Abstract

Large cities are developing followed by the development of shops that are managed in a modern way. This condition opens opportunities for female employees to get jobs as sales promotion girls (SPG) and cashiers. SPG and cashiers as direct services to consumers, so that attention needs to be paid to the work environment and work discipline because these conditions can support services to consumers. This study aims to analyze the influence of the modern work environment and work discipline on performance, as well as driving indicators of the performance of female cashier and SPG employees in Semarang City. The population of this study is the SPG and the women's cashier of modern shops in Semarang City. This study uses technical snowball sampling and purposive random sampling with a total of 100 respondents. Distribution of questionnaires using google.docs (internet) on the link https://goo.gl/forms/ lxm7HfLSX4huuxwt1. The results of this study, there is a positive and significant relationship between the modern work environment and work discipline. The drivers of women's performance are explained by findings. Modern environments such as Wi-Fi and pantry are things that can improve women's performance.Keywords:   Modern Work Environment, work discipline, SPG (Sales Promotion Girl) and CashierKota-kota besar berkembang diikuti pula berkembangnya pertokoan yang di kelola secara modern.Kondisi ini membuka peluang bagi karyawan perempuan untuk mendapatkan lapangan pekerjaan sebagai sales promotion girl (SPG) dan kasir. SPG dan kasir sebagai pelayanan langsung kepada konsumen, sehingga perlu perhatian pada lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja, karena kondisi ini dapat menunjang pelayanan kepada konsumen.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tentang pengaruh lingkungan kerja modern dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja, serta indikator-indikator pendorong kinerja pegawai Kasir dan SPG perempuan di Kota semarang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah SPG dan kasir perempuan pertokoaan modern di Kota semarang, Penelitian ini menggunakan  teknis snowball sampling dan  purposive random sampling dengan jumlah 100 responden. Penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan google.docs (internet) pada link https://goo.gl/forms/ lxm7HfLSX4huuxwt1. Hasil penelitian ini, ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja modern dan disiplin kerja.Faktor pendorong kinerja perempuan di jelaskan dengan temuan lingkungan modern seperti Wi-Fi dan pantry (dapur kecil) menjadi hal yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja perempuan.Kata kunci : Lingkungan Kerja modern, disiplin kerja, SPG (Sales Promotion Girl) dan Kasir

Abstract

Abstraksi Pembangunan suatu negara bukan hanya tanggung jawab pemerintah saja, setiap insan manusia berperan untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan sosial dan peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Dunia usaha berperan untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang sehat dengan mempertimbangan pula faktor lingkungan hidup. Kini dunia usaha tidak lagi hanya memperhatikan catatan keuangan perusahaan semata (single bottom line), melainkan sudah meliputi aspek keuangan, aspek sosial, dan aspek lingkungan biasa disebut triple bottom line. Sinergi dari tiga elemen ini merupakan kunci dari konsep pembangunan berkelanjutan (sustainable development). Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui model dari CSR dari UKM batik di Pekalongan. Penelitian ini dengan menggunakan peneltian kualitatif dengan triangulasi data.Data yang didapat diharapkan akan menjadi gambaran peneliti selanjutnya untuk pengembangan model CSR di UKM.ABSTRACT Development of a country is not only the responsibility of government alone, every single human being to realize the role of social welfare and improving quality of life. The business community role is to encourage highly economic growth with environmental factors consideration as well. Now the business community is no longer just pay attention to the company's financial records alone (single bottom line), but has been covering the financial aspects, social aspects, and environmental aspects of the so-called triple bottom line. The synergy of these three elements is the key to the concept of sustainable development (sustainable development). This study to determine the model of CSR of SMEs Batik in Pekalongan. This study with other research using qualitative triangulation obtained data.Data expected to be overview of further research for the development of models of CSR in SMEs.

Abstract

Human Resource Mangement (HRM) in the process of trying to join a management strategy in this field of study has generated a lot of conceptions and practitioners of the articles on certain HR practices proposed to be associated with a variety of corporate strategy. Plus more research to examine the factors on HR practices from a strategic perspective. Through the development of new disciplines related to Human Resource Mangement Strategy (SHRM). The reason for this theory is still in the growth of the suggestions and criticisms are very significant is needed in this field of study. Resource-based view suggests that human resource systems can contribute to sustainable competitive advantage through facilitating the development of firm-specific competencies, produce complex social relationships, which is embedded in the history and culture of the company, and generate knowledge organization In this paper we provide an overview of the development of the theory of HR (Human Resources) in the development of human resource strategies based RBV. In HRM research should be based on organizational context, HRM issues is part of an open system, and the research that theoretically would be detrimental if it is not placed in the broader organizational context. In a change both in terms of operation, system and structure of the company because the business environment is dynamic and therefore difficult to dipridiksi.Namun SDM is a vital competitive advantage for the management of other resources that depend on human resources management.

