Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kesuksesan implementasi sistem informasi kesehatan (Homedika.com). Pengukuran dilakukan berdasarkan DeLone & McLean Model. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang telah lolos uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan data dianalisis dengan statistik jenis deskriptif. Hasil analisis kesuksesan pada variabel system quality, information quality, service quality, user satisfaction, dan net benefits masuk ke dalam kategori Tinggi, dan variabel use masuk ke dalam kategori Cukup Tinggi. Kesuksesan implementasi sistem informasi kesehatan dapat ditingkatkan dengan cara melakukan perbaika pada variabel use dengan indikator frequency of use.AbstractThe study aims to evaluate the success of health information systems (Homedika.com) implementation. Measurements are carried out based on DeLone & McLean Model. Data collection was done through  questionnaire that had passed the validity and reliability test. The research sample consisted of 30 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling technique and ata were analyzed using descriptive statistics formula. The results of success analysis in the system quality, information quality, service quality, user satisfaction, and net benefits variable categorized as High, and use variable categorized as Quite High. The success of the implementation of health information systems can be improved by improving the use variable with frequency of use indicator.

Abstract

Early detection can minimize the risk of crop failure and can be the determinant of the strategic control efforts.The detection that existed so far is still done manually, and knowledge of disease and pest of onion plant still lacking . The number of plant disease pests of onion is also quite a lot and make enough trouble for farmer detect that attacks. The utilization of the expert system detection process becomes easier and faster. Farmer can detect pest and plant disease early and independently as well. On the research of this kind of disease pest that can be detected as many as five pests diseases using methods of Iterative dichotomezer 3 (ID3) with 23 input from users of symptoms. The method is used to analyze the data of pest and plant disease of onion crops where as the result of system accuracy test between the detection and the result of Iterative dichotomezer 3 (ID3) method calculation has the accuracy level of 80% which use 20 data training and 20 data test.

Abstract

The process of drafting schedules manually felt less efficient because it takes a long time. The problem of drafting the schedule will be complex if the number of components is larger amount of data from each component. The expected schedule is not just a schedule that does not clash, but a schedule that can adapt to some constraints that must be met within the schedule. Genetic Algorithms are algorithms that are iterative, self-adjusting and probabilistic algorithms in search for global optimization. The process of chromosome initialization generated from teacher assignment data by integer representation of each gene containing randomly generated assignment codes. Each chromosome with the highest fitness value is a representation of the subject schedule solution. From the testing process that has been done, has obtained the parameters of Genetic Algorithm is the best population number is 100, the value of the combination of Cr and Mr is 0.5 and 0.5, and the number of generations as much as 1000. The process of finding solutions using these parameters obtained the value of fitness that is 0.9977.

Abstract

Dogs are one of the most popular pets in the world. Dogs are easily attacked by disease. When the dogs are attacked by disease it will certainly cause certain symptoms. People who keep dogs mostly do not know the various diseases experienced by the dog. Implementation that can know the various diseases of dogs from the data of the symptoms experienced by the dog can be done, so that dog owners and veterinarians can be more easily to know the illness they suffered. In this application applied Dempster-Shafer method because this method was known from one of the same symptoms can be known more than one disease that exists. With this method also can overcome the problems. The accuracy of this system is 85.53% which means the system can run well because the result of the system closely matches the actual field facts.

Abstract

Water is a natural resource that needed by all living things. Humans, animals, and plants need water to survive. Unlike animals and plants, humans need clean water to survive. Becoming a challenge for all PDAM Indonesia to keep sufficient number of demand for clean water supply, not to mention PDAM Malang City. Prediction done in this research use Exponential Smoothing method. Exponential Smoothing is a method that continuously performs forecasting improvements by taking the average value of smoothing past values from time expanding data in exponential way. In this research, we will compare three Exponential Smoothing methods: Single Exponential Smoothing (SES), Double Exponential Smoothing (DES), and Triple Exponential Smoothing (TES) used to obtain prediction result and evaluate prediction result with Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The smallest MAPE was obtained when using Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) method when value ɑ = 0.2 with MAPE value 3.992, Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) method when value ɑ = 0.1 with MAPE value 4.932, and Triple Exponential Smoothing method TES) when the value of ɑ = 0.1, β = 0.1, and γ = 0.6 with MAPE value of 6.733. With the MAPE value below 10, the Exponential Smoothing method to predict the amount of water requirement included into the category is very good.

