The objective of this research was to analyze the use of Teams Games Tournament cooperative learning method to improve students’ learning participations and understanding to Social Science. This research used classroom action approach. The results showed: that students’ learning participations in Social Science learning improved. This was indicated by 18% students having good participations before action and improved significantly into 82.48% at cycle 3, students’ learning understanding on Social Science learning improved. This was indicated by the student’s average mark of 44.22 before action and it improved into 79.96 after cycle, The Teams Games Tournament cooperative learning method was able to improve student’s learning participation, where this learning participation directly was able to improve student’s learning understanding. The conclusion is that the Teams Games Tournament cooperative learning method is able to improve student’s learning participation and understanding.Penelitian ini ingin bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe teams games tournament yang dapat meningkatkan partisipasi dan pemahaman belajar. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Hasil yang diperoleh: Partisipasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS mengalami peningkatan. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari pengamatan belajar siswa yang berpartisipasi baik pada pra tindakan 18%, dan terjadi peningkatan yang sangat besar pada siklus ke 3 yaitu 81,48 %, pemahaman belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial mengalami peningkatan. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar siswa, pada pra tindakan nilai rata-rata 44,22, pada siklus ke 3 yaitu nilai rata-rata siswa 79,96. Pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT dalam proses pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan partisipasi siswa, Sejalan dengan itu, peningkatan partisipasi tersebut secara langsung dapat meningkatkan pemahaman belajar siswa. Sehingga pembelajaran kooperatif tipe teams games tournament dapat meningkatkan partisipasi dan pemahaman belajar. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of style leadership, workplace, rewards, culture organization and individual characteristics of employee performance of Perum DAMRI Lampung. Method used in this research is descriptive verificatif with ex post facto capital approach and survey. Population of this study were 205 employees with 67 employees as the samples determined by using Simple Random Sampling. The data collected by survey, interview and documentation. Data processed by linear regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result shows there is influence of style leadership, workplace, reward, culture organization and individual characteristics to employee performance of Perum DAMRI Lampung.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, reward, budaya organisasi dan karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja karyawan Perum DAMRI Cabang Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 205 karyawan. Sampel berjumlah 67 karyawan yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan Simple Random Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data diolah dengan analisis regresi linear dan analisis regresi multipel. Hasil menunjukkan ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, reward, budaya organisasi dan karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja karyawan Perum DAMRI Cabang Lampung.Kata kunci: kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, kompensasi, lingkungan, motivasi

The research aims to determine the effect of cooperative learning modelsnumbered heads together (NHT) type, intelligence quotient (IQ), emotional quotient (EQ), learning media, and learning discipline on the learning result of social sciences integrated subjects. This research used experiment and associative method with ex post facto and survey approach. The population in this research is all 156 students at the eight grade in SMPN 3 Natar, South Lampung and 114 as the respondents. Data collection samples used was done through observation, test, quistionnaire and documentation. Analysis technique was done by liniear regression and path analysis. The analysis showed that learning result of social sciences integrated subjects is influenced by any variables of 85% and the remaining 15% is influenced by other factors which are not examined in this research.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran tipe kooperatif Numbered Heads Together (NHT), Intelligence Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ), media pembelajaran dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperiman dan assosiatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penilitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Natar, Lampung Selatan dengan jumlah sebanyak 156 siswa dan sampel sebanyak 114 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, tes, kuisioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi liniear dan path analysis. Berdasarkan analisis data diketahui bahwa hasil belajar ips terpadu dipengaruhi oleh model pembelajaran tipe kooperatif Numbered Heads Together (NHT), Intelligence Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ), media pembelajaran dan disiplin belajar sebesar 85% dan sisanya 15% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci : Emotional Quotient (EQ), Intelligence Quotient (IQ), Media pembelajaran disiplin belajar dan hasil belajar IPS Terpadu, Model Pembelajaran tipe Kooperatif Numbered Heads Together (NHT).

This research aims to determine the influence of instagram as the social media, peer group, economic literacy, and lifestyle partially and simultaneously on the consumptive behavior of twelfth grade social students in SMA Negeri 13 Bandar Lampung. The method used in this study is descriptive verification with ex post facto approaches and surveys. The population in this study is 144 students. The sample obtained was 106 students and the sampling technique was probability sampling with simple random sampling. The hypothesis testing is done by using T test partially and F test Simultanously. The result of the analysis shows that there is an influence of social media instagram, peer group, economic literacy, and life style simultaneously on the consumptive behavior of the students with 30.7%Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial instagram, kelompok teman sebaya, literasi ekonomi, dan lifestyle baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap perilaku konsumtif siswa kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 13 Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 144 siswa. Sampel yang diperoleh adalah 106 siswa dan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu probability sampling dengan simple random sampling. Pengujian hipotesis secara Parsial uji T dan secara Simultan uji F. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh media sosial instagram, kelompok teman sebaya, literasi ekonomi, dan life style secara simultan terhadap perilaku konsumtif sebesar 30,7%.Kata kunci : life style, literasi ekonomi, kelompok teman sebaya, media sosial instagram, dan perilaku konsumtif

