Abstract

This research objectives are first, to determine the influence of potential fiscal (local revenue, general allocation fund, sharing fund, and other official local revenues) to local economic growth. Second, to study potential fiscal impact and local economic growth to its society welfare. The study took all population as it samples (116 cities in Java), ie: local budget realization of all cities in Java from 2007-2009 and uses panel data. Lisrel 8.54 is employed to analyze to form Structural Equation Modeling. The result shows that first, local revenues and sharing fund have positive influence to economic growth, while general allocation fund and other local revenues influence negatively to economic growth. Second, local revenues, general allocation fund and sharing fund have positive impact on local society welfare, while the other local revenues have no significant impact on it.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk model latihan core stability menggunakan stability ball cabang olahraga renang gaya kupu-kupu usia 9-10 tahun. Penelitian & Pengembangan ini menggunakan pendekatan Borg dan Gall. Subjek yang digunakan 20 atlet untuk uji coba kelompok kecil, 60 atlet untuk uji coba kelompok besar, dan 30 atlet untuk uji efektifitas produk. Model latihan core stability divalidasi ahli kepelatihan kondisi fisik dan ahli olahraga renang. Hasil uji coba kelompok kecil, model latihan core stability mendapat persentase rata-rata 82,20%. Hasil uji coba kelompok besar, model latihan core stability mendapat persentase rata-rata 79,60%. Uji efektivitas produk menggunakan tes kecepatan renang 50 meter gaya kupu-kupu dengan rancangan pretest-posttest control group design. Dari hasil selisih pretest-posttest kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol diperoleh harga thitung = 7,776 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Didapatkan ttabel dari db = 58 dari taraf signifikansi 5% adalah 1,671. Jadi nilai thitung > ttabel (7,776 > 1,671) dan sig. (2 tailed) atau p-value = 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga disimpulkan terdapat efektifitas hasil kecepatan renang gaya kupu-kupu atlet renang usia 9-10 tahun yang diberikan latihan core stability menggunakan stability ball.Stability Exercise Model In Butterfly Swimming For 9-10 Years Old Children Abstract         This research aims to produce the model of core stability training model using stability ball in butterfly swimming for 9-10 years old. This Research & Development uses the Borg and Gall approach. Subjects used 20 athletes for small group trials, 60 athletes for large group trials, and 30 athletes to test product effectiveness. The core stability training model is validated by physical fitness experts and swimming sport experts. Small group trial results, core stability training model got an average percentage of 82.20%. The results of large group trials, core stability training model got an average percentage of 79.60%. Product effectiveness test using 50 meter butterfly swimming speed test with pretest-posttest control group design. From the result of  the difference beetwen the pretest-posttest experiment and control group obtained tcount = 7,776 with significance 0,000. Obtained ttable from db = 58 from 5% significance level is 1,671. So tcount> ttable (7,776 > 1.671) and sig. (2 tailed) or p-value = 0.000 < 0.05. So concluded there is effectiveness of swimming pool speed butterfly swimming athletes aged 9-10 years who are given core stability training using stability ball.

