Abstract

This study examines and describes the process of establishing organizational identity as a means of enhancing social resilience; in this case the application of Al-Ma'un values as the organization's unique identity. This study concentrated on the Hospital Umamt Muhammadiyah in Yogyakarta (PKU). This research contributes theoretically to the development of organizational theory by focusing on the religiosity of organizational identity as a relatively new object of study in social sciences, particularly organizational social resilience.This study uses a qualitative case study method to obtain data, information, and knowledge related to members' awareness of Al-Ma'un, which was the source of inspiration for the birth of this hospital in 1923. Informants consisted of employees, with primary data collection through in-depth interviews.The findings indicated that Al-Ma'un members' identification with their values had been internalized into a nested identity that evolved into the organizational identity of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Yogyakarta. Theoretically, this study discovered a robust and enduring distinctive value for the three CED criteria (central, enduring, distinctive) in the concept of organizational identity, thereby supporting the value of social resilience. Al-Ma'un is what distinguishes PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital from other hospitals. However, the fact indicates that there is still some misalignment of values, as several health workers at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital continue to exhibit inconsistent Islamic behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to know and analyze the influence of distributive justice compensation to employee engagement of PT. Ameya Livingstyle Indonesia, knowing and analyzing the effect of procedural fairness of compensation on employee engagement of PT. Ameya Livingstyle Indonesia, knowing and analyzing the influence of distributive justice compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Ameya Livingstyle Indonesia, knowing and analyzing the effect of procedural fairness of compensation on employee performance of PT. Ameya Livingstyle Indonesia, and know and analyze the influence of employee engagement on the performance of employees of PT. Ameya Livingstyle Indonesia. This research are 93 permanent employees of PT. Ameya Livingstyle Indonesia. Sampling technique using Purposive sampling is sampling method where the sample is taken based on certain criteria, which is only permanent employee of PT. Ameya Livingstyle Indonesia numbering 93 people. Data analysis method using Linear Regression Model Structural Equation Model (SEM) AMOS in this research is used to know and analyze impact. The results of the analysis is identified most respondents assess Distributive Justice Compensation Employees known PT. Ameya Livingstyle Indonesia, High (Mean 4.17). Identified most of the respondents judge Procedural Justice Compensation Employees remain PT. Ameya Livingstyle Indonesia, High (Mean 3.98). Known most respondents rate Employee Engagement Employees Employees permanent PT. Ameya Livingstyle Indonesia, Height (Mean 4.02). Known most respondents rate Employee Performance PT. Ameya Livingstyle Indonesia, Height (Mean 4.08). The results of the analysis show that Distributive Justice Equity significantly affects Employee Engagement Employees PT. Ameya Livingstyle Indonesia (value of probability t-count (0.000) Level of Significant (0,05)), Procedural Justice Compensation has significant effect to Employee Engagement Employee PT. Ameya Livingstyle Indonesia (value of probability t-count (0.000) Level of Significant (0,05)), Distributive Justice Compensation has significant effect to Employee Performance of PT. Ameya Livingstyle Indonesia (value probability t-count (0.040) Level of Significant (0,05)), Justice Prosedural Compensation has a significant effect on Employee Performance Employees PT. Ameya Livingstyle Indonesia (probability value t-count (0,000) Level of Significant (0,05)). This can be interpreted, if the Justice Procedural Compensation increases, then Employee Performance Employees PT. Ameya Livingstyle Indonesia has increased, Employee Engagement has a simultaneous influence on Employee Performance Employees PT. Ameya Livingstyle Indonesia (probability value t-count (0,000) Level of Significant (0,05)).

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study examines whether Islamic work ethics has a relationship with employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior of employees in hospitals. The research design uses a quantitative approach through research instruments. Based on the purposive sampling technique, the unit of analysis in this study was the PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital employees in the Special Region of Yogyakarta who had worked for a minimum of 1 year. The total respondents in this study were 179 respondents from PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital employees in Yogyakarta Special Region. The results of this study indicate several empirical findings. First, Islamic work ethics has a positive influence on employee engagement. Second, Islamic work ethics has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Third, employee engagement has a positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior. ABSTAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah etika kerja Islam memiliki hubungan dengan keterikatan karyawan dan organizational citizenship behavior karyawan di Rumah Sakit. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui instrumen penelitian. Berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling, unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang sudah bekerja minimal masa kerja 1 tahun. Total responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 179 responden dari karyawan Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan beberapa temuan empiris. Pertama, etika kerja Islam memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap terhadap keterikatan karyawan. Kedua, etika kerja Islam memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour. Ketiga, keterikatan karyawan mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour

