Abstract

This research aims to find there is influence of working area, model of teaching learning, and working discipline towards working produktivity of certification teacher in SMK Negeri Kecamatan Metro Timur at the year of 2012/2013. The population is all certification teacher in SMK Negeri Kecamatan Metro Timur that consisted of 101 teachers which the sample is 81 teachers. Simple linier regression used for testing hypothesis 1, 2, 3, and for testing hypothesis 4 by using multiple linier regression. From the analysis was found that: (1) there was influence of working area towards working productivity of certification teacher about 39,9%. (2) there was influence model of teaching learning towards working productivity of certification teacher about 40,4%. (3) there was influence of working discipline towards working productivity of certification teacher about 38,6%. (4) there was influence of working area, model of teaching learning, and working discipline towards working productivity of certification about 60,3%.Keywords: Working Area, Model of Teaching Learning, Working Discipline, and Productivity of Certification Teacher.

Abstract

This research is purposed to identify whether or not there is influence between lesson plan, teaching style, and teaching skill to certified teacher work productivity. In doing this study, the writer used descriptive verificative method with ex post facto and survey approach. The population of this research is all certified teachers of the state senior high school in Tanjung Karang Barat sub-district that consisted of 93 teachers and the sample of this study is consisted 75 teachers. Hypothesis testing used simple linear regression model and multiple linear regresion model. From the analyses of the study it is found that (1) there is influence of lesson plan to certified teachers work productivity. (2) there is influence of teaching style to certified teachers work productivity.(3) there is influence of teaching skill to certified teachers work productivity. (4) there is influence of lesson plan, teaching style, and teaching skill to certified teachers work productivity. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya  pengaruh perencanaan pembelajaran, gaya mengajar, dan keterampilan mengajar terhadap produktivitas kerja guru bersertifikasi. Dalam peneiltian ini, penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMA Negeri bersertifikasi di Kecamatan Tanjung Karang Barat berjumlah 93 guru dengan jumlah sampel 75 guru. Uji hipotesis menggunakan model regresi linier sederhana dan linier multiple. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh perencanaan pembelajaran terhadap produktivitas kerja guru bersertifikasi (2) Ada pengaruh gaya mengajar terhadap produktivitas kerja guru bersertifikasi (3) Ada pengaruh keterampilan mengajar terhadap produktivitas kerja guru bersertifikasi (4) Ada pengaruh perencanaan pembelajaran, gaya mengajar, dan keterampilan mengajar terhadap produktivitas kerja guru bersertifikasi.Kata kunci: gaya, keterampilan, perencanaan, produktivitas

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know influence of RPP, learning method, and facilities of certificated teachers. The method of research uses descriptive verification approach by ex post facto and survey. The population consists of 145 teachers chosen by Slovin formula in amount of 106 persons. The hypothesis testing 1, 2, and 3 uses simple linear regression and hypothesis 4 uses multiple linear regression. The result of research showed: (1) There is an influence of RPP towards certificated teachers’ performance; (2) There is influence of Learning method certificated teachers’ performance; (3) There is influence of facilities towards certificated teachers’ performance; (4) There is influence of RPP, learning method, and facilities toward performance of certificated teachers.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh RPP, metode pembelajaran, dan sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 145 orang guru dengan jumlah sampel berdasarkan rumus Slovin sebanyak 106 orang guru. Abstract

The method used is the Ex Post Facto and Survey with descriptive research design verification. The sampling technique is probability sampling with proportionate stratified random sampling and calculated using the slovin’s formula. Hypothesis testing used simple linear regression analysis unit and multiple. The object of this research is the teachers who have been certified within a population amount of 106 teachers and 84 samples of the population. Based on the analysis of data obtained statistic calculated using the formula: (1). There is an influence of disciplinary on performance. (2). There is an influence of supervision on performance. (3). There is an influence of motivation on performance.(4). Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the performance of the High School certificated teacher Eastern District of Tanjung Karang Bandar Lampung in the Academic Year 2012/2013 limited to the learning model, teaching skill and work motivation of the independent variables. Abstract

