Abstract

Peramalan dapat diterapkan pada salah satu kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh perguruan tinggi yaitu STIKOM Bali tiap tahunnya yaitu penerimaan mahasiswa baru. Peramalan memang membantu dalam proses perencaan dan proses pengambilan keputusan, namun hasil peramalan tidaklah selalu akurat. Keakuratan hasil peramalan tergantung dengan ketepatan data dan metode yang digunakan. Pemilihan metode peramalan yang tepat penting dilakukan agar hasil peramalan tidak menyimpang. Mengacu pada permasalahan tersebut, penelitian yang dikembangkan menggunakan dua buah metode dalam melakukan peramalan jumlah pendaftaran mahasiswa baru yaitu Holt Winter Additive dan Holt Winter Additive Damped. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan uji coba hasil peramalan untuk membandingkan hasil kedua metode tersebut. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan sistem peralaman yang dikembangkan dan tolak ukur menggunakan nilai MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error). MAPE menghitung jumlah persentase penyimpangan antara data aktual dan hasil peramalan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan perbandingan hasil peramalan dari dua buah metode yang digunakan sehingga diketahui metode mana yang lebih tepat diterapkan untuk meramalkan jumlah pendaftaran mahasiswa baru. Metode Penelitian berupa pengembangan sistem, perhitungan peramalan, perhitungan nilai error, perbandingan nilai error dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu dengan kasus peramalan jumlah pendaftaran mahasiswa baru perhitungan nilai MAPE metode holt winter additive lebih baik dibandingkan dengan metode holt winter additive damped. Nilai MAPE tahun 2017 untuk metode holt winter additive adalah 1,039% sedangkan holt winter additive damped 1,363%, begitu pula dengan tahun 2018 untuk metode holt winter additive adalah 0,793% sedangkan holt winter additive damped 1,214%.

Abstract

Pengembangan desa wisata merupakan salah satu bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat yang senantiasa dilaksanakan secara terencana dan berkesinambungan oleh Politeknik Negeri Bali sebagai lembaga vokasi di Provinsi Bali. Desa Bakas, Kecamatan Banjarangkan, Kabupaten Klungkung adalah suatu desa yang ditetapkan sebagai desa wisata dengan berbagai potensi kekhasan dan keunikannya berupa pertanian, wisata membajak sawah, menanam padi, dan cooking class. Meskipun memiliki potensi wisata yang sangat besar, kurangnya pembinaan dan pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat di Desa ini membuat potensi besar tersebut belum maksimal dalam pengelolaannya. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan terkait pengelolaan desa wisata khususnya yang berbasis green tourism. Berdasarkan pada kendala yang dihadapi desa wisata Bakas dilakukan kegiatan pengembangan Desa Wisata yang menitikberatkan pada aspek alam dan budaya sejalan dengan konsep green tourism yang diusung di Politeknik Negeri Bali. Kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan dan kegiatan pengembangan infrastruktur. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode focus group discussion dan observasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berupa jalur trekking, spot selfie, sosial media untuk pemasaran dan peningkatan pengetahuan tour guide.

Abstract

Masyarakat Hindu di Bali merupakan umat yang memegang erat budaya, hal ini diperlihatkan dengan upacara keagamaan yang sangat sering. Seiring berkembangnya zaman, tentunya umat Hindu di Bali tidak dapat hanya berkonsentrasi pada upacara, melainkan juga harus fokus pada karir yang sedang dijalani. Hal tersebut menjadi dilema bagi kebanyakan umat, karena mereka tidak dapat meninggalkan perkerjaan hanya untuk menyiapkan sarana upacara yang biasa disebut banten. Untuk membantu umat Hindu di Bali, maka diperlukan sebuah sistem yang yang menghubungkan antara penjual banten dengan pembeli tanpa perlu meluangkan waktu untuk bertatap muka. Dengan beberapa metode yang digunakan seperti observasi, serta metode pembuatan sistem dengan data flow diagram, diharapkan sistem yang akan dibuat dapat sesuai dengan permasalahan yang timbul. Sehingga nantinya sistem informasi SMS Gateway dan Website dapat menjadi sarana bagi pembeli untuk memesan banten tanpa harus membuang-buang waktu untuk membeli banten secara langsung.