Abstract

Abstrak. The coordinating body of social welfare activities (BK3S), a non-governmental organization that has the task and responsibility of coordinating the implementation of social welfare efforts organized by social welfare institutions (LKS) for the community, especially gives services to people with social welfare problems. BK3S DIY social actions as government partners cq the social office has the authority to regulate, provide recommendations for licensing, advocate for organizations and strengthen the existence of LKS. The practice of organizing, coordinating, advocating and strengthening organizational governance is analyzed through Max Weber's authority theory. The results of the analysis of social actions in the practice of regulating, coordinating, advocating and engaging in strengthening institutions with Max Weber's theory of authority obtained organizational identity so that it looks strangely different from BK3S or other social organizations. Abstrak. Badan Koordinasi Kegiatan Kesejahteraan Sosial (BK3S) adalah lembaga non pemerintah. Tugas dan tanggungjawabnya adalah melakukan koordinasi penyelenggaraan berbagai usaha kesejahteraan sosial oleh Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial (LKS) untuk masyarakat terutama memberi pelayanan kepada penyandang masalah kesejahteraan sosial. Tindakan sosial BK3S DIY sebagai mitra pemerintah cq dinas sosial mempunyai kewenangan mengatur, memberi rekomendasi perizinan, mengadvokasi organisasi dan memperkuat keberadaan LKS. Praktik mengatur, mengoordinasikan, mengadvokasi dan memperkuat tata kelola organisasi ini dianalisis melalui teori kewenangan Max Weber. Hasil analisis tindakan sosial dalam praktik pengaturan, koordinasi, advokasi dan keterlibatan memperkuat kelembagaan dengan teori kewenangan Max Weber diperoleh identitas organisasi sehingga tampak kekhasan dan pembeda dengan BK3S atau organisasi sosial lainnya.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari secara empiris persepsi pegawai terhadap pekerjaanya dalam bekerja pada perguruan tinggi muhammadiyah di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui instrumen penelitian. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai perguruan tinggi di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang sudah bekerja pada perguruan tinggi minimal masa kerja 1 tahun. Data dikumpulkan melalui distribusi tatap muka oleh peneliti. Purposive sampling digunakan untuk mengumpulkan sampel penelitian ini. Total responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 125 pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan beberapa temuan empiris. Pertama, kepemimpinan perempuan berpengaruh positif terhadap disiplin kerja. Kedua, motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap disiplin kerja. Ketiga, kepemimpinan perempuan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Keempat, kepemimpinan perempuan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kelima, disiplin kerja mempunyai berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. AbstractThe purpose of this research is to empirically study the perceptions of employees towards their work at Muhammadiyah universities in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The data were collected through face-to-face distribution by the researcher. Purposive sampling was used to collect this research sample. The total respondents in this study were 125 employees. The results of this study indicate several empirical findings. First, women's leadership has a positive effect on work discipline. Second, motivation has a positive effect on work discipline. Third, women's leadership does not affect employee performance. Fourth, women's leadership does not affect employee performance. Fifth, work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Stres yang terlalu besar dapat mengancam kemampuan seseorang untuk menghadapi lingkungan, dengan demikian stres yang dialami oleh cabin crew dapat memberikan dampak terhadap kinerja dan menumbuhkan keinginan untuk berpindah atau keluar dari perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja cabin crew pada maskapai Citilink. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 cabin crew yang sudah bekerja minimal 6 bulan dan diatas 2 tahun. Penelitian ini menghasilkan adanya pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja cabin crew dengan tingkat korelasi yang kuat.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to empirically study employee perceptions of their work in working in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The research design uses a quantitative approach through research instruments. The unit of analysis in this study is MSME employees in Yogyakarta who have worked for at least 1 year. Data were collected through face-to-face distribution by researchers with Purposive sampling technique was used to collect this research sample. The total respondents in this study are 138 who are employees of MSMEs in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study shows that female leadership has a significant positive effect on Islamic work ethics. The empirical findings also show a significant positive effect of female leadership on work discipline and Islamic work ethics has a significant positive effect on work discipline.

Abstract

Program kemitraan masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan mitra yaitu Anak – anak Panti Asuhan Putri Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu mitra dalam memecahkan permasalahan yang dimiliki yaitu : (1) Belum adanya pelatihan manajemen bisnis; (2) Belum adanya pelatihan pembuatan produk yang memiliki nilai jual. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pelatihan pembuatan masker bermotif bagi Anak Panti Asuhan Putri Muhammadiyah Pakem sehingga diharapkan dapat mengedukasi anak anak terkait manajemen bisnis dan membuat kreatifitas produk yang memiliki nilai jual dengan teknik decoupage. Metode pelatihannya yaitu 1). Metode Edukasi, peserta yang merupakan seluruh anak-anak asuh Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Putri Pakem diberikan edukasi terkait manajemen bisnis; 2). Metode Diskusi, peserta pelatihan yang merupakan anak – anak diberikan waktu untuk bertanya terkait manajemen bisnis, sehingga diharapkan ada diskusi yang dapat memahamkan anak-anak panti tersebut; 3).Metode Praktek Pelatihan Pembuatan Produk yang memiliki nilai jual, anak – anak panti asuhan didorong untuk mempraktekkan cara mendesain produk. Tim penyelenggara pengabdian ini memberikan paket produk yang dapat dipraktekkan secara langsung dan didampingi langsung oleh tim.Target luaran wajib kemitraan masyarakat ini adalah : Pertama, publikasi ilmiah pada Jurnal ber ISSN/Prosiding jurnal Nasional Terakreditasi pada Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat (Submitted). Kedua, Poster dan Buku. Ketiga, Dokumentasi pelaksanaan berupa video kegiatan yang diupload di Youtube. Keempat, Haki.
