Abstract

This research aims to analyze the skills certification in Radiation Protection Officer (PPR) and Basic CT Scan for graduates in relation with the absorption of graduates employment. The type of research is descriptive qualitative study approach. Subjects were graduates from Diploma program of TRR Semarang and Purwokerto, specialist doctors and radiographers as users of graduates. Data taken from observation and check list/survey of alumni, interviews and focus group discussions. The results of this research are skills certification of Radiation Protection Officer (PPR) provides benefits in terms of radiation protection skills and provide more value when applying on the job. In addition, the ability in the field of radiation protection will ensure radiation safety for patients, radiation workers and community/environment. Basic CT Scan skills certification provides benefits in operating aircraft proficiency CT scans, particularly on the basis of the examination, as add value of graduates and make graduates quickly adjust to working conditions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan eksplorasi perancangan. Metode yang digunakan pada pengembangan sistem informasi ini adalah dengan menggunakan FAST yang dimulai dari studi pendahuluan, analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan sistem, penyusunan perangkat lunak dan evaluasi sistem yang telah dirancang. Pendekatan untuk pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara maupun Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Analisis data dilakukan dengan melihat skor akhir penilaian responden terhadap kinerja sistem informasi yang telah dinilai responden. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan suatu sistem informasi tentang surveilens Kejadian Luar Biasa (KLB). Penyakit yang berbasis Geographic Information System (GIS), dan terpadu dengan basis data yang di entri berdasarkan formulir W2 di Puskesmas maupun Rumah Sakit. Informasi yang dihasilkan dapat menunjukkan adanya peta lokasi kejadian KLB disertai dengan indikator warna sebagai tanda peringatan yang meliputi hijau menandakan aman, kuning menandakan adanya tanda-tanda KLB, dan merah sebagai indikasi KLB Demam berdarah maupun penyakit lainnya. Sistem informasi juga dapat menampilkan analisis KLB yang telah terjadi, dan dilengkapi analisis deskriptif. Hasil Evaluasi sistem yang diperoleh memiliki kelebihan dibanding dengan pemantauan manual, dikarenakan sistem telah dikembangkan berbasis web, sehingga berfungsi secara multi user dan mempercepat kompilasi data, sehingga memudahkan pengguna untuk melakukan pemantauan kejadian Luar Biasa (KLB) Penyakit tertentu, termasuk demam berdarah.

Abstract

[MEDICAL RECORD RETENCE FOR EFFICIENCY OF THE STORAGE RACK] Medical records of hospitalized patients must be kept at least for a period of 5 (five) years calculated from the last date the patient was treated or returned (Permenkes 269 / Menkes / Per / III / 2008 in chapter IV article 8. Based on the preliminary study date December 12, 2016, the problems that occurred in the management of medical records at Tugurejo Hospital Semarang especially medical record retention were the last implementation of medical record document retention in 2011 due to a lack of knowledge of HR in the procedures for retention of medical records. The service at the hospital was aimed at increasing the knowledge of employees of the medical record work unit on medical record retention and the implementation of medical record retention to optimize the utilization of medical record storage space.The method used was through Health Education: exposure to theories about medical record retention (policy, flow, procedure), simulation, support and consultations then monitoring and evaluation in the retention was carried out for 20 days involving 5 students with an average of medical records which were retained 180 days from active medical records 6,364. community service related to medical record retention fosters knowledge to filing officers through exposure and assistance in implementing retention.
