Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi etnomatematika pada motif tenun Ende Lio pada materi bangun datar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah termasuk penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Daerah penelitian dilakukan didesa Renga Mange, Kecematan Pulau Ende, Kabupaten Ende. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap 3 narasumber pemilik sekaligus penenun kain motif ende lio. Dokumentasi diperoleh pada saat melakukan kegiatan menenun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa konsep matematika yang terdapat pada motif tenun ikat ende lio menyerupai bangun datar yaitu segitiga, belah ketupat, persegi, persegi Panjang, dan segi banyak. Etnomatematika yang terdapat pada motif kain tenun ende lio dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memperkenalkan matematika melalui tenun ikat ende lio.This research aims to identify the ethnomathematics of the pattern of Tenun Ikat Ende Lio on the plane geometry materials. This type of research is qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. The research area was carried out in the village of Renga Mange, District of Ende Island, Ende Regency. Data collection methods used are interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with 3 resource persons who are owners and weavers of Ende Lio pattern. Documentation is obtained at the time of weaving activities. The results showed that the mathematical concepts contained in the Ende Lio pattern resemble plane geometry, namely triangles, rhombuses, squares, rectangles, and polygons. The ethnomathematics contained in the Ende Lio woven fabric pattern can be used to introduce mathematics through Tenun Ikat Ende Lio.

This study aims to develop instruments pedagogical competence and personalcompetence to assess the performances of mathematics teachers of junior high schools (JHSs)in Ende city. The developed assessment instruments Assessment instrument is in the form of aquestionnaire. This was a research and development study employing the qualitative andquantitative approaches. The research subjects were students of JHSs in Ende city with a totalof 60 students in tryout I (small-scale tryout) and tryout II (large-scale tryout) with a total of150 students. The content validity of the instrument was assessed through expert judgmentand the construct validity through the factor analysis. The determination of the assessmentinstrument reliability coefficients was made by using Cronbach’s Alpha. The results of thestudy are as follows. 1) Instrument mathematics teacher pedagogical competence generateddeclared valid and reliable; 2) Instrument personal competence generated math teachersdeclared valid and reliable; 3) The results of the factor analysis showed that of the 20variables / items analyzed in pedagogical formed into six groups / major factor with varianceof 57.078%; 4) The results of the factor analysis showed that of the 10 variables / items areanalyzed on the competence of personality is formed into three groups / major factor withvariance of 53.354%

Proses pembelajaran matematika dengan menerapkan kurikulum 2013 memerlukan pemahaman secara lebih yang secara khusus dapat dipelajari salah satunya dalam mata kuliah Telaah Kurikulum pada program studi pendidikan matematika universitas flores. Tujuan jangka panjang dalam penelitian ini adalah membina hubungan antar individu dan komunikasi yang baik dan harmonis dalam memahami secara eksplisit makna pendidikan karakter yang terkandung dalam kurikulum 2013 yaitu penilaian sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan berkaitan dengan proses pembelajaran matematika dan implementasi proses pembelajaran matematika sesuai kurikulum 2013.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di Univeritas Flores Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika. Jl. Samratulangi Ende Flores dengan waktu penelitian pada semester genap tahun akademik 2017/2018 dari bulan Januari-Juli. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa program studi pendidikan Matematika terdiri dari semester kelas IIA dan IIB. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada empat macam, yaitu: angket, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis Data yaitu reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display) dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi (conclusion drawing/verification).Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Matematika Universitas Flores mampu memahami secara eksplisit tentang kurikulum 2013 serta mampu menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran yang baik dan sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013.

This study aims to determine (1) Guide Note Taking (GNT) learning tools on a two-variable linear equation system in class VIII students of SMPK Swadaya Maukaro in the 2018/2019. (2) Learning outcomes through learning Guide Note strategies Taking (GNT) material on the two-variable linear equation system for class VIII SMPK Swadaya Maukaro in the 2018/2019. This type of research used in this research is experimental research with the approach used is a quantitative approach. The subjects in this study were 20 students of class VIII SMPK Swadaya Maukaro. The research result states that the results of the preparation of the Guide Note Taking learning tool for the two-variable linear equation system material produce a good learning tool because it meets the requirements based on validity, reliability, and sensitivity. Results of covariance data analysis obtained f-count = 5.241> f table = 4.45 or it can be seen that with dk numerator 1 and dk denominator 19, giving a significant value, then this shows that learning guide note taking is considered to be able to improve learning outcomes for the material of two-variable linear equation systems in class VIII students of SMPK Swadaya Maukaro.

The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of the multiplication count operation using the props of the Napier rods in grade II SD GMIT Ende 4. The type of research used is a classroom action research with research subjects were all students of grade II SD GMIT as many as 30 people with the research object is a Napier stick. This research was conducted in two cycles. The data collected in this study were student learning outcomes obtained through tests in the form of essay questions and documentation. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed an increase in student learning outcomes in performing multiplication operation using Napier rods in grade II SD GMIT Ende 4. This was seen from the learning outcomes of the cycle I to cycle II with an average value of 55.7 and 77.67. In addition, 19 students who scored below the KKM were 16 students who scored above the KKM.