This study was aimed to find whether there was an effect of supervision, working environment, and compensation towards the performance of certificated teachers at SMP Teluk Betung Utara Subdistrict and Tanjung Karang Barat Subdistrict, Bandar Lampung 2013/2014. The method used is the ex post facto and descriptive research survey with verification. The population consists of 124 teachers chosen by nomogram harry king formula amount of 101 persons. The unit of analysis is simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The hypothesis 1 and 2 tested by using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression for the third. The analysis showed that: (1) There is an effect of supervision on the certificated teachers’ performance; (2) There is an influence of the work environment on the certificated teachers’ performance; (3) There are effect of compensation on the certificated teachers’ performance; (4) There is an influence of supervision, work environment, and compensation for the performance of certificated teachers. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pengawasan, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi SMP Kecamatan Teluk Betung Utara dan Kecamatan Tanjung Karang Barat Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Metode yang digunakan adalah ex post facto dan survey dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif verifikatif. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 124 orang guru dengan jumlah sampel berdasarkan rumus nomogram harry king sebanyak 101 orang guru. Abstract

This research is aimed to know about the influence of using the discussion method, media and learning environment for student learning outcomes of VII Grade, especially in IPS Terpadu class at SMP Negeri 22 of Bandar Lampung in Academic Year 2011/2012. The people in this research are all students of VII grade at SMP Negeri 22 of Bandar Lampung in Academic Year 2011/2012, where 188 students are spread in 6 classes. Sampling was done by using simple random sampling, where 128 of students were getting by Slovin Formula. The method that used in this research is descriptive research with approach of ex post facto and surveys. To test the three of hypothesis, it was using simple linear regression, but for the fourth hypothesis, it was using multiple linear regressions. The analysis revealed: (1) There is influence of the use of the discussion on learning outcomes of students of VII grade in IPS Terpadu class at SMP Negeri 22 of Bandar Lampung in Academic Year 2011/2012. (2) There is influence of the use of instructional media on learning outcomes of students of VII grade in IPS Terpadu class at SMP Negeri 22 of Bandar Lampung in Academic Year 2011/2012. (3) There is influence of environment on learning outcomes of students of VII grade in IPS Terpadu class at SMP Negeri 22 of Bandar Lampung in Academic Year 2011/2012. (4) There is influence of the use of the discussion method, instructional media, and the environment on learning outcomes of students of VII grade in IPS Terpadu class at SMP Negeri 22 of Bandar Lampung in Academic Year 2011/2012.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether there was an effect of motivation, ability, and activity for the student achievement of eighth grade students of SMP Xaverius 4 Bandar Lampung. Population of this research is amounting to 102 peoples with a sample of 81 peoples. The method used is descriptive method verification with ex post facto approach and survey. To test the hypothesis uses a simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that: There is an effect of the motivation for the student achievement of eighth grade students of SMP Xaverius 4 Bandar Lampung. There is an effect of the ability for the student achievement of eighth grade students of SMP Xaverius 4 Bandar Lampung. There is an effect of the activity for the student achievement of eighth grade students of SMP Xaverius 4 Bandar Lampung. There is an effect of the motivation, ability, and activity for the student achievement of eighth grade students of SMP Xaverius 4 Bandar Lampung. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh motivasi, kemampuan, dan aktivitas terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Xaverius 4 Bandar Lampung. Populasi penelitian 102 orang dengan sampel 81 orang. Metode penelitian adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan regresi linier sederhana, dan regresi linier multiple. Hasil analisis : Ada pengaruh motivasi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Xaverius 4 Bandar Lampung, Ada pengaruh kemampuan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Xaverius 4 Bandar Lampung, Ada pengaruh aktivitas terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Xaverius 4 Bandar Lampung, Ada pengaruh motivasi, kemampuan, dan motivasi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Xaverius 4 Bandar Lampung. Kata kunci: aktivitas, kemampuan, motivasi, prestasi.

Abstract

This research aims to know whether there is an impact of the leadership from school headmaster, work motivation and teacher competency toward teacher working performance at SMP sub Rayon 03 in Bandar Lampung in 2013/2014 academic calendar. Methodology used in this research is verificative description with expost facto approach and survey. Teacher population in this research is 140 teachers with number of respondent chosen based on slovin formula as 104 teachers. To test hypothesis 1,2 and 3 using a simple regression and for hypothesis 4 using multiple linier regression. The result of analysis shows that: 1) there is an impact on leadership of school headmaster toward certified teacher performance, 2) there is an impact of working motivation on certified teacher performance, 3) there is an impact of competition on certified teacher performance, 4) there are impacts of leadership of school headmaster, working motivation, and competition on certified teacher performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi SMP Sub Rayon 03 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014.
