Abstract

Creativity needs to be done by the teacher in the learning task. With creativity,learning goals would be more easily achieved. Creativity of the teacher in teachingreforms ideas, practices, and educational products. Renewal was about somethingtotally new, combined, or modification of, or the development of new forms of theold to. Classroom management for teachers who do this need modified so that theprocess learning and teaching fun and students are motivated to learn. Learningcomponent that is directly related to the learning process in the classroom and needto be considered in the management class is primarily instructional materials, media,methods, teacher, student, classroom atmosphere, and arrangement of allcomponents to run. Interaction this raises the learning dynamics. These dynamicscan vary its shape and determine the quality and effectiveness of learning. Itrequired creativity in managing classroom teacher in order to target the achievementof goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui partisipasi tokoh masyarakat dalam kewaspadaan penyalahgunaan narkotika. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Populasi tokoh masyarakat di Kelurahan Timbangan berjumlah 205 dan diambil sampel berjumlah 65 orang dengan teknik purposivesampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi tokoh masyarakat dalam kewaspadaan penyalahgunaan narkotika tergolong tinggi. Bentuk partisipasi tokoh masyarakat dalam kewaspadaan penyalahgunaan narkotika yaitu terlibat dalam kegiatan sosialisasi penyalahgunaan narkotika, melaporkan kepada pihak berwajib mengenai kasus penyalahgunaan narkotika, terlibat dalam kegiatan keagamaan sebagai penguatan karakter, dan berperan aktif dalam menyampaikan saran mengenai bahaya penyalahgunaan narkotika kepada masyarakat maupun kepada penegak hukum/BNN. Dapat disimpulkkan bahwa tokoh masyarakat sudah  memiliki kesadaran dan kewaspadaan yang tinggi mengenai bahaya penyalahgunaan narkotika.

Abstract

Identifikasi kebutuhan masyarakat telah dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan kebutuhan apa saja yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat dalam pendirian taman bacaan masyarakat di Desa Tanjung Seteko, Kecamatan Indralaya. Identifikasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan Kartu Sistem Kebutuhan Belajar Masyarakat (SKBM) dan survey. Metode pengumpulan data melalui angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kebutuhan belajar masyarakat desa Tanjung Seteko yaitu Kebutuhan belajar bidang keagamaan, bidang ekonomi, pendidikan keaksaraan dan kebangsaan, olahraga, kesehatan dan lingkungan. Kebutuhan belajar masyarakat menggambarkan bahwa dibutuhkan program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang didukung oleh sumber daya manusia (pengelola), sumber informasi berupa buku-buku, tempat belajar, dan pendanaan. Dengan demikian program pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pendirian taman bacaan masyarakat dapat memenuhi kebutuhan belajar masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengetahui layanan yang diberikan Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Kasih Sayang Ibu Batusangkar Kabupaten Tanah Datar Provinsi Sumatera Barat terhadap para Lansia yang disantuni. Motode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Subjek penelitiannya adalah kepala panti, dua orang personil panti serta tiga orang lansia yang masih sanggup berkomunikasi dengan normal. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Layanan yang diberikan panti terhadap lansia sudah bagus, baik itu dari layanan kesehatan, layanan spiritual dan mental, layanan fisik, layanan sosial dan hukum, serta layanan alat-alat bantu. Hanya saja permasalahan yang muncul ada pada faktor non teknis, yaitu berlebihnya tenaga kesehatan, tidak adanya dokter tetap yang siap jika ada kejadian malam, serta kurangnya tenaga kebersihan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of caring for children under five in working mothers from the aspect of care and aspects of the role of mothers in the village of Pedamaran V, Ogan Komering Ilir district. This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study are mothers who work more than 8 hours per day with work as fishermen, laborers, and traders and also 3 people who help in the process of caring for children under five. The results of this study the role of mothers goes well because there are other people who help mothers both from the aspect of care and aspects of the role of the mother is the process of caring for children under five in working mothers has been done well.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the art preservation of the Ranau area is done by the Art Gallery of Duagha, judging by the aspects of nurturing, creation, and staging of art. This type of research is descriptive by using a qualitative approach. The subject of this study amounted to five people, consisting of one workshop builder, one workshop trainer, and three members of the workshop, as well as the data collection techniques on the study were observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research in the art gallery Duagha seen from the Four indicators: (1) The indicator of preserving the arts, art Gallery Duagha has been maintaining the art of Ranau area by means of maintaining its characteristic, dance motion, ornaments on clothing, and also a crossfire in music; (2) The indicator of creation, art gallery Duagha has been doing creations by creating new arts and creating new creations; (3) Art performance indicators, Duagha Art Gallery has done so, by participating art competitions and also art performances; (4) The indicator of art training implementation, Duagha Art workshop to conduct art training with the method of training of skills.