Abstract

Bali merupakan pulau yang banyak dikunjungi oleh wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara. Usaha perdagangan yang muncul dengan adanya sektor pariwisata adalah usaha penjualan oleh-oleh khas Bali. Pada saat ini mulai banyak bermunculan usaha penjualan oleh-oleh yang cukup lengkap dan skala besar. Munculnya banyak usaha penjualan oleh-oleh menyebabkan adanya persaingan antara masing-masing usaha. Masing-masing usaha berusaha mengembangkan usahanya dengan membuka cabang pada beberapa wilayah dan lokasi di Bali untuk lebih memasarkan produknya. Pemasaran dapat dilakukan dengan banyak cara, salah satunya adalah memperluas pemasaran dengan membuka cabang usaha tersebut ditempat yang berbeda. Penentuan lokasi pemasaran produk dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa metode yang terdapat pada sistem pendukung keputusan. Pada penelitian akan dilakukan penentuan lokasi pemasaran produk dengan menerapkan metode AHP dan Weighted product berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang ditetapkan. Dengan adanya penerapan metode diharapkan dapat membantu usaha penjualan oleh-oleh khas Bali untuk menentukan lokasi pemasaran produk sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan usaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendefinisian masalah, pengumpulan data, analisis, implementasi metode dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan perhitungan dengan kedua metode, dengan menggunakan metode AHP didapatkan hasil terbaik adalah alternatif lokasi 1 (A1) dengan nilai 0.30841836. Sedangkan dengan menggunakan metode Weighted product, didapatkan hasil terbaik adalah alternatif 5 (A5) dengan nilai 0.23597.

Abstract

Dalam perguruan tinggi terdapat sebuah lembaga khusus yang menangani penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat yaitu LPPM (Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat). Pada STIKOM Bali, lembaga yang menangani penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat adalah P2M (Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat). Dalam hal penelitian, P2M menangani manajemen dan administrasi baik penelitian internal STIKOM Bali maupun penelitian eksternal seperti DIKTI dan penelitian lintas sektoral. Proses administrasi penelitian internal dan eksternal selama ini masih dikelola secara manual. Proses administrasi penelitian internal dan eksternal seperti pembuatan tanda terima, surat pengajuan, surat pengumuman penerima dana, surat kontrak dan kwitansi masih dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Word dan Excel. Hal ini membutuhkan waktu yang tidak sebentar pada saat melakukan proses tersebut mengingat jumlah penelitian yang cukup banyak. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan sistem informasi administrasi penelitian STIKOM Bali. Perancangan aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar dalam pembangunan sistem informasi administrasi penelitian STIKOM Bali. Dengan adanya sistem informasi administrasi penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu dan memudahkan pekerjaan bagian P2M STIKOM Bali dalam mengelola proses administrasi penelitian internal dan eksternal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendefinisian masalah, pengumpulan data, analisis sistem, perancangan sistem dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa rancangan sistem informasi administrasi penelitian internal seperti DFD, ERD dan struktur tabel sehingga dapat mempermudah proses administrasi penelitian

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat seyogyanya senantiasa besinergi dengan masyarakat dengan potensi yang cukup besar akan tetapi masih kurang optimal dari segi operasionalnya. Usaha loloh/jamu di Dusun Ked, Desa Taro, Kecamatan Tegalalang berdiri tahun 2004. Pemilik usaha ini adalah I Wayan Kariasa. Walaupun sudah berdiri cukup lama, namun dari segi omset penjualan, cakupan wilayah pemasaran dan penjualan produk, tata kelola usaha dan keuntungan relatif kecil dan tidak berkembang pesat dari awal berdirinya sampai sekarang. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan peralatan kerja, pemasaran dan perhitungan omset usaha. Kegiatan diawali dengan sosialiasasi kepada anggota kelompok usaha loloh dan pemberian sosialisasi aspek Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3). Kegiatan yang telah dilakukan adalah memberikan bantuan alat-alat untuk peralatan kerja seperti: Mesin Penggiling Rempah, Alat Pengangkut, Kompor Besar dan Mesin Pendingin yang digunakan dalam proses produksi loloh. Selain itu, kegiatan lain yang telah dilakukan adalah membantu dalam desain kemasan agar lebih menarik dan mudah dikenal konsumen. Indikator capaian kegiatan adalah terwujudnya usaha loloh yang berdaya saing, hegienis, mudah dikenal, dengan pangsa pasar yang lebih luas dan produk yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi. Dengan kegiatan yang telah dilakukan, kelompok usaha loloh mampu meningkatkan produksi produk dan pendapatan hingga 60% per bulan. Pada akhir kegiatan tim pengabdian telah memberikan pelatihan keuangan sederhana guna mengetahui omset penjualan produk per bulannya.