The research aims to determine the effect of reading culture, reading interest, and availability of learning facilities on the students’ learning outcomes of integrated social science by paying attention to students’ emotional quotient. The population in this research is all students at the eighth grade in JHS 1 Kibang which with the total of 216 students and a sample of 140 respondents. This research used descriptive verification method with ex post facto and survey approach. Data collection was done by using quistionnaire of analysis technique by linear regression and path analysis. The resultof the analysis showed that there is a significant effect of reading culture, reading interest, and availability of learning facilities on the students’ learning outcomes of integrated social science by paying attention to students’ emotional quotient by 65%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya baca, minat baca, dan ketersediaan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu dengan memperhatikan emotional quotient siswa. The purpose of this research was to know the influence of discipline learning, motivation performed well, parental supervision and the use of the library in of the schools the result of study. The method used in this research is descriptive verification with ex post facto and survey approach. The population of this research was grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Banjar Agung with 179 students and 124 samples with simple random sampling. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interview. The data was analyzed by using simple linear regression formula and multiple linear regression formula. The result showed that there is influence of discipline learning, motivation performed well, parental supervision and the use of the library in the schools of the IPS Terpadu subject at the grade VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Banjar Agung in 2016/2017 academic year.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin belajar, motivasi berprestasi, perhatian orang tua dan pemanfaatan perpustakaan di sekolah terhadap hasil belajar. The purpose of this research was to know the effect on the retail mix which included location, merchandise, price, promotion, service and athmosphere on customer stratification in Swalayan Putra Baru Bandar Jaya. The methodused in this research was descriptive verification, ex post facto approach and survey method. The reaserch subjects were the consumer of Swalayan Putra Baru Bandar Jaya. The hypotheses analyzes by using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was an influence of retail mix covering the location, merchandise, price, promotion, service, and store athmosphere on customer stratification.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh retail mix yang meliputi lokasi, barang dagang, harga, promosi, pelayanan dan suasana tokonterhadap kepuasan konsumen di Swalayan Putra Baru Bandar Jaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode diskritif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex facto dan metode survey. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh retail mix yang meliputi lokasi, barang dagang, harga, promosi, pelayanan dan suasana toko terhadap kepuasan konsumen.Kata kunci: retail mix, kepuaan konsumen, swalayan putra baru

The purpose of this research was to find out the difference of learning outcomes, the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFAE) and Think Pair and Share (TPS) type by considering the emotional quotient (EQ). Research methodology used in this research was experiment research with comparative approach. The experimental methods were divided into two, which were true experiment and quasi experiment. The methodology that was used in this research was quasi experiment. Data collection was done by using test. The data which were collected by test of learning outcomes were analyzed by using SPSS program. Based on analysis of the data, it obtained the result that there is a difference in learning outcomes and the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFAE) and Think Pair and Share (TPS) type by considering the emotional quotient (EQ).Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar, interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFAE) dan Think Pair and Share (TPS) dengan memperhatikan kecerdasan emosional (EQ). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan komparatif. Metode eksperimen dibedakan menjadi dua, yaitu eksperimen murni (True Eksperimen) dan eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimen). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Data yang terkumpul melalui tes hasil belajar diolah dengan program SPSS. The Purpose of this study are to determine Effect of Promotion Mix, Store Atmosphere and Quality of Service trought Consumer Buying Interest on Purchase Decision of Banana Chips in Askha Jaya Bandar Lampung. The population in this study as many as 26.000 respondent and sampling of 100 respondent. The method used in this research is descriptive verification method with ex post facto approach. The data were collected using questionnaires. Data analysis using Path Analysis and processed with SPSS. The result study indicate that there is influencePromotion Mix, Store Atmosphere, and Quality of Service trought Consumer Buying Interest on purcase Decision of Banana Chips in Askha Jaya Bandar Lampung. With a determination level of 0,832 toConsumer Buying Interest and 0,944 to Purchase Decision.Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Promotion Mix, Store Atmosphere, dan Kualitas Pelayanan melalui Minat Beli Konsumen terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Oleh-oleh Keripik Pisang Askha Jaya Bandar Lampung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 26.000 responden.Sampel yang diperoleh adalah 100 responden.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto.Analisis data menggunakan Path Analysis dan diolah dengan SPSS. The purpose of this research is to obtain data and to know the influence of price, location, building quality and environment to decision of house purchase in Bukit Barisan II Housing Pesawaran. The population of this study is all home buyers in Bukit Barisan II housing Pesawaran amounted to 105. Sampling technique is Sampling Proportional Methode using Slovin formula obtained as many as 83 respondents. The method used is descriptive verification by using ecpost facto approach and survey. The results showed that there is simultaneous influence price, location, quality of buildings and environment terhadapa decision purchase home in Bukit Barisan II housing Pesawaran. Based on the analysis obtained Fcount 13.472 Ftabel 2.49 which is shown by multiple linear regression with coefficient of determination (r2) 0,409 which means that consumer purchase decision influenced by price variable, location, building quality and environment equal to 40,9% and 59,1% influenced by another factor.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh data dan mengetahui pengaruh harga, lokasi, kualitas bangunan dan lingkungan terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah di Perumahan Bukit Barisan II Pesawaran. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pembeli rumah di Perumahan Bukit Barisan II Pesawaran yang berjumlah 105. Teknik pengambilan sampling yaitu Sampling Proportional Methode dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin didapat sebanyak 83 responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan ecpost facto dan survey. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh secara simultan harga,lokasi, kualitas bangunan dan lingkungan terhadapa keputusan pembelian rumah di Perumahan Bukit Barisan II Pesawaran. Berdasarkan analisis diperoleh Fhitung 13,472 Ftabel 2,49 yang ditunjukan dengan regresi linier multiple dengan koefisien determinasi (r2) 0,409 yang berarti keputusan pembelian konsumen dipengaruhi oleh variabel harga, lokasi, kualitas bangunan dan lingkungan sebesar 40,9 % dan 59,1 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.Kata kunci: harga, keputusan pembelian, kualitas bangunan, lingkungan, lokasi
