Provinsi Lampung mempunyai potensi yang sangat besar untuk dikembangkan sebagai produsen ikan terbesar di Indonesia, baik perikanan air tawar, air payau (tambak udang dan bandeng), maupun air laut. Akan tetapi, angka konsumsi ikan Provinsi Lampung masih berada di bawah rata-rata nasional. Walaupun begitu, angka konsumsi yang masih terbilang rendah itu cukup menjadi bukti bahwa konsumsi ikan di Provinsi Lampung memiliki prospek yang baik dan menjanjikan bagi produsen ikan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji proses diseminasi informasi sistem akuaponik, mengidentifikasi masyarakat sasaran kegiatan inkubasi, merumuskan metode/model sistem inkubasi melalui proses diseminasi informasi sistem akuaponik, melaksanakan sosialisasi metode/model sistem inkubasi melalui proses diseminasi, mengembangkan pabrik percontohan (pilot plant) kegiatan inkubasi melalui diseminasi, dan mengidentifikasi nilai tambah proses diseminasi informasi sistem akuaponik bagi pembudi daya ikan air tawar. Analisis data pada kajian ini dilakukan dengan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif, analisis SWOT, dan analisis kelayakan finansial. Waktu penelitian ini dimulai dari waktu inkubasi itu sendiri. However, the consumption rate which is still relatively low enough is to prove that fish consumption in Lampung Province has good and promising prospects for fish producers. This study aims to examine the process of dissemination of system information, identify the target community of incubation activities, formulate methods/models of incubation system, carry out socialization of incubation method/models through the diseemination process, develop pilot plants for incubation activitis through dissemination process and identify the added value of the aquaponic system information throuh dissemination process for freshwater fish farmers. Data analysis in this study was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis methods, SWOT analysis and financial feasibility analysis. This study time starts from the incubation time itself.
