Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemuda Muhammadiyah dalam mengembangkan pertanian melalui hidroponik sayuran sederhana sehingga menghasilkan sayuran yang sehat dan meningkatkan perekonomian dalam kebutuhan sehari-hari. Metode pelaksanaan yaitu sosialisasi, pelatihan, praktek dan pendampingan dengan mitra pemuda Muhammadiyah RT. 2/RW. 14 Kelurahan Kassi-Kassi Kecamatan Rappocini sebanyak 8 orang. Hasil yang dicapai yaitu terbentuknya aktifitas bertanam hidroponik yang memanfaatkan lahan sempit, pahamnya bertanam sayuran dengan teknik hidroponik, pahamnya manajemen pemasaran, meningkatnya pengetahuan bertanam dengan teknik hidroponik yang baik, meningkatnya kesejahteraan masyarakat di masa pandemi covid 19. Tindak lanjut dari kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui kegiatan pembuatan hidroponik sederhana dengan lebih banyak yang disesuaikan dengan kemajuan IPTEKS dan desain yang lebih menarik dan pemuda Muhammadiyah menjadi lebih semangat dalam belajar dan berpikir kreatif.

Abstract

ABSTRACT            This study aims to: (1) analyze the education of administrators / managers in the Syari'ah Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) Cooperative in South Sulawesi, (2) analyze PINBUK training activities and their role in growing and advancing the Baitul Maal Wat Syari'ah Cooperative Tamwil (BMT) in South Sulawesi, (3) analyze and assess the implementation of education and training (Diklat) organized by PINBUK in South Sulawesi.            This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The instruments used were field research which was carried out through in-depth interviews, field observations, literature studies and focus group discussions (FGD).            The results show that education has an important role in administrators and managers of Baitul Maal wat Tamwil. This is based on the basic competencies to support performance, which is possible to obtain at a higher level of education. Even though it has an important role, its position is not absolute because these competencies can be developed through training activities. Of course, with heavier challenges due to the lack of a basis for competency development The training activities held by PINBUK are considered to be very determining the performance of BMT administrators and managers. This is based on the position of PINBUK Education and Training which is able to impart knowledge and skills, covering the required philosophical, conceptual and technical aspects, as well as motivation and belief to raise BMT together. BMT which intensively follows PINBUK Training and Education has proven to be able to maintain its existence and continue to develop from time to time. Furthermore, PINBUK is considered capable of organizing training that meets the main components of success. But still on a minimum scale, development is needed to produce the maximum results. Keywords: Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT), PINBUK, Islamic Economics, Education Level, and Education and Training (Diklat).

Abstract

This study aims to find out the picture of Leadership Style, Competence, Motivation, and Organizational Culture, to the Performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Makassar Search and Rescue Office of South Sulawesi This type of research is quantitative and located at the Makassar Search and Rescue Office of South Sulawesi. The population of this study, the entire ASN of 108 people. A sample of 52 people were drawn with simple random sampling techniques, data collected using surveys, questionnaire questionnaires, documentation.Data from the results of the study was analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis techniques and infrensial statistical analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study showed that, (1) Leadership style has a significant positive effect on performance with P value = 0.0280.05 with a coefficient value of 0.268 shows the more effective the leadership style is felt then the performance of employees in the Makassar Search and Rescue Office will increase. (2) Competency has a significant positive effect on performance with P value = 0.011 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.390 indicates that the better or more appropriate competencies that employees have with their work, thus encouraging the improvement of employee performance (3) Motivation has a significant positive influence on performance with P value=0.004 0.0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.413, indicating that the better the employee's work motivation, the better the performance (4) The organizational culture has a significant positive influence on performance with P= 0.0040.05 and a coefficient value of 0.458 which indicates that the better the organizational culture is felt then the employee performance will also increase. (5) Motivation has a dominant attitude towards ASN performance, because motivation variables are measured by four indicators, namely, basic needs, responsibilities, work environment, spiritual motivation. Keywords: Leadership Style, Competence, Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Performance.

Abstract

Potensi budaya dan kearifan lokal merupakan pengembangan pariwisata dan menjadi bagian dari produk kreativitas masyarakat yang memiliki nilai ekonomis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pariwisata berbasis budaya dan kearifan lokal di Kabupaten Majene yang dikembangan dengan berbagai langkah strategis pemerintah daerah Majene. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif melalui obserasi secara langsung dan interview atau wawancara secara mendalam dengan pihak-pihak terkait penelitian yaitu Kepala Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Majene. Budaya dan kearifan lokal khususnya di Kabupaten Majene, secara universal memiliki potensi wisata budaya yang dapat dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan pariwisata berbasis budaya lokal dan kearifan lokal. Strategi pengembangan wisata budaya lokal dengan pengemasan budaya lokal khususnya budaya lokal Kabupaten Majene dapat dijadikan media promosi dan pengenalan daerah destinasi wisata budaya dan kearifan lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the impact of intellectual capital on the knowledge transfer ability of lecturers at the Muhammadiyah University of Makassar (Case Study Management Study Program). The type of research used in this research  Management Study Program of the Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. The type of data used is primary data with data analysis techniques using a questionnaire, while the techniques used to analyze are: validity, reliability, simple test, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient test. From the results of the research conducted, it can be shown that intellectual capital has a positive and significant effect on the knowledge transfer ability of the arithmetic value 22.531 t table 3.3225 sig 0.000

