Abstract

Pengelolaan peminjaman ruangan yang baik, dapat memberikan informasi yang dapat diakses secara real-time sehingga akan mempermudah pengguna untuk mengetahui informasi yang tersedia perihal ketersediaan ruangan.Pemindahan jadwal secara mendadak karena kesalahan informasi ruangan mengakibatkan terjadinya bentrok dengan jadwal lain. Kesalahan informasi menyebabkan agenda yang telah direncanakan sebelumnya tertunda. Solusi dari permasalahan peminjaman ruang pertemuan adalah penyebaran informasi secara real-time dan dapat diakses oleh tiap pengguna. Sistem berbasis web dibutuhkan untuk dapat memberikan informasi peminjaman secara real-time sehingga kesalahan informasi dapat diperkecil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan perencangan dan pembangunan sistem berbasis web untuk mengelola peminjaman ruangan. Model pembangunan aplikasi yang digunakan adalah V-Model dengan pendekatan terstruktur. V-Model meliputi aktivitas spesifikasi kebutuhan, architectural design, component design, implementasi kode hingga pengujian. Basis Path Testing menghasilkan dua puluh kasus uji yang seleuruhnya telah teruji dengan baik. Hasil uji dari Validation Testing menunjukan hasil yang valid yang telah dilakukan kepada tujuh fungsi yang dimiliki oleh sistem. AbstractAn organization needs good meeting room booking management that could be accessed in real-time. Convenient access for meeting room information will make searching activities for the meeting room availability in an organization easier. The sudden change in schedule due to misinformation resulted in a conflict with another schedule. Incorrect information can make a previously planned agenda to be delayed. The solution of meeting room booking management problems is to provide all departments in the organization with real-time information about the room that had been booked. Using the website as a means for disseminating room information can make incorrect information to be eliminated. This study aims to design and build a room booking management website to help the organization manage its room information. V-Model development used as a model to build the meeting room booking management website. In this study, V-Model is used with structural system design method. The V-Model included the requirements specification, architectural design, component design, code implementation to testing. The Basis Path Testing provided twenty test cases which had been thoroughly tested. Test results from Validation Testing showed valid results that have been tested on the seven functions owned by the system.

Abstract

Bagian Informasi Kepegawaian dan Komunikasi merupakan sebuah divisi yang ada pada Kantor Regional II Badan Kepegawaian Negara Surabaya. Layanan pengaduan publik oleh Bagian Informasi Kepegawaian dan Komunikasi melalui website memerlukan fitur pengelolaan. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan metode V-Model. Proses pengujian yang dilakukan meliputi unit testing, integration testing, system testing, dan acceptance testing. Unit testing dilakukan dengan basis path testing dan menghasilkan 4 independent path dari perhitungan cyclomatic complexity pada kasus uji unit addPIC. Integration testing pada kasus uji fungsi addPIC dari class controller admController dengan fungsi insertPIC dari class model admModel menunjukkan hasil valid. System testing dilakukan terhadap 28 fungsi pada sistem, yang menunjukkan hasil valid. Acceptance testing dilakukan terhadap stakeholder atau user menggunakan black box testing menunjukkan hasil bahwa stakeholder menerima fungsi dalam sistem yang dibuat dan telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan fungsional pada dokumen elisitasi kebutuhan sistem. AbstractStaff Information and Communication Division is one of division in State Staffing Agency Regional Office II Surabaya. Public complaint service handled by Staff Information and Communication Division through website require management features. This development research used V-Model method. The testing process includes unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing. Unit testing used the base path testing that produces 4 independent paths from the calculation of cyclomatic complexity in the addPIC unit test case. Integration testing in the test case of the addPIC function from controller class admController with the insertPIC function from model class admModel shows valid results. System testing performed on the 28 system functions show a valid result. Acceptance testing conducted against stakeholders or users using black box testing indicates that the stakeholders have received the system functions and had been in accordance with the functional requirements that exist in the document elicitation system requirements.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kesuksesan implementasi sistem informasi kesehatan (Homedika.com). Pengukuran dilakukan berdasarkan DeLone & McLean Model. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang telah lolos uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan data dianalisis dengan statistik jenis deskriptif. Hasil analisis kesuksesan pada variabel system quality, information quality, service quality, user satisfaction, dan net benefits masuk ke dalam kategori Tinggi, dan variabel use masuk ke dalam kategori Cukup Tinggi. Kesuksesan implementasi sistem informasi kesehatan dapat ditingkatkan dengan cara melakukan perbaika pada variabel use dengan indikator frequency of use.AbstractThe study aims to evaluate the success of health information systems (Homedika.com) implementation. Measurements are carried out based on DeLone & McLean Model. Data collection was done through  questionnaire that had passed the validity and reliability test. The research sample consisted of 30 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling technique and ata were analyzed using descriptive statistics formula. The results of success analysis in the system quality, information quality, service quality, user satisfaction, and net benefits variable categorized as High, and use variable categorized as Quite High. The success of the implementation of health information systems can be improved by improving the use variable with frequency of use indicator.

