Abstract

ABSTRAK Mekanisme koping maladaptif sering terjadi pada orang tua yang mempunyai anak autis. Hal tersebut menyebabkan dampak psikologis seperti ansietas dan depresi pada keluarga terutama orang tua. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh psikoedukasi keluarga terhadap ansietas dan depresi pada keluarga yang mempunyai anak autis. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen pre post test without control group. Sebanyak 21 orang tua yang mempunyai anak autis di Sekolah Khusus Autis Harapan Utama Depok diambil sebagai responden penelitian dengan metode total sampling. Variabel dianalisis dengan wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa psikoedukasi keluarga secara signifikan menurunkan ansietas dan depresi responden dengan nilai p 0,000 (<0,05). Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan perawat jiwa komunitas untuk memberikan psikoedukasi keluarga pada keluarga yang mempunyai anak autis untuk meningkatkan koping adatif sehingga dapat secara mandiri mencegah atau menurunkan ansietas dan depresi. Kata kunci    : Psikoedukasi, keluarga dengan anak autis, ansietas, depresi

Abstract

Tuberkulosis paru (TB paru) merupakan infeksi yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis yang menyerang paru- paru serta dengan mudah menular melalui bersin, batuk, dan berbicara. TB paru menyebabkan berbagai macam dampak pada individu, dan juga dirasakan oleh keluarga. Salah satu dampak psikososial yang dialami keluarga dengan penderita TB paru adalah kecemasan yang menjadi beban subjektif keluarga, sehingga perlu diatasi agar keluarga dapat mendukung pengobatan secara optimal. Laporan kasus bertujuan untuk mengetahui manfaat psikoedukasi keluarga untuk mengurangi beban subjektif kecemasan keluarga. Psikoedukasi keluarga merupakan tindakan yang diberikan kepada keluarga untuk meningkatkan komunikasi keluarga, menangani masalah, dan meningkatkan fungsi serta kemampuan keluarga. Laporan kasus ini menggunakan satu orang klien TB Paru dengan keluarga yang mengalami beban subjektif kecemasan. Hasil studi menunjukkan pemberian psikoedukasi keluarga menggunakan 6 sesi dan 4 kali pertemuandapat mengurangi kecemasan keluarga, (skor HARS 29) menjadi kecemasan rendah (skor HARS 16). Psikoedukasi keluarga direkomendasikan untuk keluarga dengan beban subjektif kecemasan berat.

Abstract

POSITIVE AFFIRMATION AS AN INTERVENTION OF INEQUALITY IN URBAN SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS PROBLEMS Environmental damage that occurs in urban areas can lead to a variety of health problems. One health problem that has a higher risk in cities is Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE). SLE can cause psychosocial problems, one of which is powerless. SLE can also affect the patient's relationship with the family or the closest person. The Final Scientific Work Ners aims to describe nursing care with problems of helplessness in patients and families of patients with SLE. The author carries out nursing care that focuses on helplessness and decreases in family coping for eight days. Evaluation results indicate that signs and symptoms helplessness in patients has diminished. However, the deteriorating condition of Mr. S's disease caused the problem to reappear. On the other hand, the patient's family is better able to care for the patient.

Abstract

ABSTRACTDiabetic ulcers are chronic complications in diabetes mellitus so that the high risk of infection and diabetic amputasi can cause the client to feel hopeless and unable to accept circumstances that can affect self-concept but it also affects biological and social. The research objective was to determine the effect of cognitive therapy on body image clients diabetic ulcers. The research method uses a quantitative approach to design quasy Experimental Pre-Post with Control Group. Respondents number 62. Respondents were selected by purposive sampling. The collection of data through questionnaires on the client diabetic ulcers. The results showed that body image, self-esteem, ulcer conditions changed for the better as well as the ability to think positively and capability of treating clients be granted increased signifi kan.after nurses nursing actions, cognitive therapy and family psychoeducation on body image of diabetic ulcers clients to make more optimal, but it needs to be improved both in the clinic and at home community wounds.

