Abstract

Pendidikan dapat diartikan sebagai proses traspormasi budaya dan ilmu pengetahuan dari guru ke murid dalam rangka mengembangkan aspek Kognitif (pengetahuan), aspek Apektif (perasaan), aspek Psikomotorik (penampilan). Tugas pendidikan ialah mengantar individu mencapai kedewasaan mewujudkan potensi manusiawi dalam dirinya menjadi nilai yang nyata. Dengan demikian, tugas pokok pendidikan nasional adalah membantu setiap warga Negara Indonesia untuk menjadi manusia Pancasilais, yaitu manusia yang mempunyai dasar agama yang kuat, diatas mana mereka meletakkan, mengembangkan dan mengendalikan kecakapan intelektualnya. Fenomena yang berkembang sekarang produk pendidikan kita masih relative rendah kualitasnya terutama aspek Apektif. Oleh karena itu, semua kebijakan pendidikan Nasional baik perencanaan, pelaksanaan, tujuan pendidikan, kurikulum, metode, materi, alat, sistem evaluasi dan lain-lain, terutama produk-produk pendidikan kita haruslah berkarakter bangsa Indonesia yang menguasai ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dan tidak boleh bergeser sedikitpun dari prinsip-prinsip dan atau nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam Pancasila.

Abstract

This article describes syair (poetry) of H. Syukur and at his time, his poetry was used as a method to teach the sludents. The writer elaborates when this poetry is started to use, who the students are, and when it is terminated. The writer employs life historical and genealogical approach to lhis explanation. H. Syukur’s poetry consists of nuo couplets of the same rhytme in each line ending. Syaia as well as saying, has been known by Jambi s people for a long time and used as a media to teach students. It contains religious teachings, especially morality. The writer also recommends that the people in Jambi preserve his poetry for the sake of educating people in line with the recent development.

Abstract

Employee job performance in an organization or company is required to contribute for the company. Competency, motivation, job satisfaction and job performance is part of human resource management which is currently a popular issue in an organization or company, both in the public and private sectors as well as widely published in journals locally and internationally. This study analyzes the supporting factors of competency, motivation and job satisfaction that affecting to job performance of employees at Aceh SMEs. This study raises some hypotheses to acknowledge the problems using survei method of 200 respondents, namely employees at Aceh SMEs, through questionnaires.The data analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) operated by Lisrel. The results of the data analysis showed that the hypothesis is acceptable. Research shows that all the independent variables simultaneously positive and significant effect on the dependent variable. Competency has the most dominant effect on job performance when compared with the motivation and job satisfaction of employees at Aceh SMEs.

Abstract

This study attemps to analyze the concept of Situational Management founded by Kenneth Blanchard by means of Content Analysis. Its elaborates managers` behavior in leading, encouraging a company of institution as well as in solving problems form which point the managers are going to make further policy for the company. It also discusses the development of employees by encouraging the employees to improve their skills and spirits in their working places. The author of this study, finally concludes that a manager should vary his of her managerial technigue in working with his of her subordinates in leading, encouraging, colving problems, making decision, as well as improving skill according to the current situation of the companies they are managing.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of interest rates, inflation, exchange rates and gross domestic product growth on the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) on the IDX during the 2003-2018 period on a quarterly basis. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of time series data obtained from published reports from Bank Indonesia, the Central Bureau of Statistics and the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis method used is the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) Model. The results of this study found that the exchange rate and inflation had a negative and significant effect on the IHSG, while GDP growth had a positive and significant effect on the IHSG. However, the interest rate did not have a significant effect on the IHSG. Keywords:         Interest Rate, Inflation, Exchange Rate, GDP Growth and IHSG

Abstract

This study aims to provide a basic understanding of the importance of organizational learning in producing quality zakat accounting information in Baitul Mal in Aceh. The methods used in this study are descriptive methods and explanatory research methods, and data will be collected by distributing questionnaires to zakat managers. who are members of the Baitul Mal institution. The data will be processed using a statistical tool, namely Partial Least Square (PLS) based on covariates. The results of this study prove that continuous organizational learning has an impact on the quality of information produced, this can be seen from the hypothesis test which shows that the organizational learning variable produces a number of 2.293 which is greater than the critical 1.65. Since the value of arithmetic is greater than critical, then at an error rate of 5% it is decided to reject Ho. So based on the test results, it can be concluded that organizational learning has a significant effect on the quality of zakat accounting information in Baitul Mal Aceh. So that the more frequent holding of training activities, seminars and symposia as well as opportunities to continue formal education for zakat managers will affect the quality of zakat management financial statements so that the reports produced contain accurate, timely, relevant and complete information, which can be useful in decision making.