Abstract

Abstrak: Setiap dosen tentu perlu memahami bagaiman cara mengisi beban kerja dosen (BKD) karena akan dilaporkan secara berkala. Dengan demikian setiap dosen mempunyai kewajiban untuk menyusun laporan atas semua tugas dan tanggungjawanya selama satu semester. Sebelum memhamai bagaimana proses pengisiannya, maka setiap dosen wajib paham mengenai beban kerja dosen. Beban kerja dosen (BKD) memakai istilah satuan kredit semester, dimana jumlah SKS telah ditentukan oleh Dirjen Dikti dan kemudian dipahami oleh dosen yang bersangkutan. Sehingga adanya batas maksimal ini akan mencegah resiko adanya peningkatan beban kerja melebihi kapasitas dan ketentuan, maka tim pengabdian (PKM) melaksanakan pelatihan cara pengisian beban kerja dosen dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan dosen dalam mengisi beban kerja dosen agar bisa bekerja terukur, terstruktur, dan mampu melaksanakan pelaporan sesuai ketentuan. Metode pelaksanaan yaitu pelatihan serta praktek pengisian beban kerja dosen dengan mitra yaitu dosen program studi Ekonomi Pembangunan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar sebanyak 12 orang dengan evaluasi melalui praktek langsung dalam pengisian beban kerja dosen. Hasil yang telah dicapai oleh peserta (dosen) setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini adalah 100% telah paham dan mampu mengisi beban kerja dosen (BKD) pada tiap semester .Abstract: Every lecturer certainly needs to understand how to fill the lecturer's workload (BKD) because it will be reported regularly. Thus, each lecturer has the obligation to compile a report on all his duties and responsibilities for one semester. Before understanding how the filling process is, every lecturer must understand the lecturer's workload. Lecturer workload (BKD) uses the term semester credit unit, where the number of credits has been determined by the Director General of Higher Education and then understood by the lecturer concerned. So that the existence of this maximum limit will prevent the risk of an increase in the workload exceeding the capacity and provisions, the service team (PKM) carries out training on how to fill lecturers' workloads with the aim of increasing lecturers' understanding and ability in filling lecturers' workloads so that they can work measurably, structured, and efficiently. and able to carry out reporting in accordance with the provisions. The method of implementation is training and practice of filling the workload of lecturers with partners, namely lecturers of the Development Economics study program, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar as many as 12 people with evaluation through direct practice in filling lecturer workloads. The results that have been achieved by participants (lecturers) after participating in this activity are 100% have understood and are able to fill the workload of lecturers (BKD) in each semester.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the financial performance of PT. Bank Sulselbar KC. Syariah Makassar using a value added and profit and loss approach based on the ratio of ROA, ROE and NPM. This research is a type of quantitative research with a comparative descriptive approach. The population of this study is the financial statements of PT. Bank Sulselbar KC. Makassar Sharia, while the sample used is the 2019-2020 financial statements for each approach, namely the value added and profit and loss approach. The results of this study indicate that the average ROA, ROE and NPM ratios differ significantly between the value added approach and the profit and loss approach. Abstract

This study uses a qualitative research method, which aims to find out how customers are interested in choosing a pawn product that has been provided by the pawnshop. This research was carried out at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Hasanuddin Gowa Branch which took place from March 21, 2022. Data collection techniques in this study used library research and field research such as observations and interviews. Pegadaian is a guarantee institution that is very well known in people's lives in an effort to obtain funds to facilitate various transaction needs. The presence of sharia pawnshops as a formal financial institution in the form of a unit of pawnshops in Indonesia, which is tasked with distributing financing in the form of providing loan money to people in need based on sharia pawn law is something that needs to get a positive response.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether the presentation of regional financial reports, accessibility of regional financial reports, and internal control affect the transparency of regional financial management in East Luwu Regency. This study used a type of quantitative research originating from primary and secondary data, by distributing questionnaires to all staff/employees at the East Luwu Regency BKAD office as many as 38 employees. The analytical methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, and hypothesis testing with the Coefficient of Determination Test (R2) and t test (Partial Test). The results of this study indicate that: 1) Presentation of regional financial reports has no positive and significant effect on the transparency of regional financial management. 2) The accessibility of regional financial reports has a positive and significant effect on the transparency of regional financial management. 3) Internal control has no positive and significant effect on the transparency of regional financial management.
