan tanaman industry wajib untuk memberdayakan masyarakatnya dengan luas hutan sebanyak 20% agar dikelola secara mandiri oleh masyarakat dengan pola kemitraan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan informasi kepada masyarkaat mengenai pentingnya pemberdayaan masyarakat di sekitar hutan dan mengetahui akan hak-hak mereka terhadap tanaman kehidupan pada hutan tanaman industri dalam rangka produktivitas dibidang ekonomi masyarakat. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara memberikan materi kepada peserta, kemudian sesi tanya jawab, dan diakhiri dengan berdiskusi untuk mencari solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi. Peserta pengabdian sebanyak 15 orang dengan rincian 5 orang Aparatur Desa yang termasuk didalamnya Kepala Desa, dan 10 orang dari unsur masyarakat termasuk didalamnya kaum milenial. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan pengabdian mengenai pemberdayaan masyarakat diperoleh hasil yang cukup memuaskan dengan manfaat pengetahuan bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

The community empowerment program in the Bukit Tigapuluh National Park area in the cultivation of kelulut honey is a community empowerment program created and managed directly by the Bukit Tigapuluh National Park Office with the target recipient of the program being indigenous people living in this national park area, such as the Talang Mamak Tribe community with the aim of providing empowerment activities so that the community can earn additional income to meet their economic needs. This study aims to analyze and explain how the Talang Mamak Tribe Community Empowerment in the Bukit Tiga Puluh National Park Area in Cultivating Kelulut Honey in Rantau Langsat Village, Batang Gansal District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This type of research is qualitative by collecting interview and observation data with respondents, namely Balai TNBT and related agencies and the TNBT fostered Forest Farmers Group. In this study, it was found that the implementation of the program had been implemented but not optimal as a whole due to several indicators used in this study such as standards and targets, resources, communication between organizations, and characteristics of implementers. , socio-economic environment and attitude of implementers in program implementation. Not all of the implementation processes of this empowerment program are in the implemented category so that everything is still not maximally implemented.

Abstract

The plant of life is a program prepared by the government through the regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number P.12/Menlhk-II/2015, for communities living around forests to be empowered by companies in accordance with these rules. The purpose of this study is to explain and provide recommendations on how to empower ideal communities around the forest through living plants in Sungai Ara Village, Pelalawan Regency. The method in this study is to use a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted in Sungai Ara Village, which is located in Pelalawan District, Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing informants, the company and the community. The results in this study found that the ideal empowerment had not been implemented properly in Sungai Ara Village because empowerment was carried out by giving cash. Therefore, the authors recommend ideal empowerment by using concepts from various ideal theories and comparing the results of existing research. Recommendations are expected to create an ideal empowerment by involving all parties including the government, companies and the community itself

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of the Effectiveness of the Duties of the Village Head in Infrastructure Development in Gemilang Jaya Village, Indragiri Hilir district, The indicators in this research are: Clarity of Program Objectives, Program Policies, Facilities and Infrastructure. The type of research located in the Office of the Head of Gemilang Jaya Village, Batang Tuaka District, Indragiri Hilir Regency is a qualitative descriptive research type, because it explores and analyzes the effectiveness of the village head's duties in infrastructure development in Gemilang Jaya Village. Qualitative Research Method is a method used to examine natural objects. Results of Methods Qualitative research emphasizes meaning rather than generalizations. Data collection techniques and types used in this study include: observation, interviews, documentation, and books. Based on the analysis technique, the researcher considers that development planning starting from the clarity of program objectives, program policies, and facilities and infrastructure is still not active.

Abstract

Badan amil zakat nasional merupakan lembaga yang mengelola zakat yang ada di Indonesia dimulai dari provinsi hingga ke kabupaten yang mana lembaga ini khusus untuk mengelola, mengumpulkan,mendistribusikan hingga memberdayakan zakat. Beberapa masalah yang behasil penulis temukan mulai dari masalah sosialisasi yang kurang berjalan optimal, penerima yang tidak tepat sasaran, keanggotaan yang tidak sesuai dengan regulasi Undang-Undang yang berlaku yakni jumlahnya terlalu banyak dari aturan yang sudah ditetapkan hingga kualifikasi dan standard kemampuan anggota yang belum memenuhi standar, dan proses penyaluran yang belum optimal artinya belum memenuhi target. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengimplementasian dalam mendistribusikan dana zakat pada program Siak sejahtera oleh Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Siak, dan untuk mengetahui hambatan dalam proses pendistribusian zakat oleh Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Siak.Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan tipe penelitian survey deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif.. Penelitian survey deskriptif merupakan adalah suatu metode penelitan yang mengambil sampel dari suatu populasi dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Dalam penelitian ini data dan informasi dikumpulkan dari responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Setelah data diperoleh kemudian hasilnya akan dipaparkan secara deskriptif dan pada akhir penelitan akan dianalisis gambaran tentang fakta-fakta, sifat dan hubungan antar gejala dengan penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research).Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Proses pendistribusian zakat oleh baznas kabupaten siak selama ini dapat dikatakan cukup baik mulai dari penerima yang memang berhak mendapatkan zakat atau tepat sasaran terhadap 8 asnaf penerima zakat dan kemudian adalah ketepatan jadwal proses mendistribusikan dana bantuanya. Kemudian hambatan yang dihadapi oleh Baznas Kabupaten Siak dalam proses pendistribusian hampir bisa dibilang tidak ada namun permasalahan yang penulis temui yaitu Ketidak sesuaian data jumlah dana bantuan yang diberikan kepada mustahik, kurang efektifnya program bantuan ternak kepada mustahik, kurangnya pengawasan, dan bantuan yang diberikan belum bisa meningkatkan kesejahteraan para mustahik

