Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to develop an integrated character education module on valid and practical subject of chemical equilibrium. This development research uses ADDIE model that has 5 stages, Analysis,Design, Development,Implementation and evaluation, but the research only arrived at the Development stage because the purpose of the research was to develop a valid and practical integrated character education module. To produce a valid module, a module validity test was carried out covering four aspects of assessment, namely aspects of content feasibility, linguistic aspects, presentation aspects and graphic aspects. To see the practicality of the module, limited testing was done at SMAN 6 Pekanbaru and SMAN 12 Pekanbaru. The results of the study that have been validated by 3 validators state that the percentage is 93,75%. The results of the test questionnaire were limited to 30 students, 89,58% and the results of the responses from 2 chemistry teachers were 93,5%. Based on the principle of validation and limited testing, the integrated module on character education on the subject of chemical equilibrium was declared valid and practical.Key Words: Modules, Character Education, Chemical Equilibrium

Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to increase student learning achievement on the subject structure of atoms and the periodic system of elements in class X SMAN 2 Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. This research was of experiment research with pretest-posttest design. The research was conducted in SMAN 2 Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. The samples of this research were the students of class X5 as the experimental class and students of class X4 as the control class. In experimental class was applied cooperative learning type Snowball Drilling model, while the control class was not. Data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on analysis of data obtained tcount>ttable is 4,98 > 1,67, means that the application of model cooperative learning type Snowball Drilling can improve student achievement on the subject structure of atoms and the periodic system of elements in class X SMAN 2 Tanah Putih increase learning achievement category in the experimental class is based on the normalized gain score (N-Gain) relatively high at 0,84.Keywords: Cooperative Learning, Snowball Drilling, LearningAchievement, Atomic Structure and Element of the Periodic System.

Abstract

Abstract: The research about application of active learning strategy type of verbal football has been done to improve students learning achievement on the subject of redoks reactions in class X SMA Negeri 1 Rengat. Form of this research is experimental research based on pretest-posttest design. Data was taken at March 28, 2014 to May 17, 2014. The sample consisted of two classes, class XB as experiment class and class Xc as control class that randomly selected after testing homogenity. Analysis of data used t-test. The procesing of final data obtained by t-count > t-table (3,572 > 1,67). It means that the application of active learning strategy type of verbal football can improve students learning achievment on the subject of redoks reaction in class X SMA Negeri 1 Rengat where the effect of an increase is 14,88%.Keywords: Active Learning Strategy type of Verbal Football, Learning Achievement, Redoks Reaction.

Abstract

Abstract: The quality education wold be realized with the procurement of teaching material in handout form in accordance with 2013 curriculum. This handout is should make a contain of spiritual intelligence value, social and emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence and skil intelligence. However, the handout does not yet exist. The solution for that, was created a handout that containing comprehensive intelligence, and finally the author make a research that have to make a valid comprehensive intelligence handout. The research included into the research and development type. The research object is comprehensive intelligence handout. Data collection instrument that used the validation sheet. Data collection metode according make a validation learning equipment to validator. The validation result then used to develop to get result of analysis data. Data analysis methode according descriptive analysis methode. Basicly on data analysis it can be argued that the develop handout already containing spiritual intelligence, social emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence,and skill intelligence as suitable as reaction rate material. This handout had been throught a validation process and otherwise have the egibility of content component, language, presentation and graphic with consecutive percentage on 96.88%, 95%, 93,75, and 96,25% than indicates the handout in valid category and feasible to be tested.Keyword : Handout, comprehensive intelligence, reaction rate

Abstract

Abstract: Research on the use Buzz Group method have been done to find outhow it affect the student achievement on the topic of colloid in class XI IPA SMA PGRIPekanbaru. This kind of research is experiment research with randomized controlgroup pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of two classes, namely class XIIPA-1 as the experimental class and class XI IPA-2 as a controls class, it randomlyselected after normality test and homogeneity test. Experimental class is a class thatwas treated by learning using method Buzz Group, while the control class is a class thatis not treated using Buzz Group method. Data analysis technique is the t-test. Based onthe final calculation result obtained tvalue is 3,104 is greater than ttable is 1.67 with anincrease in the use of media influence a Buzz Groups method to student achievement is10,38%, so it can be concluded that the use of the Buzz Group method can improve thestudent’s achievement on the subject of colloid in class XI Science high School PGRIPekanbaru.Key Words: Buzz Group method, Achievement Learn

