Abstract

Abstrak Tulisan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya pergeseran paradigma pembelajaran berbasis luring pada pembelajaran berbasis daring di masa pandemic Covid-19. Hal tersebut merupakan dampak dari adanya upaya pencegahan dan memutus rantai penyebaran wabah Covid-19 dengan melakukan pembatasan sosial yang berdampak pada banyak aspek kehidupan termasuk pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa bagaimana problematika, kelebihan, kekurangan, dan kendala dari pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis daring di masa pandemic Covid-19 di MI Miftahul Huda Jepara. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran berbasis daring sangat membantu proses belajar mengajar di masa pandemic Covid-19. Namun pembelajaran berbasis daring juga memunculkan persoalan baru yang kompleks bagi guru, orang tua, dan peserta didik. Kata kunci: pembelajaran daring, pusat pendidikan, Covid-19 Abstract Background of this paper is changes on paradigm offline-based learning to online-based learning during pandemic Covid-19. This is the impact of efforts to prevent and cut off the chain of Covid-19 spread by carrying social distancing that have an impact on many aspects in life including education. The purpose of this research study is to analyze how the problems, strengths, weaknesses, and constraints of implementing online-based learning during pandemic Covid-19 at MI Miftahul Huda Jepara. The findings of this study are that online-based learning has greatly helped the teaching and learning process during pandemic Covid-19. However, online-based learning also raises new, complex problems for teachers, parents, and students. Keywords: online learning, education center, Covid-19

Abstract

Abstract. The religious activities of Muslims have experienced a shift in the digital era 4.0. The tremendous development of information technology has changed the religious pattern of Muslims around the world. This paper aims to answer how the form of a religious shift in the Muslim community, to what extent the development of information technology has implications for the religious pattern of Muslims. The approach used in this qualitative descriptive study is a phenomenological approach. The research data was extracted through documentation from several kinds of literature, both books, and scientific journal articles. The data is then analyzed to obtain answers to the research questions. The result of this research is that ibadah activities and muamalah activities have been affected by advances in information technology so that they experience a shift in religious patterns from manual to online-based. The conclusion of this paper is that technological progress has not only contributed greatly to the religious pattern of Muslims but has also become a threat to Muslims. Abstract

Dalam rangka mengontrol perilaku dan perkembangan anak pada usia pendidikan dasar, perlu adanya sinergitas serta komunikasi antara pihak sekolah dengan orangtua. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis program konseling dalam mengontrol perilaku siswa Sekolah Dasar Unggulan Terpadu Bumi Kartini Jepara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan penelitia lapangan melalui wawancara, observasi langsung dalam implementasi program konseling. Hasil temuan  penelitian menunjukkan ada tiga program konseling yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Unggulan Terpadu Bumi Kartini Jepara. Pertama, konseling secara individu yang dilakukan guru kelas dengan siswa. Program ini dilakukan sesuai kebutuhan pada waktu kondisional. Kedua, konseling bulanan antara guru kelas dengan orangtua siswa. Jadwal pelaksanaan setiap hari Jum’at pada akhir bulan. Ketiga, program layanan parenting bersama orangtua siswa setiap akhir semester. Program parenting dilakukan dalam bentuk variatif seperti seminar, sarasehan, gathering, dengan tema berbeda setiap semester. Parenting merupakan media update dan sharing informasi tentang perkembangan sikap anak dengan fasilitator ahli. Media komunikasi penunjang konseling adalah grup whatsapp orang tua siswa, guru, pimpinan sekolah, dan buku konseling tentang catatan masalah beserta hasil konseling.In order to control the behavior, attitudes, and development of children in the age of basic education, there needs to be synergy and communication between stakeholder of the school and parents. This study aims to analyze counseling programs in controlling the behavior of students of Integrated Primary School Bumi Kartini Jepara. The research method used descriptive qualitative. In collecting data using field research through interviews, direct observation in the implementation of counseling programs. The results of the study are three counseling programs carried out at the Integrated Primary School Bumi Kartini Jepara. The first, individual counseling by class teachers with students. This program is carried out as needed in conditional time. The second, monthly counseling between class teachers and parents. Implementation schedule every Friday at the end of the month. The third, parenting service program with parents of students at the end of each semester. The parenting program is carried out in various methods such as seminars, parent class, gatherings, with different themes every semester. Parenting is a medium for updating and sharing information about the development of children's attitudes with expert facilitators. There are communication media in order to supporting counseling program, such as WhatsApp group of parents, teachers, school leaders, and counseling books about the problem notes and the results of counseling.