Abstract

Garam adalah produk strategis, karena hampir setiap orang menkonsumsi garam setiap hari. Industri garam di daerah Pati – Rembang biasanya memproduksi garam briket dan garam meja. UKM garam briket mencetak garam dengan dua metode yaitu manual dan menggunakan mesin pencetak garam. Permasalahan utama mesin pencetak yang digunakan UKM garam adalah kontruksi dan daya penggerak besar (5PK), butuh 2 operator serta tingkat keamanan operasionalnya rendah. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini akan merancang bangun mesin pencetak garam yang efektif dan aman. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan identifikasi kebutuhan dan spesifikasi mesin, membuat desain mesin pencetak garam, mengimplementasikan rancangan, menguji kinerja mesin, menguji produk yang dihasilkan, serta membuat analisa hasil pengujian. Hasil penelitian ini adalah mesin pencetak garam dengan spesifikasi dimensi utama 100x100x150 cm, penggerak motor listrik 2PK, menggunakan 1 operator dan operasionalnya aman. Hasil pengujian kapasitas sekitar 450 garam briket/jam dengan satu cavity. Hasil pengujian produk hasil cetakan menunjukkan tingkat kepadatan yang hampir sama dengan mesin pencetak yang sudah ada dan lebih tinggi dari pencetakan manual.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan aspek penting dalam instrumen pembelajaran anak usia dini (generasi milenial) karena seiring dengan berkembangnya tantangan lingkungan, pergaulan sosial dan teknologi. Pembelajaran inovatif merujuk pada bagaimana pengajar mampu memberikan input materi pada anak secara mudah, ruang teknologi memberikan peluang sinergi kurikulum dan teknologi dikembangkan untuk membangun karakter pada anak salah satunya adalah induksi karakter berbudi pekerti luhur melalui penyampaian cerita dan dongeng. Arah penelitian ini adalah melakukan studi perbandingan metode induksi pengetahuan dan karakter luhur anak usia dini melalui pendekatan cerita oral klasikal, penggunaan boneka mikro dan pendekatan induksi pendidikan melalui game interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan nilai Pillai, Wilk?s Lambda, Hotelling dan Roy?s (0,171) dengan inteprestasi keefektifan penggunaan metode cerita oral, mikro dongeng dan game simulasi untuk pendidikan karakter berbudi pekerti luhur secara bersama ? sama yang ditinjau dari jenis kelaminnya tidak ada perbedaan, namun dari capaian rata-rata (mean) ketiga metode tersebut dalam penggunaan induksi tokoh-tokoh animasi pada simulasi game petualangan interaktif adalah yang paling tinggi (84,08).

Abstract

The application of technology will have a direct strategic impact on the organization. Information technology in the context of infrastructure refers to applications used to create, process, store, and disseminate knowledge to organizations. The capability of information technology will encourage the effectiveness of organizations in creating a competitive advantage. The research direction is to uncover the influence of Information Technology Capability (ITC) on Readiness to Change (RTC) of organizations mediated by the existence of the role of Leadership and Human Capital Effectiveness (HCE). These two big concepts are offered to bridge the research gap. The research sample was 166 design-based fashion manufacture industry in Central Java at the organizational level, consist of 49 males and 117 females respectively. Testing through the Structural Equation Model shows that Information Technology Capability (ITC) has an indirect influence on Readiness to Change (RTC) through Human Capital Effectiveness (HCE) which is greater than through Leadership and HCE.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship in online business is related to the rapidly growing number of internet literacy in Indonesia. Currently, 160 million people access the internet, making Indonesia an economical cake that creates a potential market. It encourages market competition and innovation in the red zone. Competition triggers business actors, including entrepreneurs, to rethink the strategies applied to win market competition relevant to the current phenomenon. The research question is related to how online business entrepreneurs take advantage of innovation to survive the business turbulence, such as developing technology, changing regulations, market tastes, and the need for social distancing in a pandemic situation. Innovative Entrepreneurship (IE), initially inspired by Schumpeter and Lumpkin Dess, is now further transformed by the evolution of generations from generation X to generation Y (millennial generation). Millennials have different characters and lifestyles, so that in terms of entrepreneurial characteristics, millennials have an IE perspective that brings their uniqueness. In line with the development of the internet and application breakthroughs by unicorn developers, E-marketplaces have become an interesting online business phenomenon to explore and create the dynamics of IE. This study is based on the perspective of technology-based entrepreneurship through a qualitative approach. The results of the study obtained an IE construct with millennial ownership. The construct of IE in the online business environment is formed by four dimensions, namely technology, work atmosphere, organizational strategy, and market agility. By applying these four dimensions, the IE construct will foster entrepreneurship to formulate better ways to survive and win the competition in the e-marketplace business environment.