Abstract

Fire occurrence rates in Indonesia increases every year. Fire occurence which increases every year proves that people doesn't really care about the said disaster. Hotspot can be used to identify the event of fire. Fire can be observed through satellite by detecting hotspot on Earth surface. That's why, there is a need for research to predict the number of hotspot which identify fire disaster in a certain time. This research proposes and creates program to predict the number of hotspot occured in Java island using Fuzzy Time Series. The data used is hotspot data in Java island from January 2012 to December 2016. Testing is done to know the accuracy of the number of hotspot prediction in monthly and 10 days period. The best monthly hotspot prediction has MAPE value of 37,128% with the parameter of training data = 80%, testing data = 100%, and the number of interval = 22. The best 10 days period hotspot prediction has MAPE value of 64,4429% with the parameter of training data = 100%, testing data = 20%, and the number of interval = 6. Further research can be done to repair the MAPE from the prediction result.

Abstract

An online media company in the field of entertainment and creative industries has many categories of articles that are presented to readers, this will lead to excess material articles to be prepared by the authors. Effectiveness in the event of a news must be for the company there is a fairly. The editor-in-chief is responsible for the articles presented in the media. Obviously the company already has a category of articles presented through the criteria of entertainment and creative industries. The choice of articles is expected to maximize the visitors who read the pages of the website, so the company will benefit from the traffic that much as well. Analytic Hierarchy Process is one of the decision making methods that can provide suggestions to make category decisions from the required criteria. Hierarchical Process Hierarchy Process is a hierarchy with input of human assemblies. The Analytic Hierarchy Process procession is the use of pairwise comparison matrices to compare the relative weights between criteria and alternatives. A criterion will be compared with other criteria in terms of importance to the goal. In this research have accuration result 65,625%. The result of the process Analytic Hierarchy Process can be an efficient and effective solution in the decision categories of articles to be presented.

Abstract

Zakat can be one way done in effort to increase social welfare and was one of the important role in economic community empowerment. Other benefits of zakat is to help reduce poverty and also can reduce the social inequality in society. But the problems encountered by these institutions in distributing zakat is the inaccuracy in choosing a recipient of zakat. The inaccuracy in choosing a zakat recipient occurs because the zakat management agency still provides subjective assessments. It is causing loss to the people who are more eligible to receive the zakat. The SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) is one of the methods in decision support system that can be used to create a system that can determine the recipient of zakat. There are 4 criteria used in determining zakat recipient in this research, there are family status, family income, total dependents and value report card. Based on the accuracy testing that has been done by using 60 test data, obtained the best accuracy of 90%. The SAW method can be applied properly in determining the recipient of zakat.

Abstract

Villas & Homestay kota wisata Batu is a rental agent for villa and hotel in Batu city which was established in 2014. which also provide guide service to facilitate the tourists to find villa or hotel for vacation, and to ease the process of rental transaction they made website of villahotelbatu.com. From a known problem is that many consumers who use sms or whatsapp rather than the booking feature on the website villahotelbatu.com, so the booking feature is considered useless, for that problem we need a method of analysis that can explore the perceptions of consumers related to existing problems. This research uses webqual 4.0 method and importance performance analysis (IPA). This research uses questionnaire using 23 attributes from webqual 4.0, and for analysis uses IPA method consist of gap analysis, level of conformity analysis and quadrant analysis. The result of evaluation of villahotelbatu.com website has a level of <100% compliance that is equal to 93,78%. It means that visitors are not satisfied with the current performance of the website.

Abstract

Homedika is a technology-based social entrepreneur that connects health workers and health facilities with various health services. Homedika established since November 2016 by dr. Gamal Albinsaid. This research has a purpose to know the quality and success implementation of Homedika. This research used model of Unified Theory Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and DeLone & McLean model. The number of respondent that will be used for this research is 30 by using purposive sampling. Data were collected by questionnaire. The data analysis in this research used statistic descriptice. The results of quality analysis on the variable of social influence was high enough category. The results of success analysis on the variable of use was high enough category. The recommendation given in this research based on indicator that has a value below the total averages, there were subjective norm on social influence indicator and frequency of use indicator on use.