Abstract

Website is an important part of information technology. We can not deny that the role of thewebsite is essential in almost all aspect of life, especially for an organization or company, including thegovernment. Education Department of Malang is one of many goverment agency that implement awebsite. But since 2008 Education Department of Malang website evaluation has not been done so theydon't have any idea which is the website have a good quality or not and the website get a lot complainabout unattractive design and uneffective feature. This study analyzes and measures the service qualityof Education Department of Malang website from enduser point. User data obtained by distributingquestionnaires based on three dimensions at WebQual 4.0 the dimensions of usability, information andservice interaction. Then the results of the questionnaire were analyzed by Importance PerformanceAnalysis (IPA). The analysis showed that Malang Department of Education website does not complywith the expectations of users with the results of analysis of suitability of 94.43% or <100% and theaverage yield gap analysis of-0.1675 or <0. Priority improvement on this website are the attributes ofnumber 9, 13 and 16, which is an attribute in Quadrant A.

Abstract

The process of motorcycle maintenance is the main business process at UD Honda II Kepanjen Ahass 06641. In the process of motorcycle maintenance there are several activities performed, starting from customers come to perform maintenance, motorcycle maintenance work, until the motorcycle maintenance is done . In doing motorcycle maintenance activities occur some activities that are not in accordance with the target company, so it can hamper the existing activities in the company. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate using Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF) method to know the gap that occurs between the target company with the results of calculations performed in QEF method. The first step is to identify the main business processes in the workshop, then model the business processes using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). Next determine the quality factor and target company, then performed calculations in accordance with the equations that is in the QEF method. Then identify the quality factor that is not in accordance with the target company. After finding the gap in the evaluation process, the next step is to do Root Cause Analysis, the purpose is to find the cause and root of the problem of the gap. The result of this research are the causes and effects that occur in the activity or process that has been evaluated.

Abstract

CV. Mulyo Tani Makmur is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of fertilizers. As a company engaged in manufacturing, then the main thing process is the production process. The production process has a major effect on the resulting production. All processes must be done correctly. However, in reality, not all processes are performed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). So that various things or situations can hamper the way the company to achieve targets and at risk of losses to be generated for the company. Based on the indications of emerging problems, this study evaluates the ongoing business process by adapting the Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF) method. The QEF method assists in knowing the non-conformity between the target and the calculated result. The first thing to do is to determine the non-functional requirements and core processes that are modeled using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) version 2.0. Then perform the calculations according to the equations in QEF based on predetermined quality factors. The result of the calculation shows whether the quality factors are appropriate or not. The inconsistencies are analyzed using the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method to find the root cause of the problem. The results of the RCA is expected to assist the company in minimizing the problems in the running business process.