Abstract

STIKOM Bali sebagai salah satu perguruan tinggi yang telah menerapkan banyak sistem informasi dalam membantu proses bisnisnya, terdapat sistem informasi yang membantu pengelolaan terhadap tugas dan peran Dosen. Sistem informasi tersebut dinamakan dengan Sistem Informasi Dosen (SID). SID telah banyak mengalami perkembangan dari segi fitur dan fungsi yang akan mempermudah Dosen. Fungsi yang terdapat pada SID saat ini adalah dapat menampilkan informasi umum terkait mahasiswa, profil dosen, hasil evaluasi mengajar dan history kelas ajar. Fitur atau fungsi utama lain adalah mengenai dosen wali, dosen pembimbing, dosen koordinator dan jadwal dosen penguji. Salah satu cara untuk mengoptimalkan dan meningkatkan kinerja sistem informasi adalah dengan mengetahui kepuasan dari sisi pengguna ataupun user. Kinerja sistem informasi dapat dilihat dari kepuasan pengguna dalam penggunaan sistem informasi tersebut. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini dilakukan penilaian terhadap kepuasan pengguna SID sehingga dapat diketahui kinerja SID tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengukuran kepuasan adalah metode Servqual. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendefinisian masalah, eksplorasi konsep, analisis, pengumpulan data dan analisis data serta penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan skor Servqual diperoleh kualitas dari tangible, reliability dan emphaty masih kurang baik. Sedangkan kualitas dari responsivenes dan assurance sudah baik sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap SID adalah kurang puas.

Abstract

Peningkatan kinerja perangkat desa terhadap layanan dan pengolahan data penduduk masyarakat Desa Sumurkidang Kecamatan Bantarbolang Kabupaten Pemalang menjadi suatu tuntutan pokok bagi pihak Kelurahan Sumurkidang. Populasi penduduk yang semakin meningkat mengharuskan adanya pembaharuan sistem yang lebih baik untuk membantu proses pengolahan data. Sehingga proses pengolahan data penduduk dapat dilakukan secara berkala maupun terus-menerus, berkesinambungan, akurat dan efektik. Oleh karenanya diperlukan sistem yang terintegrasi untuk membantu proses pengolahan data dan proses pelaporan yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Abstract

ABSTRACT Attendance is a compulsory activity in lectures. STIKOM Bali uses an online attendance information system to attend student attendance in each teaching and learning process. To find out the success of implementing an information system needs to be evaluated. Evaluation is done so that the organization can find out the impact and benefits of implementing an information system for users such as lecturers and academic and organizational sections. Therefore it is necessary to evaluate the STIKOM Bali online attendance information system. This study evaluates success using the HOT Fit model. The selection of the HOT Fit model is because this model involves important components in the application of the system, namely human, technology and organization. The research methods used in this study are exploration of concepts and observations, analysis of variables and hypotheses, data collection and analysis and conclusions. Based on the results of hypothesis evaluation, eleven hypotheses proved significant. Based on this, it can be concluded that the success rate of the online attendance information system at Bali STIKOM is good. While based on the results of the regression test found the influence of the largest variable is the effect of system quality variables on user satisfaction and service quality on usage with the value of R Square of 62.5%. STIKOM Bali menggunakan sistem informasi absensi online untuk melakukan presensi kehadiran mahasiswa dalam setiap proses belajar mengajar. Untuk mengetahui keberhasilan penerapan sebuah sistem informasi perlu dilakukan evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan agar organisasi dapat mengetahui dampak dan manfaat penerapan sistem informasi baik bagi pengguna seperti dosen dan bagian akademik maupun organisasi. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap sistem informasi absensi online STIKOM Bali. Penelitian ini melakukan evaluasi kesuksesan menggunakan model HOT Fit. Pemilihan model HOT Fit dikarenakan model ini melibatkan komponen penting dalam penerapan sistem yaitu human atau pengguna, teknologi dan organisasi Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksplorasi konsep dan observasi, analisis variabel dan hipotesis, pengumpulan dan analisis data serta penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi hipotesis, sebelas hipotesis terbukti signifikan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kesuksesan sistem informasi absensi online pada STIKOM Bali baik. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji regresi didapatkan pengaruh variabel terbesar adalah pengaruh variabel kualitas sistem terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan kualitas layanan terhadap penggunaan dengan nilai R Square sebesar 62,5 %.
