Abstract

The implementation of the participative leadership style has been positive on the increase in employee performance. However, how it works in an extraction and refining petrochemical-firm context is still elusive. This study investigates how a participatory leadership style may support employee performance as moderated by Job Satisfaction. Primary data from all 85 HRD employees in Cilegon Petrochemical Company is selected as a database. This study computes the relationships using the PLS-SEM procedure. This study proves that participative leadership style variables significantly influence employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction moderates the effect of participative leadership style on employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of company size, sales growth, and business risk on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for the 2014-2018 period. This research method uses an associative method with a quantitative approach and data collection techniques using secondary data. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, the sample used was 21 companies sourced from the annual financial statements of Property and Real Estate companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).The analysis technique used is statistical test with multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that company size has a significant positive effect on capital structure, sales growth has a significant positive effect on capital structure, and business risk has a significant negative effect on capital structure. As well as simultaneously company size, sales growth, and business risk affect the capital structure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Current Ratio (CR) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Equity on Stock Returns either partially or simultaneously in Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. This research uses descriptive statistical analysis research type with a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 64 companies. This study uses financial statement data with time series for the last 5 years. Sampling in this study using purposive random sampling technique and obtained a sample of 15 companies. The results of the analysis using the t test and f test state that Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Equity have a significant effect on Stock Returns either partially or simultaneously. Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Non Performing Loans (NPL) on Return On Assets (ROA) both partially and simultaneously in the Banking Sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018. . The research method is to use the causal associative method, with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using secondary data. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, the sample was 16 companies which are the annual reports of the banking sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).The results of the study using the t test and f test show that partially the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a significant negative effect on Return on Assets (ROA), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has no significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), Non-Performing Loan (NPL) has no significant effect on Return On Asset (ROA) and simultaneously Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Non Performing Loan (NPL) have a significant positive effect on Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to convey knowledge and abilities in managing business for the BUMDES manager of Pandeglang Regency. This activity is carried out in order to help solve problems for BUMDES managers in carrying out business management. Before the community service activities take place, discussions were held with the Pandeglang District Community Empowerment and Village Administration (DPMPD) Office in relation to the problems faced by the BUMDES managers which would later be contained in the form of training materials organized by DPMPD Pandeglang Regency in collaboration with the College of Economics (STIE) ) Banten. The form of this community service activity is training on various materials related to problems in BUMDES, namely (1) BUMDES Success Road Map, (2) Entrepreneurship, (3) Leadership, (4) Marketing, (5) Cooperation, and (6) Governance BUMDES finances attended by 50 BUMDES managers selected by DPMPD Pandeglang Regency. In the implementation of training materials, the practices of how to lead, market, make cooperation and practice financial bookkeeping are inserted. Furthermore, to further strengthen the material in the final session, questions and answers and discussions were opened. Suggestions from this activity are the need for further assistance in the field and control of the implementation of BUMDES management activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the transformational leadership and reward system to employee performance. The main task of a leader is to empower, motivate the employees in order to optimize their ability to achieve organizational goals. This research was conducted at the Department of Building Supervision and Control of Jakarta in July and August 2014 the total respondents eighty employees collected by simple random sampling technique. To analyze the data collected, the type of data being analyzed researchers used quantitative data. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis in which this analysis can be used to look at the relationship and the influence of transformational leadership and reward system on employee performance at the Department of Building Supervision and Control of Jakarta. The results of the study found that transformational leadership and reward systems have a significant effect on employee performance.