Abstract

E-commerce is use of communication network and computers to carry out business processes. The use of e-commerce in Indonesia is growing rapidly, which could be seen by the increasing number of online shopping sites. This makes e-commerce companies keep trying to provide the best service to attract customers. Berrybenka is one of the largest e-commerce fashion companies in Indonesia and until now Berrybenka continues to provide the best service for its customers. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the quality of Berrybenka website services based on the user's point of view whether the website is satisfying or not. The analysis is used to determine the factors that affect the quality of website services based on 3 variables webqual 4.0: usability, information quality, and service interaction. The data that were obtained from the questionnaires distribution then be processed using the method of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to determine the value of the user's perception and desire of Berrybenka website. The effectiveness of improvement was implemented based on priority recommendation improvement of IPA quadrant analysis results. The results of the analysis showed that Berrybenka website performance is unlike the users expected. It showed by the correspondence value of 94.91% or <100% and the average of gap analysis results -0.0901 or <0. Priority improvements on the Berrybenka website are listed in indicator 11 which is an indicator of quadrant A.

Abstract

Software testing has an important role to knowing and maintaining the quality of a software. In software testing process, test case is necessary. However, test case generation require a relatively long time, so automatic test case generation with a certain algorithm are conduct. The purpose of this research are to compare genetic algorithm mutation analysis and genetic algorithm sampling approach. That's two approach wil be implemented and analyzed the result. In terms of the final result, will be revealed the reduction of the number of test case that occurs. Number of iteration, cumulative number of individuals, number of fitness evaluation, and size of the resulting test suites will be variable comparison between that's two approach. The conclusion of this research are the genetic algorithm mutation analysis approach is better than genetic algorithm sampling approach in terms of the reduction number of test case and for all comparison variable that applied.

Abstract

Website is a media technology that can deliver all kinds of information quickly. One of the institutions that use the website media is Unit Pengembangan Karir dan Kewirausahaan Universitas Brawijaya or commonly called UPKK UB. UPKK UB uses website to convey or disseminate information about job vacancy, training and socialization to enter the field of job. UPKK UB said that They never made a measurement of website quality although there are some complaints from the users, so that UPKK UB felt that they need to make a measurement of website qulity.From the description of the problem, the measurement of website quality UPKK UB by using webqual 4.0 method which aim to know webqual variable that influence user satisfaction, from indicator of webqual 4.0 need improvement for website UPKK UB, and give recommendation improvement. Data analysis techniques were performed using SEM (Structural Equation Model). The tool used in this research is SmartPLS 3.0 as a tool (Partial Least Square) PLS. Based on the result of the survey of 99 respondents, the value of R square for the user satisfaction variable is 0.546, which means that the value indicates variable satisfaction can be explained by variable usability, information quality, and service interaction quality of 54.6%, while the rest is 45.4% is influenced by other variables not found in this study. The result of the data analysis there are 7 indicators of webqual 4.0 that need improvement.

Abstract

Al-Quran Mobile XYZ is a mobile al-quran application based on android and ios. Al-Quran Mobile XYZ counted as many as 10 million downloads through the play store. It shows how much the public interest to use the application of Al-Quran Mobile. With the presence of Al-Quran Mobile XYZ applications users do not need to carry the Quran manuscripts everywhere, only with smartphone users can easily carry and read anytime. But it would be a problem if the user does not pay attention to verses of the Quran that turned out to be an error. There have been several cases that have occurred with regard to errors in al-quran verses in one of the available applications, but still many users continue to use mobile al-quran applications. In this research, the research method used is Unified Teory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), UTAUT Model shows that intention to behave (behavioral intention) is influenced by performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions. Also in this research model is also combined with other factors, such as trust, perceived risk, and perceived information quality. This study used a sample of 100 respondents refers to the slovin formula. Then for the method of analysis using path analysis. The results show that perceived information quality has significant influence on trust, and facilitating conditions have a significant effect on behavioral intention.
