Abstract

The Purpose of this study are to determine Effect of Employee Performance and Physical Evidence on Customer Loyalty trought Customer Satisfaction of Abadi Service workshop at Tambahrejo, Gadingrejo, Pringsewu Discrit 2017. The population in this study as many as 1.643 respondent and sampling of 94 respondent. The method used in this research is descriptive verification method with ex post facto approach and survey. The data were collected using questionnaires. Data analysis using Path Analysis and processed with SPSS. The result study indicate that there is influence Employee Performance and Physical Evidence on Customer Loyalty trought Customer Satisfaction of Abadi Serviceworkshop at Tambahrejo, Gadingrejo, Pringsewu Discrit 2017. With a determination level of 0,859 to Customer Satisfaction and 0,641 to Customer Loyalty.Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kinerja Karyawan dan Physical Evidence terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan Bengkel Abadi Service Tambahrejo, Kec. Gadingrejo, Kab. Pringsewu 2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 1.643 responden. Sampel yang diperoleh adalah 94 responden.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Analisis data menggunakan Path Analysis dan diolah dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Kinerja Karyawan dan Physical Evidence terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan Bengkel Abadi Service Tambahrejo, Kec. Gadingrejo, Kab. Pringsewu 2017. Dengan kadar determinasi 0,859 terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan 0,641 terhadap lotalitas pelanggan.Kata Kunci : kinerja karyawan, physical evidence, kepuasan pelanggan, dan loyalitas pelanggan.
