Abstract

The purpose of this research to determine: (1) the effect of product quality (2) quality of service (3) Price in relation to customer satisfaction of Ris'z Chicken Kampung Baru. The method used in this research were ex post facto and survey approach. The population in this study were people who had bought product in Ris'z Chicken Kampung Baru. The sampling technique used was Random Sampling method with the number of samples counted until 60 people.Questionnaires was used as data collecting techniques. The result of analysis show that there was an influence of serqual dimension which Product Quality, Sevice Quality and Price, to customer satisfaction.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh kualitas produk (2) kualitas pelayanan (3) Harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada makanan cepat saji Rizs Chicken Kampung Baru Unila Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang- orang yang pernah membeli di Rizs Chicken Kampung Baru Unila Bandar Lampung. Teknik Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen.Kata Kunci: pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, harga dan kepuasan konsumen.