Abstract

Kelurahan Batu Bersurat merupakan salah satu Kelurahan yang ada di Provinsi Riau tepatnya di Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar Kabupaten Kampar dimana Kelurahan ini terdapat beberapa perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang galian golongan C dan perkebunan. Melalui regulasi Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Riau Nomor 6 Tahun 2012 Tentang Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan dan Perda Kabupaten Kampar Nomor 3 Tahun 2012 Tentang Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan maka setiap perusahaan yang berada disuatu wilayah tertentu wajib untuk memberdayakan masyarakatnya baik dibidang sosial, ekonomi maupun lingkungan. Adapun tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan informasi kepada masyarkaat mengenai pentingnya pemberdayaan masyarakat Melalui Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Pada UMKM serta mengetahui akan hak-hak mereka terhadap perusahaan agar kedepannya mereka mampu untuk produktivitas dibidang ekonomi. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara memberikan materi kepada peserta, kemudian sesi tanya jawab, dan diakhiri dengan berdiskusi dengan harapan mencari solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi. Peserta pengabdian sebanyak 21 orang dengan rincian 5 orang Aparatur Kelurahan yang termasuk didalamnya Lurah, dan 16 orang dari unsur masyarakat. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan pengabdian mengenai pemberdayaan masyarakat diperoleh hasil yang cukup memuaskan dengan manfaat pengetahuan bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

The National Amil Zakat Agency (Baznas) of Siak Regency is a zakat management agency in the Siak Regency area which is responsible for reports to the Regent. The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the effectiveness of the distribution of Zakat by the National Amil Zakat Agency of Siak Regency (Koto Gasib District Study). The type of research used is descriptive research with qualitative methods by analyzing data in the form of interviews and observations. The study was conducted in Koto Gaasib District, Siak Regency by assessing the effectiveness of the distribution of zakat carried out by Baznas, Siak Regency, to Mustahik in Koto Gasib District. The sample in this study consisted of the Head of Baznas, Deputy II for Distribution and Utilization, staff, UPZ Koto Gasib and Mustahik. The results of the research conducted have not been fully effective because there are still several obstacles found, including the socialization carried out by Baznas has not been maximized because the purpose of socialization is focused on muzakki. In addition, reporting from mustahik regarding its business development is also not clear. The suggestions that will be recommended are that the socialization must be balanced to both muzakki and mustahik, as well as the reporting provided by mustahik about business development to the Baznas of Siak Regency.

Abstract

Atmosphere (Store Atmospere) is one of the things that restaurant and cafe owners can do to compete with their competitors, because Store Atmospere can be one of the things that can increase consumer satisfaction when visiting the store. The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the effect of sotre atmosphere on consumer satisfaction in the Bagan Batu Cinderelas Penyet chicken, Rokan Hilir Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Respondents in this study were 100 respondents by means of sampling using non-probability methods with incidental sampling techniques. Data collection methods consist of questionnaires, observations and documentation. Data analysis in this study used simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that variable X, namely store atmosphere, was categorized as good, while variable Y, namely customer satisfaction, was also categorized as good. For simple linear regression results show that store atmosphere has a significant relationship to customer satisfaction. It can be concluded that Store Atmosphere has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction in Cindelaras Penyet Chicken. Keywords : Store Atmospere, Consumer Satisfaction, Cindelaras Penyet Chicken

Abstract

One of the impacts of Covid-19 is the decline in the community's economy and to overcome the impact of Covid-19, the government made a policy, namely by providing assistance to the community, known as Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD). In distributing the Village Fund BLT, the village government was considered not to be on time and the village government was considered to be less thorough because there were still people who received the Village Fund BLT who received other social assistance. Even though, according to the provisions, recipients of social assistance may not receive Village Fund BLT assistance. This study aims to find out how the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) is distributed to the poor affected by Covid 19. This research uses a qualitative method and the theory that researchers use in this study is the theory of effectiveness according to Nugroho. Based on the results of the study, the Semelinang Darat village government in distributing Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) to communities affected by Covid-19 has been implemented, but there are still people who receive other social assistance who receive BLT Village Funds. So the suggestion in this study is that data on recipients of social assistance needs to be re-datad, so that no community that receives direct village cash assistance (BLT-DD) also receives social assistance from the government. Abstract

The problems that arise in relation to this research are that in the context of implementing corporate social responsibility, it has not been running effectively, which is marked by the lack of precise targeting of the assistance provided in the context of community empowerment by PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk Perawang to farmers in Tualang District. In addition, the low nominal assistance provided is also an obstacle for local community empowerment programs. In addition, the assistance provided will be returned to the company is also an unusual thing. The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the effectiveness of corporate social responsibility at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk Perawang in Tualang District, Siak Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive method. There are two types and sources of data, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques consist of interviews, observation and documentation. Informants from this research consisted of the Chief Executive of CSR, Head of the TJSP Forum Unit of Bappeda Siak, Coordinator of Agricultural Extension Center in Tualang District and community elements as fostered farmers. The results showed that of the 5 indicators, namely understanding of the program, right on target, on time, achieving goals and real changes had not run effectively. The obstacle faced is that there has not been a collaboration between PT. IKPP, Center for Agricultural Extension and Assisted Farmers. In the future, it is hoped that there will be good cooperation between the parties involved, and that each CSR program activity is free of charge or free, and the CSR forum shows its performance in accordance with applicable regulations.
