Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the difference of critical thinking, the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of Problem Based Intruction (PBI) and Think Talk Write (TTW) type by considering the intelligence quotient (IQ). Research methodology used in this research was experiment research with comparative approach. The experimental methods were divided into two, which were true experiment and quasi experiment. The methodology that was used in this research was quasi experiment. Data collection was done by using test. The data which were collected by test of critical thinking were analyzed by using SPSS program. Based on analysis of the data, it obtained the result that there is a difference in critical thinking and the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of Problem Based Intruction (PBI and Think Talk Write (TTW) type by considering the intelligence quotient (IQ).Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Problem Based Intruction (PBI) dan Think Talk Write (TTW) dalam meningkarkan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada siswa dengan memperhatikan kecerdasan intelektual (IQ). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen).dengan pendekatan komparatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan treatment by level. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 7 kelas dengan jumlah 210 siswa dan sampel yang digunakan 2 kelas dengan jumlah 60 siswa yang ditentukan melalui cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan tes kemampuan berpikir kritis berupa soal pilihan jamak. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis varians dua jalan dan t-tes dua sampel independen. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada perbedaan berpikir kritis dan interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Problem Based Intruction (PBI) dan Think Talk Write (TTW) dengan memperhatikan kecerdasan intelektual (IQ).Kata kunci: berpikir kritis, kecerdasan intelektual (IQ), problem based intruction think talk write