Abstract

Keberlanjutan usaha merupakan suatu hal mutlak, terlebih lagi bagi suatu family business. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepemimpinan generasi kedua dalam pengelolaan family business dan menganalisis peran pemimpin dalam pengelolaan kinerja karyawan di PT. Polidayaguna Perkasa, Ungaran. Ketidak siapan pemimpin generasi kedua dalam masa peralihan kepemimpinan serta faktor dari lingkungan keluarga memiliki andil besar atas keberhasilan serta upaya dari suksesor sendiri dalam mempimpin perusahaan. Selain suksesor sebagai narasumber utama, dalam penelitian ini juga mewawancarai dan mengambil survei dari karyawan-karyawan perusahaan untuk menggali informasi serta mengetahui upaya pemimpin perusahaan atau suksesor dalam mengelola kinerja karyawannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, menunjukan adanya peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada masa  kepemimpinan generasi kedua , yang mana memiliki kemauan untuk merangkul karyawan-karyawan kearah perbaikan kualitas bersama serta pendekatan individual.Kata Kunci : family business, pemimpin generasi kedua, kinerja karyawan AbstractBusiness sustainnability is an absolute matter, including for a family business. This research aims to analyze second generation leadership in family business management and analyze the role of leaders in managing employee performance at PT. Polidayaguna Perkasa, Ungaran.The unpreparedness of the second generation leaders in the transition period of leadership as well as factors from the family environment have a big contribution to the success and the efforts of the successors themselves in leading the company. In addition to successor as the main resource person, in this study also interviewed and took surveys from company employees to explore information and find out the efforts of company leaders or successors in managing the performance of their employees.This research  is the  qualitative research, shows an increase in employee performance during the second generation of leadership, which has the willingness to embrace employees towards shared quality improvement and individual approaches.Keywords: family business, second generation leader, employee performance

Abstract

The aim of this research was to find a management model for the civil servant in approaching the retirement (near-retirement phase). The retirement period experienced by each person at the end of his/her working period is expected to provide comfort for the next life. The research applied case study design with qualitative approach. The interview was conducted in depth (in-depth interview) in which the informants were the civil servants in the Regional Secretariat of Pemalang District. The data credibility was carried out by using data triangulation. The findings of this research indicated that the internal social relationship of male employees towards retirement was more active than female employees. Moreover, male employees cared more about health factors than female employees. Male employees took more time before retirement whereas female employees were women are more sincere. In addition, they needed social support on the eve of retirement such as financial preparation, role adjustment and retirement activities. Family and colleague’s support was the most important support needed before retirement