Abstract

One alternative teaching material that can be used in systematic learning activities is textbooks. This article describes the identification of student needs for textbooks containing High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) questions. Respondents in this study were students of the educational study program outside the FKIP Sriwijaya University school. The results of the study were obtained from distributing questionnaires using google form and discussed again with the lecturer who teaches community education management courses. The questionnaire for identifying the need for textbooks containing HOTS questions was filled in by 59 students. The data collected through a questionnaire will be analyzed descriptively. The discussion of the research object includes: (1) the principles and material aspects that need to be considered in developing textbooks; (2) the model or approach used that makes it easier for students to understand the subject matter; and (3) display and language used in textbooks. The results showed that: (1) the principles and aspects of the material that need to be considered in developing textbooks include the material that is published in accordance with the learning plan that has been agreed between the lecturer and the student, inserts supporting illustrations of the material, and includes instructions for using the book. teach; (2) textbooks containing HOTS questions are expected to use a group learning and evaluation approach with essay and multiple choice questions; and (3) the display used attracts readers and the language used can be understood by all people.

Abstract

Education at home is preparing a child for the future even though parents educate their child without a specific goal. But the child gets the knowledge, value, skills, and habits of parental education with love and compassion. The purpose of this research is to know the entrepreneurial education conducted by parents to children in Indonesia and the Philippines. The study was conducted in Indonesia and the Philippines. The population of this research comes from university students in Indonesia and the Philippines. The research respondent is the first semester student to become a respondent, as it is still heavily influenced by family education, the spread of questionnaires using Google forms, where the intended student is 2019 class students to fill the form provided. The maximum sample amount is determined, 216 respondents were acquired for each country. Data analysis techniques use percentages, data is outlined based on the educational aspect given to students by parents in the family. Shows that parents in Indonesia and the Philippines have done their job well. Indonesia acquires higher average value than the Philippines for all components, namely: knowledge, values, habits, and entrepreneurial skills. Overall, it looks how much the average acquisition shows the difference in the results of Indonesia and the Philippines in educating future entrepreneurs by parents. Habituation in children through assignments to do something at home or homework. The value of skills educated by parents in the form of leadership values and the ability to network, communicate, and make decisions quickly. Entrepreneurship education can provide an intensive investment value as long as the child is still in the educational process of his parents at home.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the participation of public figures in the vigilance of narcotics abuse. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection methods used were observation, questionnaire and documentation. Population of community leaders in Timbangan village amount of 205 and was taken sample 65 people with purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the participation of public figures in the vigilance of narcotics abuse is high. The form of participation of public figures in the vigilance of narcotics abuse is involved in the socialization activities of narcotics abuse, reporting to the authorities regarding narcotics abuse cases, involved in religious activities as strengthening the character, and taking an active role in advising the danger of narcotics abuse to the community or law enforcement / BNN. As a conclution that the community leaders already have high awareness and awareness about the dangers of drug abuse.

Abstract

The identification of community needs has been undertaken to describe what needs are needed by the community in establishing a community reading park in TanjungSeteko Village, Indralaya Sub-district. Identification is done by using the Community Learning Needs Card System (SKBM) and survey. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. The research results show that the learning needs of the people of TanjungSeteko village are the learning needs of religious, economic, literacy and nationality, sports, health and environment. Community learning needs illustrate the need for community empowerment programs supported by human resources (managers), sources of information in the form of books, places of study, and funding. Thus community empowerment programs through the establishment of community reading parks can meet community learning needs.