Abstract

AbstrakMahasiswa keperawatan harus memiliki pengetahuan yang baik terkait perawat profesional sertamemiliki motivasi yang tinggi untuk dapat menjadi seorang perawat profesional. Tujuan penelitian:untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan terkait profesi dan motivasi mahasiswa tingkat akhiruntuk menjadi perawat profesional. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross-sectionaldengan rancangan deskriptif koleratif dan menggunakan total sampling terhadap 156 mahasiswayang dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2016 di universitas negeri dan bulan September 2016 di universitasswasta, dengan kuesioner yang dibuat oleh peneliti sendiri dan sudah dilakukan uji validitas danreliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkantidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat pengetahuan terkait profesi dan motivasimahasiswa tingkat akhir untuk menjadi seorang perawat profesional (p value=0,447). Selain itu,memiliki pengetahuan saja tidak cukup untuk dapat memotivasi diri mahasiswa keperawatan untukmenjadi perawat profesional. Kesimpulan: pengetahuan dan motivasi tidak saling berpengaruhuntuk menjadikan seseorang menjadi perawat profesional.Kata Kunci: pengetahuan, motivasi, perawat professionalTHE CORRELATION BETWEEN LEVELS OF KNOWLEDGE OF PROFESSION AND MOTIVATIONOF FINAL YEAR STUDENTS FOR BECOMING PROFESSIONAL NURSESABSTRACTNursing students should have a comprehensive knowledge of professional nurse and highmotivation for becoming professional nurses. Objective: To identify the correlation between thelevels of knowledge of profession and the motivation of fi nal year students for becoming professionalnurses. Methods: This study employed cross-sectional method with correlative descriptive design.It employed total sampling on 156 students. It was conducted in June at a state university and inSeptember at a private university. It used a questionnaire made by the researcher and its validityand reliability had been tested. Data were analyzed using chi-square test. Result: The results of thestudy indicated that there was no signifi cant correlation between levels of knowledge of professionand motivation of fi nal year students for becoming professional nurses (p value=0.447). In addition,having knowledge alone is not enough to be able to motivate nursing students for becomingprofessional nurses. Conclusion: Knowledge and motivation do not in fl uence each other to makesomeone become a professional nurse.Keywords: knowledge, motivation, professional nurses

Abstract

Schizophrenia is one of the serious mental disorders that requires long-term care and medication. Clients with schizophrenia have a relapse period. When a relapse occurs, they require inpatient services at the hospital. A relapse of clients with schizophrenia triggers physical and psychological fatigue, anxiety, and frustration; the sources of stressors which can disrupt the balance of the family system. The study aimed to explore the family psycho-education to decrease the anxiety triggered among family. The results of the nursing intervention found unveiled to decrease the signs and symptoms of anxiety experienced by families. The findings also showed the increasing knowledge and ability of the family members in taking caring of clients with schizophrenia. This study recommended to provide psycho-education as part of comprehensive nursing care for schizophrenia patients and their families

Abstract

EFFECT OF APPLICATION OF GENERALIST NURSING ACTION: ANSIETAS ON CHRONIC POSTED DISEASE PATIENTS ABSTRACTUnhealthy lifestyle caused of chronic kidney disease. Urban communities are particularly vulnerable to unhealthy lifestyles, which can lead to chronic kidney disease. Chronic kidney disease is a condition which the kidney are permanently damaged and ultimately have an impact to the function of the kidney. Physical changes that occur in patients with chronic kidney disease associated with signs and symptom’s the severity of the disease. It will certainly affect the psychosocial condition of patients. Psychosocial problems that arise in hopitalized patients with chronic kidney is anxiety. This Scientific works aims to describe the nursing care of anxiety in patients with Chronic Kidney disease especially with relaxation techniques. Patients who are able to overcome their anxiety will improve the effectiveness of the physical treatments that are being undertaken. Abstract