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to develop a student worksheet based on problem based learning on reduction and oxidation reaction subject in the Chemistry Education Study Program. The result of this research and development is student worksheet product which can be used by students in the process of learning. The method used in this research consists of 4 development stages namely define, design, develop, and disseminate or adapted into 4-P Method, which is pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan, dan penyebaran. The development model is modified by the researchers only until the development stage. Recapitulation of the average score of the assessment of the four aspects of student worksheet by the validator team, content, language, presentation, and successive graphics have 89.16%, 91.67%, 90%, and 89.56%. Thus, the overall average score of student worksheet validation the oxidation-based reduction reaction based on Problem Based Learning is 89.59%. Based on the eligibility criteria of learning tools in Riduwan (2012), the criteria of 89.59% analysis included in valid category.Keywords : Student worksheet, Problem Based Learning, Reduction and Oxidation Reaction.

Abstract

Abstrack : This reaserch development is aimed to developed a valid module based on eligibility content aspect, language, presentation, graphics and pemaknaan the topic of atomic structure. This reaserch method is research development (Research and Development, R & D) with 4-D development model with includes stages define phase, Design, Develop and Disseminate. Instruments of data collection are used validation and respons of teacher and student sheet. Data analysis technique is descriptive analysis, that way is calculate the avarage from every rating aspect in each aspect on module validation sheet. This research produce a module based on learning model of pemaknaan on the topic of Atomic Structure. The result show that module based on learning model of pemaknaan developed valid criteria based on eligibility content aspect, language, presentation, graphics and pemaknaanon with a precentage in a row 90,28%, 86,67%, 95%, 91,67%. The result of respons teacher and student about this module in a row 85,90% and 97,58% with very good criteriaKata Kunci : Module, Learning Model Of Pemaknaan, Atomic Structure

Abstract: The research aims to improve the achievement of learners on the subject of Stoichimetri in class X MIA SMAN 6 Pekanbaru. The research is a kind of experiment research with pretest-posttest design. Research conducted in SMAN 6 Pekanbaru. The samples of this research were the students of class X MIA 4 as the experimental class and students of class X MIA 3 as the control class randomly determined after the tests of normality and homogeneity test. The learning process at experimental class and control class based scientific approach to the curriculum in 2013. Experimental class is a class that is applied to Hollywood Squares Review method while the control class was not. Data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on data analysis of significance value obtained 0,045<0,05, means that the use of Hollywood Squares Review method can improve student learning achievement on the subject of Stoichiometri in class X MIA SMAN 6 Pekanbaru.Keywords : Learning Achievement, Hollywood Squares Review, and Stoichiometric

Abstract

Abstract: Research on learning strategy of Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL) has been done in SMAN 2 Pekanbaru. The purpose of the study is to improve learning achievement of learners on the subject of acidic and alkaline solutions in kelasi XI IPA SMAN 2 Pekanbaru. The research type is experimental research with randomized control group pretest-posttest. The sample of the study consisted of 2 classes, class XI IPA2 as the experimental class and class XI IPA5 as the control class selected randomly after homogeneity test. The experimental class applied POGIL learning strategy while control class was not applied POGIL learning strategy. Technical analysis of data used is t test. based on the test data analysis obtained t count> ttable is 1.92> 1.66, meaning the application of learning strategies POGIL can improve student learning achievement on the subject of acidic and alkaline solutions in class XI IPA SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru with the category of improvement achievement (N -Gain) which is 7.9 high.Keywords : Learning Achievement, POGIL Learning Strategy, Acid and Base Solution

Abstract

Abstract : This research is a Research and Development (R & D). The development process has been done with reference to ADDIE model with steps of Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. Research was conducted in FKIP UR. This research aims to obtain the learning media chemistry using by prezi on subject of the atomic structure. The research and development with ADDIE model was conducted only until Development step, because the purpose of this research was limited to develop and produce a feasiblity the learning media chemistry using by prezi to be implemented based on validator assessment. Feasibility of the learning media chemistry using by prezi was evaluated from feasibility of the design, pedagogy,content, ease of use. Of the learning media chemistry validation result obtained an average value as 86,31% which showed that learning media chemistry which developed was feasiblity. Means, learning media chemistry using by prezi oriented scientific approach on the subject of the atomic structure that was developed, suitable to be used in learning process.Keyword : ADDIE Model, Learning Media Chemistry Using By Prezi, And Atomic Structure
