Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has hit almost all countries in the world, including Indonesia. In addition, the COVID-19 pandemic has also affected the education system in Indonesia, which causes the learning system to be conducted online. However, in some regions in Indonesia, it is allowed to organize a face-to-face learning system. Where according to the direction of the Minister of Education and Culture in the 2021/2022 school year, it will be held with limited face-to-face learning while still implementing health protocols. Through the Community Service program with the topic "Covid-19 Pandemic Disaster Mitigation Training as an Effort to Minimize the Spread of Coronavirus in Majalaya District" aims to increase motivation to learn during a pandemic and provide understanding to students (i) SMA Negeri 1 Majalaya regarding the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic and health protocols that have been set by the Ministry of Health in an effort to minimize the spread of the coronavirus. This activity is intended for students (i) SMA Negeri 1 Majalaya by using the direct presentation method. This activity began with giving questionnaires to students to determine the level of student learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of the questionnaire showed that during the Covid-19 pandemic, students' learning motivation was quite affected. In addition, after counseling about the Covid-19 Pandemic disaster mitigation using Power Point media and games, there was an increase in knowledge of the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic and the health protocols set by the Ministry of Health in an effort to minimize the spread of the coronavirus. Based on the results in the field, this activity has proven successful in increasing the knowledge of SMP Negeri 1 Majalaya regarding the mitigation of the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

West Java noted, as of August 14, 2021, 653,741 people were confirmed positive for COVID-19. On the same date, the number of active COVID-19 cases in West Java was 65,000. There is a significant increase in active cases of COVID-19 in 2021 in West Java. In the period 5 June – 17 July 2021, there was an increase in the number of active cases by 95,532. In that period, active cases increased by 484%, and the Bed Occupancy Ratio (BOR) in West Java had jumped in June 2021 with the highest number of 91.6%, this figure far exceeded the WHO recommendation of 60% before finally continuing to decline and finally in August was at 30.69%. This has an impact on the incidence of patient rejection at the COVID-19 referral hospital. Active cases talk about COVID-19 patients who need medical treatment and new cases talk about the rate of spread of COVID-19 in West Java, so these two things are very strategic to study. In this study, active cases and new case were predicted using Multilayer Perceptron (MLP). The data used in this study were sourced from the COVID-19 Task Force. The data is the number of positive cases, recovered and died of COVID-19 sufferers in 34 provinces in Indonesia in the period 2 March 2020 - 14 August 2021. The results of the study found, from the results of the evaluation using data testing the number of active cases in the last 19 weeks, namely April 10 – August 14, 2021, MLP is accurate in predicting the number of active cases for the first coming week 17 times, and the next two weeks for the second week 12 times with an absolute percentage error (APE) < 20%. As for weekly new cases, MLP has been accurate 10 times for the next one week and 9 times for the next two weeks. It is hoped that the results of this study can be useful for the government as a reference in conditioning the hospital bed capacity to deal with active cases of COVID-19 in West Java in the next two weeks so that no COVID-19 patients are rejected by the hospital because the hospital is full.

Abstract

The Flood disaster is a natural event, one of which is caused by overflowing rivers. This disaster often occurs in the Majalaya area, Bandung Regency. Geographical conditions close to the Citarum River flow and the plains lower than the surrounding area causes this area to be flooded especially during the rainy season. Through the Community Service Program with the topic "training and simulation of natural disaster mitigation as an effort to minimize unwanted impacts in Majalaya sub-district" aims to increase the knowledge of the surrounding community regarding the impact of flood disasters and efforts to reduce the impact through mitigation efforts. This activity is aimed at 8th graders of SMP Negeri 1 Majalaya by using the presentation method using WhatsApp group media. This activity begins with giving questionnaire I which functions as a pre-test and ends with questionnaire II which functions as a post-test. The questionnaire was given at the beginning and at the end to see to what extent the material gave influence and new knowledge to students of SMP Negeri 1 Majalaya. The results of the questionnaire show that prior to counseling on flood disaster mitigation, the sample was categorized as having good knowledge of 87% and having poor knowledge of 13%. After counseling about flood disaster mitigation using PowerPoint media and games there was an increase in knowledge, the sample with good knowledge was 98% and those with poor knowledge were 2%. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, this activity proved successful in increasing the knowledge of SMP Negeri 1 Majalaya regarding flood mitigation.

Abstract

The coastal area is one area that has complex dynamics. One phenomenon that is known to have an impact on coastal activities is the erosion of the coastal area called Abrasion.  Integrated KKNM-PPM  is a community service activity of Padjadjaran University, which is carried out annually in several regions. The program can be used as a distribution of knowledge as well as community service at Padjadjaran University students, in this case, providing education about this abrasion phenomenon. The location for the integrated KKNM is RT 01 RW 04 Bojongsalawe Hamlet, Karangjaladri Village, Parigi District, Pangandaran Regency. We have known that the coastal areas in the Karangjaladri Coast area are areas that occur annually with abrasion phenomena, ranging from 0.01 to 1.2 ha erosion in a year. The Information of this paper, it is expected that the region can wisely use the process.

