Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of the incentive and work environment through job satisfaction on work productivity at PT Tunas Dwipa Matra Branch Raden Intan Bandar Lampung. This research uses descriptive research design approach verification ex post facto and surveys. The data collection is done by spreading the questionnaire to 47 employees. Data were collected through prepared by the program analysis unit Linear Regression and Path Analysis. Based on the result that there is an incentive effect, the working environment and job satisfaction on employee productivity either directly or indirectly.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif dan lingkungan kerja melalui kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pada PT Tunas Dwipa Matra Cabang Raden Intan Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada 47 orang karyawan. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan program unit analisis Regresi Linier dan Path Analysis. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada pengaruh insentif, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung.Kata kunci: insentif, lingkungan, kepuasan, produktivitas.