This study aims to determine the learning interest of students class VIII SMP Negeri Sokoria in learningmathematics during the covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data usedprimary and secondary. Procedures for collecting data by means of questionnaires and documentation.Researcher took students of class VIII-C SMP Negeri Sokoria, totaling 30 people as the subjet. Data analysis inthis study is descriptive with percentages presented in tabular form. The results of this study indicate that thepercentage of student interest in class VIII SMP Negeri Sokoria in learning mathematics during the covid-19pandemic is in the moderate category seen from the four indicators. The percentage of student interest in learningbased on the indicator of feeling happy to get a percentage of 65.33% with the medium category, the percentageof student interest in learning based on the indicator of interest getting a percentage of 64.40% with the mediumcategory, the percentage of student interest in learning based on the indicator of attention getting a percentageof 64.80% with the category medium, the percentage of student interest in learning based on indicators ofinvolvement obtained a percentage of 67.20% with the medium category.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan media batang napier terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas III.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen). Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas III SD GMIT Ende 4 Ende dengan jumlah populasi 65 orang. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas IIIA dan IIIB yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Pemilihan satu kelas sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan satu kelas sebagai kelompok kontrol dilakukan secara sengaja. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu hasil belajar siswa yang diperoleh melalui tes dalam bentuk soal essay. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik parametrik yaitu uji t dengan taraf signifikansi 0.05.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai kelas eksperimen yang lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol (71,20> 65,54). Hasil uji t diperoleh hasil belajar siswapada kelas kontrol 0,481< 2,045 ( t hitung < t tabel) ; p < 0,05. Sedangkan pada kelas eksperimen diperoleh1,164< 2,045 ( t hitung < t tabel); p < 0,05 Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran batang napier lebih efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Selain itu, penggunaan media batang napier melibatkan siswa untuk ikut aktif secara fisik dengan memindahkan objek angka-angka sehingga siswa lebih antusias dan semangat dalam menyelesaikan soal.

The purpose of this research is to find out the dominant learning style of students of Department of Mathematic Education University of Flores in understanding the function concept and also to find out the correlation between gender and learning style. Furthermore, to determine the effect of learning styles on the learning outcomes of function materials. This type of research is qualitative and quantitative research. The results of this research is the majority of students of of Department of Mathematic Education University of Flores have Social group learning styles with 43.21%. On the other hand, the majority of mathematics education students are women, but this does not affect the choice of learning styles. In this study, learning styles affect student learning outcomes on the understanding of the functions concept with an F count is 16.978 greater than F table = 3.96. The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences in learning motivation and physics learning outcomes between male and female students of class X. This research is a comparative causal research which is an ex post facto research. The population of this research is all of the tenth grade high school students in Nangapanda District as many as 220 students. The sample was determined by proportional random sampling, amounting to 80 students. Data collected in this study are students' learning motivation obtained through the provision of a learning motivation questionnaire and physics learning achievement obtained through physics learning achievement tests in the form of multiple choice questions. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and ANAVA. As a follow-up to ANAVA, a Least Significant Difference (LSD) was used to test the comparison of the pairs of average scores for each gender group. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in learning motivation (F = 62,139; p <0.05) and physics learning achievement (F = 11,377; p <0.05) which are significant between female and male students. Female students have higher learning motivation and physics learning achievement compared to male students. Keywords: Learning Motivation, Physics Learning Achievement, Gender

Pada tahun 2020, bangsa Indonesia dan dunia mendapatkan musibah wabah COVID 19 atau yang dikenal dengan wabah virus Corona. Awal tahun 2021 sampai sekarang, pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Ende Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur menerapkan pembelajaran offline terbatas yang berlaku pada setiap Sekolah Dasar. Pembelajaran offline terbatas memiliki beberapa kendala. Hasil observasi diperoleh beberapa kendala yaitu, 1) Kurangnya efektivitas dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, 2) Kurangnya penguasaan materi oleh siswa, 3) Siswa kurang aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, 4) Anak-anak didik kesulitan untuk mengikuti pembelajaran matematika. Salah satu solusi untuk menyelesaikan masalah yaitu penggunaan media pembelajaran di kelas terutama mata pelajaran matematika. Pada kegiatan PKM ini, Tim memperkenalkan Batang Napier sebagai media pembelajaran matematika guru-guru di kelas. Penggunaan Batang Napier dimaksudkan agar anak-anak didik memiliki penguasaan konsep dasar perkalian dan pembagian. Pelaksanaan kegiatan berjalan baik dan sukses. Mayoritas guru-guru memiliki keinginan untuk menggunakan Batang Napier dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. Batang Napier yang akan dibuat menyesuaikan dengan karakteristik siswa.