Abstract

The rise of radical intolerant understanding, the spread of the movement of exclusivity and fundamentalism of Islamic teachings poses a serious threat to internal Muslims and the global community. This phenomenon has an impact on the emergence of disputes between groups, internal and external to Muslims, which endangers the survival of the global community. Especially in the digital age where information flow seems to be in the grip. Everyone easily accesses and disseminates information, very easily. Although the digital era has positive impacts, the negative impacts are no less terrible. Through sophisticated electronic devices that collaborate with the development of information technology dissemination of negatively charged content such as hate speech, hoaxes, radical propaganda and streams that threaten public harmony spread easily and can be accessed by anyone and anywhere. The real concern is not only in the general public, but among adults and educated people, but the younger generation is also potentially exposed to these things. To stem the onslaught of intolerant radical radical propaganda, the right solution is to counter this, namely multicultural Islamic education. Multicultural Islamic education is expected to be a surefire solution to the problem. The atmosphere is that the spirit of Islam as a religion that spreads mercy for all nature will be truly realized. Through case study research and qualitative approaches, this paper examines how radicalism, fundamentalism and exclusivity of Islamic teachings spread easily through digital media. How multicultural Islamic education can become a vaccine that can eradicate the virus of radicalism, fundamentalism and exclusivity of Islamic teachings. The results of this research are through the concepts and principles of multicultural Islamic education that will be able to reduce and become a solution to the threat of radicalism, fundamentalism and exclusivity of Islamic teachings that endanger the life of society, nation and religion.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) learning motivation Aqidah Akhlak MI students Miftahul Ulum Tunahan 03 (2) Knowing the intensity of learning at home in the Aqeedah Akhlak subjects MI Miftahul Ulum Tunahan 03 students (3) learning achievement Aqidah Akhlak subjects MI Miftahul Ulum Tunahan 03 students (4) the influence of motivation and intensity of learning at home on learning achievement Aqidah Akhlak MI Miftahul Ulum Tunahan 03 students. Data collection techniques use: observation to collect learning motivation data, questionnaires for data on learning intensity at home and tests to collect learning achievement data Aqidah Akhlak. The population of MI Miftahul Ulum Tunahan students is 2018/2019 academic year, amounting to 104 people, because the population is widely sampled classically in class IV and V students, amounting to 25 people. Statistical analysis using multiple regression formulas. The results show that simultaneously there is a significant positive effect of learning motivation and intensity of learning at home on learning achievement Aqidah Akhlak MI Miftahul Ulum Tunahan 03 students. Based on statistical analysis with multiple regression formulas showed a significance level of 5% or 1%. Where the magnitude of Freg is 11.13 then compared with Ftable with df = 2: 22, for a significance level of 1% = 5.72 and for a significance level of 5% = 3.44. So Freg> F table. Stelain was also found to be determined by 58%, which means that motivation and intensity of learning at home had a positive effect of approximately 58% on Aqidah Akhlak learning achievement.

Abstract

The phenomenon of street children joining the Punk, Alay, and Cosplay community is one of the social problems in Kedungmutih village, Demak. This research aimed to explain the problem of the Mafia Sholawat community, its background, and its efforts in social extension. The research is qualitative research and field research. The data were analyzed using the descriptive method. The results showed that the community has been established because of some reasons namely, equality of people's fate including children from divorcing parents, lack of parental attention, and the low levels of education. The problem faced by the community is slow to the progress of efforts which need a long time to develop and gradually strategy.

Abstract

This paper reviews three main things in families that have integral-functional traits (childcare, livelihood and inheritance). Paradigm of conventional Islamic law divides the role between husband and wife rigidly. for example, living is the duty ofa husband, caring for children is the duty of the wife, and inheritance rights are legal 2 : 1 for husband and wife. With the occurrence of social change that has caused a change in the role of husband and wife both in the form of division of rolesand even the exchange of roles between husband and wife. This is certainly not fair when there is no balance between rights and burden carried out, so we need a fair legal solution. There fore this study analyzes the problem using the perspective of maqâṣid asy-syarî‘ah.