Abstract

Perkembangan di bidang internet yang begitu pesat menyebabkan perubahan dalam gaya hidup. Hadirnya internet tidak hanya pada usaha retail tetapi berkembang juga pada transportasi online (moda online) seperti Go-jek dan Grab, yang memberikan layanan transportasi secara online kepada konsumen. Kondisi ini perlu diperhatikan sebagai penyedia jasa untuk mempertahankan loyalitas pengguna jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model untuk mengeksplorasi anteseden dan konsekuensi dari e-Loyalty, serta menguji seberapa besar pengaruh e-loyalty konsumen melalui variabel e-satisfaction serta menganalisis pelayanan dan kepuasan berbasis elektronik membentuk loyalitas konsumen. Analisis data menggunakan metode Kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian menggunakan random sampling dengan purposive sampling. Pengolahan data dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 22.Sampling sebanyak 101 orang konsumen Go-jek dan Grab di Kota Semarang. Penyebaran daftar kuesioner dengan Google form. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara e-Service quality secara langsung terhadap e-loyalty. Hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Service quality terhadap e-loyalty melalui variabel e-satisfaction, sehingga dengan analisis jalur e-satisfaction mampu menjadi variabel intervening. Serta ditemukan pelayanan non elektronik juga berperan dalam loyalitas konsumen. Penemuan beberapa indikator baru untuk non elektronik diharapkan dapat dijadikan indikator dalam penelitian mendatang.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic—which has spread throughout the world since early 2020— has had an impact on several countries, including Indonesia. This condition changes the company's policy, intended to maintain optimal employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support (POS) and work culture on employee performance. The population of this study were 179 employees of Bank BTN Semarang branch with a sample of 65. The sample was taken using a stratified random sampling with primary data distributed by online questionnaires. The results showed that POS has a significant effect on performance, work culture has a positive and significant effect on performance, POS has a negative and significant effect on workload, Work culture has a negative and significant effect on workload and workload has a negative and insignificant effect on performance significantly influence workload, workload does not significantly influence employee performance and work culture. Work culture has a significant effect on employee performance. POS has a significant effect on workload, work culture has a significant direct effect and a significant indirect effect. POS has a significant direct and indirect effect. The study is useful for understanding how to optimize company management and creating a work culture in improving the performance of bank employees.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to investigate the influence of corporate abiliy and corporate social responsibility  on consumer evaluations.The population in this research is the community Semarang user product Tolak Angin PT. Sidomuncul. Samples were taken as much as 85 respondents, the data collection technique using non-probability sampling method by purposive sampling technique. The method of data collection is done field research methods through observation, interviews with the questions and answers directly to the respondents , a list of questions (questionnaire) and the method of literature. Analysis of the data used is to use a validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistical analysis. Furthermore, in the analysis using multiple linear regression techniques. From the analysis in the corporate ability to know that a significant effect to evaluate the product and corporate social responsibility have a significant effect to evaluate the product. This study is expected to be overview of further research, if the same variable menggnakan this study to be more detailed and in-depth by taking into account the level of education and research dissemination city. Key words : corporate ability, corporate social responsibility                                                                   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh corporate abiliy (kemampuan perusahaan) dan corporate social responsibility (tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan) terhadap evaluasi konsumen.Populasi dalam dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat kota Semarang pengguna produk Tolak Angin PT. Sidomuncul. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 85 responden, teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metode non-probability sampling, yaitu dengan teknik purposive sampling.  Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah metode penelitian lapangan (field recearch) melalui observasi, wawancara dengan tanya jawab langsung kepada responden, daftar pertanyaan (kuesioner)  dan metode studi pustaka. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisa statistik deskriptif. Selanjutnya di analisis menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda.Dari hasil analisis di  ketahui bahwa corporate ability berpengaruh signifikan terhadap evaluasi produk dan corporate social responsibility berpengaruh signifikan terhadap evaluasi produk. Penelitian ini diharapkan akan menjadi gambaran peneliti selanjutnya, apabila menggnakan variabel yang sama dengan penelitian ini agar lebih rinci dan mendalam dengan memperhatikan tingkat pendidikan dan kota penyebaran penelitian. Kata kunci : corporate ability, corporate social responsibility

Abstract

The meeting between generations is now starting to be felt in all organizations, and new things in Human Resources management. Differences in character, motivation, and characteristics in each create a contribution to the human resource management of an organization/company. This study aims to analyze Y-generation employees at ATC (Air Traffic Control) by examining the relationship between variables, perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, quality culture, and intention to move. The research object is ATC employees of seven airports in Indonesia with a total population of 620. The sample of this study is Y-generation of the ATC employees, which is as many as 225, with a purposive sampling method. Research data processing using AMOS version 24 with job satisfaction as the second-order (internal and external dimensions). The results showed that perceived organizational support and quality culture affected turnover intention which was moderated by job satisfaction. This research is expected to contribute to the understanding of job satisfaction which consists of external and internal dimensions that affect Y-generation in turnover intention.

Abstract

Tegal was once dubbed Japan's Indonesia, but the presence of the disruption era caused turbulence for Tegal metal SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises). Many SMEs are not ready to face the changes that occur so that the bankrupt. Facing this situation, efforts are needed to maintain it. Efforts are made, among others, through the company's dynamic ability to manage the organization's internal resources. This study aims to examine the role of strategic flexibility and innovation performance as a mediating relationship between organizational learning capability and business performance. The objects in 224 SME’s of metal smelting and casting in Tegal were randomly selected. The tool tests the hypothesis using the structural eqution model (SEM). The results of the study concluded that strategic flexibility reinforces the positive effect of organizational learning capabilities on innovation performance and business performance, so that when strategic flexibility is high, business performance will increase higher, when associated with high innovation performance. Strategic flexibility is a source of competitive advantage that is supported by the role of management, and is driven by superior employees as organizational assets. So the company has the ability to be responsive and adaptive to changes that occur. This finding is a mechanism for navigating to face market turbulence and competition.
