Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know how much the contribution of arm strength, limbs strength, abdominal strength, suppleness, and the coordination of eye-hand-foot to neck kips result. This research used survey method. The samples used were the whole students with a total of 32 students which consisted of 16 males and 16 females. Sampling was using proporsional random sampling techniques. Data was obtained by using test and measuring techniques. Data was analyzed by using regression test. The result of this research showed that the strength of the arm has a contribution of 16,9% for male and female, the strength of limbs have a contribution of 16,4% for male and 16,1% for female, the strength of abdominal has a contribution of 25,1% for male and 19,4% for female, the suppleness has a contribution of 28,9% for male and 31,2% for female, the coordination of eye-hand-foot have a contribution of 10,3% for male and 9,5% for female.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi kekuatan lengan, kekuatan tungkai, kekuatan perut, kelentukan, dan koordinasi mata-tangan-kaki terhadap hasil neck kip. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey. Sampel yang digunakan adalah Seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP N 1 Punggur Lampung Tengah dengan jumlah 32 siswa terdiri dari 16 putra dan 16 putri. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik tes dan pengukuran serta teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kekuatan lengan memiliki kontribusi sebesar 16,9% putra dan 16,9% putri, kekuatan tungkai memiliki kontribusi sebesar 16,4% putra dan 16,1% putri, kekuatan perut memiliki kontribusi sebesar 25,1% putra dan 19,4% putri, kelentukan memiliki kontribusi sebesar 28,9% putra dan 31,2% putri, koordinasi mata-tangan-kaki kontribusi sebesar 10,3% putra dan 9,5% putri.Kata kunci : kekuatan, kelentukan, kontribusi, koordinasi, neck kip.

Abstract

Implementation of Rural Village Government in the District HangtuahPerhentian Raja has not been established to the maximum, this is because thevillage government authority to regulate duty personnel structure and budgetfunctions required to move the organization and the ability to serve thecommunity of the village have not been up anyway.This research was conducted in the Hangtuah village of Perhentian RajaDistrict of Kampar. The data used in this study is Primary data and secondarydata. Data collection through in-depth interviews and documentation. This studyuses qualitative descriptive method because the retrieval of data from informantsdepth interviews of informants related. So that the problem in this case is How theVillage Government efforts in improving the District Revenue Hangtuah VillagePerhentian Raja Kampar years 2012-2014 and What are the factors that affect thegovernment's efforts in exploring the potential of rural village In the village ofPerhentian Raja Hangtuah District of Kampar Regency in 2012 -2014.From the results of this study are described that attempt VillageGovernment in Increasing Revenue Village Hangtuah District of Perhentian RajaKampar is to further strengthen the implementation of Village Autonomy inparticular in the implementation of development it is necessary to increase againTraffic village officials in management, education, whether it is training for cadresvillage so untapped potential can be utilized for the sake of the welfare of thevillage.