Abstract

REPORT OF OBSERVATION OF BED AVAILABILITY FOR COVID-19 PATIENTS AT HOSPITAL IN BANDUNG CITY REGION BASED ON SIRANAP WEB. This observation aims to analyze the level of accuracy and the real time nature of the data on the SIRANAP web conducted by hospitals in the city of Bandung. We did this observation for 16 days by taking screenshots 3 times every day with a random screenshot schedule. This observed update time is then rounded to the nearest 30 minutes to obtain a data resolution. From these observations, it is suspected that the data from seven hospitals in Bandung on SIRANAP website is inaccurate. Of the seven hospitals in the city of Bandung, only one hospital is categorized as real-time, which are Hasan Sadikin General Hospital, the other six hospitals are categorized as not real-time. Based on the standard deviation of SIRANAP data, seven hospitals in Bandung City have different update times. Therefore, it can also be concluded that the data on SIRANAP has not been able to help the people of Bandung City optimally.

Abstract

PT. Braja Mukti Cakra uses various types of engines to produce parts for truck cars. Vertical Lathe Automatic Chucking Machine (VMACL) is a machine that has the highest frequency of damage when compared to other machines. To reduce damage costs, preventive maintenance is well scheduled. This scheduling problem solving is done using the Annealing Simulation Algorithm. The results of the analysis give direction that the scheduling that must be done are: The maintenance action schedule for the Lifter component is at month 1,6,7,22,24,34, for the Insert component at 4,15,18,27,33 months, and for the Door component at the 2nd month, 12,13,16,17,30,36. Replacement actions for the Lifter component were carried out in the 4,5th month, 1,17,20,29, for the Insert component in the 9,19,22,23,35 months, and for the Door component in the 1,20,27 months. . Scheduling for 36 months using the Simulated Annealing Algorithm will cost IDR. 84,119,244.60 and produce greater reliability than the previous reliability of 58.44%.

Abstract

This study presents the unwanted conditions determination. The economic resilience model without taking into account the level of disruption and unwanted conditions is unrealistic model. The Objective is to determine unwanted conditions as a key criterion in determining the economic resilience status of a city. This study used data on Concern variables group and Control variables groups from website of Central Bureau of Statistics Indonesia. These data covered all 514 cities in Indonesia and are observed for a 5-year period from 2014 to 2018. The data is useful to develop a statistical model that can explain well the pattern of relationships between concern variables and control variables. Piecewise linear regression is applied to identify statistics model between Pc and Z, Lower Control Limit (LCL) for variable Z using Individual control Chart is applied to determine the unwanted conditions.  We obtained that the control variable, Z is the ratio between the original income of the region (PAD) with the number of poor people in a city and the concern variable is income per capita, Pc of a city. Piecewise linear regression with breakpoint 126,255,066 can explain well the pattern of relationships between Z and Pc variables. The equation is: Pc = 26,660,263+0.28Z, R-square = 70.48%. LCL value is.1.884.059.5 so all cities that have a Z value below 1.884.059.5 fall into the unwanted condition area and after careful examination is obtained percentage of cities classified as do not have economic resilience , PER =28%. Cities that fall into unwanted conditions are defined as cities that cannot bear receiving economic shocks.

Abstract

Abstract- One important matter that should be investigated is the estimation of the risk distribution model of claims for each age group of the insured in health insurance because it is beneficial to prevent the occurrence of losses for insurance companies in the future. Supply chain strategy can be used in health insurance industry to manage the risks. In this paper, the research done is about the risk distribution model estimation on health insurance claims using Bayesian. The objective is to derive a health insurance risk model and determine the amount of net premium for each insured age group in health insurance. The sample of this study is the participant of health insurance in the Bandung area, Indonesia, especially for the insured who live in flood-prone areas. The estimation of the Poisson and Gamma distribution parameter is performed using the Bayesian method, which OpenBUGS involves Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) the simulation technique. The estimation results show that the frequency of claims significantly follows the Poisson distribution, whereas the amount of claims substantially follows the Gamma distribution. With the result of the analysis, the estimated frequency distribution of claims and the amount of claims, a health insurance risk model may be established. Thus the net premium of health insurance for every age group, for the insured who live in the area prone to floods can be determined.

Abstract

Abstract

Pangandaran Regency is famous for its natural beauty, especially the beauty of its beaches. In this district there are many famous beaches. Besides the beach, there are also rivers that offer beautiful views. However, not many tourists have made the rivers in Pangandaran as tourist destinations, especially the Cikidang River. Cikidang River has the potential to be used as ecotourism. In building an ecotourism area on the banks of a river, it is necessary to carry out an in-depth analysis of the damage that might occur due to erosion. One of the factors that can increase erosion is the speed of water on the surface. Therefore, in this paper, measurement of river surface velocity is carried out in a simple way and analyzed using the velocity formula. From the results of this measurement, a recommendation was made to direct all parties involved in measuring the surface velocity of the Cikidang River as a means of supporting the development of ecotourism areas.
