Abstract

Masih banyaknya perempuan yang tidak bekerja membuat perempuan hanya mengandalkan pendapatan dari suami sebagai kepala keluarga. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan perempuan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga melalui pelatihan pembuatan dan pemasaran produk rajutan. Tujuan kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan dan pemasaran produk rajutan adalah meningkatkan pendapatan ibu rumah tangga dengan cara membuat dan memasarkan produk rajutan yang telah dihasilkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah: (1) kegiatan pelatihan yang dilakukan dengan demonstrasi membuat produk rajutan dan memasarkan produk melalui media sosial Instagram, (2) pelatihan dan pendampingan pemasaran produk rajutan melalui Instagram, yang bertujuan membantu mitra yang memiliki masalah dalam memasarkan produk rajutan melalui media sosial Instagram. Hasil kegiatan adalah dihasilkannya produk rajutan dalam berbagai bentuk dan ukuran serta mulai dipasarkannya produk rajutan melalui media sosial Instagram.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kecanggihan teknologi dan penyebaran informasi yang begitu cepat pada saat ini menjadikan karyawan mudah memperoleh informasi akan kebutuhan tenaga kerja di pasar tenaga kerja. Akses yang mudah menjadikan banyak karyawan mudah untuk berpindah kerja dari satu organisasi ke organisasi lainnya, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan keterikatan karyawan yang kuat kepada organisasi tempat karjanya. Faktor kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja menjadi faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keterikatan karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap keterikatan karyawan dengan lingkungan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada perusahaan transportasi PO Puspa Jaya Bandar Lampung. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 276 karyawan, selanjutnya dianalisis data dengan menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan menggunakan program AMOS 20. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan karyawan, dan hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap keterikatan karyawan. Saran dari hasil penelitian adalah agar manajemen lebih memperhatikan kebutuhan karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Lingkungan Kerja, Keterikatan karyawan. ABSTRACT The sophistication of technology and the rapid dissemination of information at this time makes it easy for employees to obtain the information needed in the labor market. Easy access for many employees to move from one organization to the others, therefore we need good employee engagement for the organization on which it belongs. Leadership and work environment factors become factors that affect employee engagement. This study aims to prove the relationship transformational leadership to employee engagement with work environment as a mediation variable at the transportation company PO Puspa Jaya Bandar Lampung. The sample in this study amounted to 276 employees, then analyzed the data by using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) using AMOS 20 program. The results of this study conclude that transformational leadership and work environment are positive and significant to employee engagement, and the results of the analysis also show that work environment is unable to mediate transformational leadership towards employee engagement. Suggestion from this research is management must be gift attention to employees on their duty. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Work environment, Employee Engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of communication, work environment, and motivation on the performance of employees at PT Great Giant Pineapple. The data collection method in this study utilizes primary data. Data analysis involves multiple linear regression and t-tests, using IBM SPSS version 25 software. The sample size for this study consisted of 100 respondents from PT Great Giant Pineapple. The sampling technique employed probability sampling with a simple random sampling method. The results of this study support the proposed hypothesis, indicating that communication, work environment, and motivation have a positive and significant impact on the performance of PT Great Giant Pineapple employees. Suggestions for the company include enhancing upward and downward communication, such as providing information about tasks and organizational policies, as well as encouraging employees to communicate any work-related challenges to their superiors. Additionally, efforts should be made to improve the physical work environment, particularly in terms of maintaining optimal air temperature. Furthermore, employees should be encouraged to recognize the importance of planning their tasks independently, even in the absence of supervision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and human resource development on employee performance implemented by PT KAI (Persero) Bandung 2 daop operating unit in influencing the performance of its employees. This study was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The data used in this study used questionnaire data obtained from 236 respondents' answers to employees of PT KAI (Persero) Bandung 2 daop operation unit. The conclusion is that this study supports the proposed hypothesis, namely: Leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, and HR development has a positive effect on employee performance. Suggestions given from this research are PT KAI (Persero) Bandung Daop 2 operating unit so that in creating good employee performance every leader must have the care, trust, and motivation of employees actively working, entering on time and working seriously. The leader motivates the morning briefing / apple before work so that it is directed and controlled to do the task of carrying out the train journey. In improving human resource development, it is necessary to supervise the quality of work by increasing the training of employees who have not done special training, motivating employees to improve the formalities of higher education so that they can develop and have performance standards both in the company and the government.
