Abstract

ABSTRACT Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa latar belakang dilaksanakannya program donor darah oleh PT Indomarco Prismatama karena perwujudan misi, kewajiban perusahaan kepada Undang-undang, sebagai tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) dan membantu masyarakat yang membutuhkan darah dan stok darah yang disalurkan ke PMI. Implementasi program donor darah mengimplemasikan kepedulian karyawan melalui teori Carl Weick pada kegiatan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Donor Darah oleh tim Public Relations(PR) dalam konteks hubungan komunitas ( Community Relations). Kata-kata kunci: implementasi CSR, donor darah, PMI, tim PR, community relations

Abstract

A harmonious relationship between parents and children is ideal in a family. If this happens of course because among the members in it do intense and quality interpersonal communication so the results are positive. The family is a pillar that builds the mentality of children, in their journey they are expected to grow and develop healthily so that when interacting with the environment in the community they do not do destructive actions. But communication that occurs in the family is not always smooth. This is because between parents and children are often not in line in thinking. Parents feel they have an obligation to regulate the lives of their children so that their future is better, on the contrary the children feel mature and have their own desires so that they are constrained by the rules of their parents. If interpersonal communication is not carried out in a healthy manner as a result there will be conflict between them. Children who often have unresolved conflicts with their parents are at high risk for delinquency. The existence of conflict in the family makes children lose their personal experience, which is full of love and shelter. Conflict occurs when both parties experience disagreement about something. The solution is when that happens, conflict resolution expertise needs to overcome differences and maintain positive relationships. When communication and conflict solutions are seen as a problem, we must refer to the problem in the relationship between individuals. The ability and strategy of building and developing interpersonal communication to resolve conflicts are important for all stages of human development, because they can lead to productive and harmonious relationships. Abstract

This study aims to determine the social interaction that occurs in veiledMuslim women in the Ummahat Community with the surrounding environmentand to see how the communication behavior of veiled women interacts with thesurrounding environment.This research uses descriptive qualitative method with the informanttechnique using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques carriedout by observation, interviews, and documentation. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of Gina Luttrell's SOME (Share, Optimize, Manage, Engage) Theory in managing the @pesantrenbima instagram account in social media activities with optimal planning and strategies in order to achieve the desired goals, one of which is building maximum bond with the audience owned by social media platforms, namely utilizing the existence of Instagram as a tool (tool) in achieving its goals. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using the object of research on the Instagram account @pesantrenbima. The research subjects are admin, ustad (teacher) at Pesantren Bima, and followers. Research data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are: Share, the Instagram account @pesantrenbima is the right choice for Instagram social media and makes selection and sorting in determining the content to be presented. Optimize, the Instagram account @pesantrenbima has not used the hashtag feature provided by Instagram as a whole but the good thing that has been implemented is the presentation of content in various forms, both photos/images, videos and Instagram stories. Manage, the @pesantrenbima instagram account has properly implemented comments or direct messages from the public that will be responded to, and the Bima Pesantren social media team has carried out monitoring to evaluate the content that has been presented. Engage, the Instagram account @pesantrenbima reaches their target audience by adapting the content they post to their target audience by creating content that is interesting, up-to-date and in clear, concise, and easy-to-understand language making the information to be conveyed easily absorbed by its followers. .
