Abstract

This research aims to design a system that can handle data management system loans and installment payments with computer-based clients. To support the research conducted, the necessary steps carefully collecting data. The steps used to obtain data and information that support the implementation of this study is the observation and interviews, information systems needed constructed by using the method structured approach, namely with the Waterfall method computer program is structured to develop an information system with a database specifically to serve the needs of data management system of borrowing and repayment customers. Borrowing data management information system and computerized customer payments can facilitate the borrowing and payment data checking customers. As an initial step analysis to determine system requirements, and then implemented using the program Delphi 7 and Microsoft Access as a data processor borrowing and repayment. With the new system is able to solve the problems on the old system. Resulting in a system that can facilitate BPR Bandung Regency in performing data management installment.  Keywords: borrowing and repayment; waterfall;  delphi 7

Abstract

With the development of information technology which increasingly every day, indirectly requires every company to be able to make improvements and increase the effectiveness in performance by utilizing reliable human resources and technology information system that is appropriate and effective. The information required must be accurate and reliable so as to provide more value to the user of the information. Through this research, a web-based daily deposit calculation information system will be designed at the Holis 34.402.48 Bandung gas station that is implemented with Bootstrap Admin LTE which has features that can facilitate the admin in his work.. Through this research will be designed a web-based daily accounting information calculation system at Holis 34,402.48 Bandung Bus stations that have features that can facilitate the admin in his work. The design of this information system is done by using object-oriented methodology, which consists of Use Case Diagram, Use Case Scenario, Activity Diagram (Work Flow), Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram. The resulting application design has functions to perform processing, transaction processing, and generate reports. Abstract

Technology Development from year to year is fast becoming an increasing serious challenge to user of the technology it self and encourages every sector, both formal and informal organinations or other agencies in order to supporting work activities so as to produce the information fast, precise, accurate. PT Harja Gunatama Lestari as a trading company that its main activity is buying and selling of course need good management in managing its employees which will have a positive impact for the development of the company itself, then the required information efficiently in maintaining its existence and know by the public.One of the company’s efforts to support this is to use a good computer system. To get a good system then conducted a study of existing system. The next stage is to conduct analysis to indentify weakness and deficiencies of the system, then tried to design a system that is a Flow Map, Data flow Diagram, Data dictionary, informatianprocessing and final phase of implementation that converts design into programing language. Keywords:  system; information; attendance

Abstract

Information is one of the very important things in this world. With the information, all the things about the development of technology and so forth can be identified quickly. Therefore, to augment existing information, the demand for the use of a computer using computer networks more and more in demand to serve the various needs of certain information. Just as the incoming cash processing activities dam out. If the cash processing can not be recorded properly, then the supervision of revenue and expenditure can not be known, especially in the use of funds outside the financial administration planning office (windfalls). Usually the use of funds outside the plan are not archived properly and financial expenditure done manually. Therefore, this can sometimes lead to operational project activities are not running as it should, and allow causing harm. Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of service quality on student’s satisfaction and its implications on loyalty at School of Informatics and Computer Management active contained in Bandung. The object of research is all students of the School of Informatics and Computer Management active contained in Bandung with a total student population as many as 5.779 students. By setting a limit precision of 5% of the population obtained a sample of 375 students. This study uses a quantitative study using Path Analysis techniques. The results showed that there is significant influence quality of service for student satisfaction either partially and simultaneously. And there is a significant influence student satisfaction on loyalty. The result showed that the effect of simultaneous quality academic services to students satisfaction of 49.1% while the remaining 50.1% influenced by other variables not examined in this study. This implies that the management of universities needs to pay attention to issues of academic quality so as to increase student satisfaction and loyalty. Abstract

An inventory information system offers data from many processes, including purchasing, storing, and reporting. As a result, it is essential to create an application for the Inventory Information System to transform the company's performance process from manual to automated, resulting in more thorough reports. Data collection, system design, system analysis, and database system design are used to create this application. It is creating PHP-based application programs. MYQSL is the database used, while VisualStudio Code is used for development scripts. It has been determined that the West Citarip Health Center's Drug and Medical Device Inventory Information System is ready to be designed and implemented.

Abstract

Introducing an efficient land and building tax computation system can have favorable outcomes for the rural community and its inhabitants. The management and authenticity of data about the distribution of Property Tax Notification Letters (SPPT) have historically posed issues within the tax management process. The e-PBB program for calculating land and building taxes in the Tribaktimulya Village case study is implemented as a web-based platform. The application utilizes quantitative data collection methods, including observation, interviews, and literature reading. The system is developed with the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) methodology, which encompasses the stages of analysis, design, and system implementation centered around objects. The design of this system is anticipated to enhance the ability of village authorities to input and compute land and building taxes that are either outstanding or paid. Automating the calculation process will enhance efficiency while simplifying tax report generation will contribute to a more effective and streamlined operational workflow.

Abstract

The demand for a user-friendly website that enables the withdrawal of funds from gold savings accounts at Pegadaian has experienced substantial growth amidst the ongoing epidemic. Due to its inherent value and stability, gold assumes particular significance in times of economic uncertainty, allowing individuals to liquidate their savings when necessary. The old approach entailed the manual input of customer information through Excel, which consequently required face-to-face interactions for payment processing. Nevertheless, a significant shift has transpired through the integration of an internet-based platform, facilitating the provision of personal data by clients and thereby establishing virtual profiles to conduct online transactions. Implementing this transformation has resulted in a more streamlined process, enhancing efficiency and improving accessibility for clients. The research methodology employed for this project is descriptive, encompassing direct field observations. Furthermore, the system employs the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) methodology to analyze and design the system. The main objective is to develop a system that streamlines the procedures of gold pawning and online savings for consumers. The data input process utilizes the PHP programming language, whereby the data is safely stored within a MySQL database. The integration of these elements guarantees a system that is both secure and efficient, effectively addressing the requirements of both customers and administrators.