AbstrakAngka kejadian kanker stadium III dan IV pada usia dewasa semakin meningkat tiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup anggota keluarganya yang menderita kanker stadium III dan IV. Desain penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif korelatif dengan metode analisis univariat dan bivariat. Jumlah sampel 79 responden. Hasil penelitian didapatkan tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara dukungan keluarga yang meliputi dukungan emosional, dukungan instrumental, dukungan informasi, dan dukungan penghargaan terhadap kualitas hidup klien kanker stadium III dan IV. Perawat dalam menghadapi klien sebaiknya menggali koping adaptif, aspek positif, dan aspek spiritualitas klien tidak hanya memberikan dukungan psikologis dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas hidup klien itu sendiri.Kata kunci: dukungan keluarga; kualitas hidup; kanker. AbstractThe incidence of stage III and stage IV cancer in adulthood is increasing every year. This study aims to determine the relationship of the family support to quality of life of family members who have stage III and/or stage IV cancer. The design study is descriptive correlative with univariate and bivariate analysis methods. The numbers of respondents are 79. The results showed no significant relationship between family supports includes emotional support, instrumental support, informational support, appraisal support and the quality of life of clients who have stage III and IV cancer. In dealing with clients, nurses should explore adaptive coping, positive, and spiritual aspects of the client, not only provide psychological support to improving quality of life of the client itself.Keywords: family support; quality of life; cancer

Abstract

Teachers quality is greatly influence education at the whole level of education including elementary school level. Teachers are one of the jobs with high levels of work stress. One of the causes of work stress is educational curriculum. This study aims to determine the level of stress and coping strategy of elementary school teachers in implementation of curriculum 2013 in Bogor Central District, Bogor. The design in this research used descriptive quantitative with cross sectional approach. This study involved 222 elementary schools teachers in Bogor Central District selected by purposive sampling. The results of this study illustrate the majority of elementary schools teachers in Bogor Central District (81,5%) experience moderate stress. Each dimension of work stress, occupational role (ORQ), personal strain (PSQ) and personal resources (PRQ) show that the majority of teachers experience moderate stress. The type of coping strategy that is most often used by elementary schools teachers in Bogor Central Districtis is problem focused coping (54,6%). The results of this study recommend nurses to be able for collaboration with school to facilitate activities that could reduce stress and use appropriate coping strategies.Keywords: Elementary School Teacher, work stress, curriculum 2013, coping strategy

Abstract

Bunuh diri merupakan masalah kesehatan serius yang memengaruhi banyak kalangan remaja. Ide bunuh diri disebabkan karena faktor yang datang dari individu, seperti tingkat kepercayaan diri, maupun faktor sosial seperti hubungan dengan orang tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepercayaan diri dan kedekatan orang tua dengan ide bunuh diri pada remaja. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasi secara cross sectional. Penelitian ini memiliki responden sebanyak 248 siswa di salah satu SMA di Jakarta Selatan dengan menggunakan stratified random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen kepercayaan diri dari Self-Confidence Test, instrumen kedekatan orang tua-remaja dari Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA), dan instrumen ide bunuh diri dari Beck Scale for Suicide Ideation. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi gamma. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kepercayaan diri remaja dan ide bunuh diri pada remaja, dan terdapat hubungan antara kedekatan orang tua remaja dan ide bunuh diri pada remaja. Kata kunci: kepercayaan diri, kedekatan orang tua, ide bunuh diri RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TEENAGE SELF CONFIDENCE AND PARENTS' CLOSENESS TO SUICIDE IDEAS Abstract Suicide is a serious health problem that affects many teenagers. The idea of suicide is caused by factors that come from individuals, such as the level of confidence, as well as social factors such as relationships with parents. This study aims to determine the relation of self-confidence and parent attachment to suicide ideation in adolescents. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive correlation design with cross sectional. This study has 248 respondents in one of the high schools in South Jakarta using stratified random sampling. The instruments used in this study were instruments of self-confidence from the Self-Confidence Test, parent attachment instruments from the Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA), and suicide idea instruments from the Beck Scale for Suicide Ideation. This study uses the gamma correlation test. The results showed that there is a relation between adolescent self-confidence and suicide ideation in adolescents, and there is a relation between parent attachment and suicide ideation in adolescents.
