Abstract

The subject of accounting is one of the subjects that is considered difficult and requires student interest in learning so it is not surprising that student learning achievement is relatively low. This is because students' mastery of accounting subjects is still low. This study aims to determine the effect of learning independence and self-efficacy on the understanding of trading company accounting for students at SMA Negeri 1 Moyo Utara. This type of research is associative research with 56 respondents who were determined by the census method. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and documentation. Data collection tool uses a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that learning independence and self-efficacy variables had a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on students 'understanding of accounting, and self-efficacy variables were the most dominant influence on students' understanding of accounting in the accounting material of trading companies. Based on the coefficient of determination, the variables of learning independence and self-efficacy contributed 82.60% to the understanding of student accounting. Based on the results of the study, it is suggested to teachers and students to be able to work together to create a quality learning process so that students can improve their understanding of the material being studied.

Abstract

This activity was claimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of cultivation partner group (Uma Pelam) and processing group (Wanita Rumpi Sayang Keluarga). The training and mentoring were conducted from March to June 2018 in Leseng Village, Moyo Hulu Subdistrict, Sumbawa Regency. The aproach used was active participation method, training and mentoring with the target were partner groups. The result showed that there were 85% of partners had actively implemented the community partnership program. The cultivation group had been understood the technique of corn cultivation in dry land and corn drying technique by utilizing the sunlight as a heat source. The processing partner have had skills to process corn into corn brownies, corn dodol, and corn chips (Semarang corn). Both of them have understood the technique of book keeping and group bussiness management. The existence of partner group have been widely known by the people in sumbawa regency with the publication of community partnership program activities in mass media Gaung NTB and Online Media Indicator Inn.

Abstract

Menjadi seorang guru di daerah terpencil tidak semudah yang dibayangkan. Memerlukan tekad dan semagat yang besar serta motivasi yang tinggi karena kondisi dearah terpencil sangat jauh berbeda dibandingkan dengan kota baik dari segi infrastruktur, sarana prasarana, media pembelajaran serta fasilitas pendukung lainnya. Namun bagi guru yang memiliki motivasi dan keyakinan yang tinggi akan kemamapuan dirinya, hal tersebut justru menjadi tantangan yang memacu dirinya untuk terus bekerja keras menjalankan tugasnya mencerdaskan anak bangsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat pengaruh motivasi dan efikasi diri terhadap kinerja guru sekolah dasar di daerah terpencil. Responden penelitian adalah guru SD yang tersebar pada tujuh SD di Kecamatan Orong Telu Kabupaten Sumbawa. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan kuisioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan antara motivasi dan efikasi diri terhadap kinerja guru SD di daerah terpencil. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik diketahui nilai Fhitung = 50,508 dimana Ftabel = 3,12 sehingga F hitung > F tabel dengan signifikansi p = 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti motivasi dan efikasi diri secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Dengan demikian maka, hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima.

Abstract

The difficulties that students feel when starting to compile their final project are the biggest obstacles in completing their obligations, especially in finding references and managing references. The writing and management system is still manual by copying and typing one by one, this has an impact on the length of the process in completing the final task in this case the thesis. To solve these problems, workshops on the use of technological advances were held because nowadays technological advances can be used to make it easier to solve these problems. One of them is by using Mendeley for managing and citing student thesis references. The purpose of this activity is to assist students in managing and citing references more easily and making thesis work time efficient. This activity was held by the Student Representative Council of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Samawa University as a form of their concern for the problems experienced by final semester students. Lectures, practice, and question-and-answer methods are used to convey material during the activity. This activity received a positive response from students who have been experiencing difficulties in preparing their thesis.

Abstract

Pembangunan sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat baik di tingkat lokal maupun global. Pengelolaan desa ekowisata yang berbasis potensi lokal memerlukan kepedulian dan partisipasi masyarakat untuk senantiasa berinovasi dan kreatif dalam mengembangan wilayah desa yang dijadikan sebagai desa wisata. Melalui Program pemberdayaan masyarakat ini dapat mengembangkan potensi-potensi desa. Salah satunya pada sektor wisata dalam hal ini kami membangun cafe outdoor yang bernama Se-payung Se-ate yang memiliki nilai jual di Keindahan alam. Diharapkan kafe Se-payung Se-ate dapat menjadi daya tarik untukberkunjung ke Desa Sepayung dan menjadi media penampungan bagi Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang ada di Sepayung untuk berkembang serta menjadi tempat penyerapan tenaga kerja berbasis ekonomi lokal.
