The aim of this study was to find out the effect of reward, job relevant information (JRI) system, managers value orientation towards innovation (VOI Manager) to employees performance through working satisfaction on PT. Masa Kini Mandiri (Lampung Post). Population in this study as many as 228 employees and sampling of 145 respondences. The method in this study was kausal-komparatif, with ex post-facto approach and survey. Data collecting was done by using questionaire. Data analyzed by using path analysis and SPSS. The result shows that there is an effect between job relevant information (JRI) system, managers value orientation towards innovation (VOI Manager) to employees performance through working satisfaction on PT. Masa Kini Mandiri (Lampung Post) with level of determination is 0,909Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem reward, job relevant information (JRI), managers value orientation towards innovation (VOI Manager) terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja pada PT. Masa Kini Mandiri (Lampung Post). Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 228 karyawan dan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 145 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kausal-komparatif dengan pendekatan ex-post-facto dan survey. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan path analysis dan diolah dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara sistem reward, job relevant information (JRI), managers value orientation towards innovation (VOI Manager) terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja pada PT.
