Abstract

Naskah ini merupakan kajian konseptual dari sudut pandang pendidikan Islam, yang mencoba untuk memberikan perspektif dari sisi yang berbeda, kajian kritis ini lebih kepada reformulasi zakat merupakan upaya ijtihad di bidang zakat untuk lebih mengefektifkan pelaksanaan zakat dalam konteks ruang dan waktu. Asumsi dasar reformulasi zakat itu adalah zakat merupakan ibadah sosial dan tata aturannya masih sarat dengan ijtihad. tulisan ini akan mencoba mengemukakan reformulasi zakat dalam tiga bidang. Pertama, reformulasi sumber–sumber zakat. Kedua, reformulasi pengengolaan zakat. Ketiga,reformulasi distribusi zakat.

Abstract

Research on the performance of general election supervisory committee in general election of legislative candidates in Parigi Moutong District 2014 has been carried out since March 2015 to May 2015. This study aims at determining the performance of general election supervisory committee in general election of legislative candidates in Parigi Moutong District 2014. The data were analyzed by using an interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The result of this research shows that the performance of Election Supervisory Committee is not optimal seen from the aspects (1) productivity in terms of quantity and quality of the available documents in the office of the elections supervision is not completely legally, (2) The quality of services is not adequate because the election committees of Parigi Moutong district were not able to carry out their tasks optimally (3) Responsiveness. Supervisory Committees in carrying out a task did not provide their time optimally to serve the public yet. (4) Responsibility. Election Supervisory Committees handled various violations incompletely (5) Accountability. The committees were not able to carry out tasks completely. The authority of election committees is limited understanding and reporting any violations in any incidents, so that what is reported is not fully completed.

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pengelolaan dana desa di wilayah Kecamatan Parigi Selatan Kabupaten Parigi Moutong. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum empiris dengan lokasi penelitian meliputi Desa Boyantongo, Dolago, Dolago Padang Dan Masari di Kecamatan Parigi Selatan. Penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data langsung yang diperoleh dari lapangan dan mengkaji bahan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan dana desa di Kecamatan Parigi Selatan Kabupaten Parigi Moutong belum terlaksana secara efektif, hal ini diketahui berdasarkan hasil penelitian yaitu terdapat beberapa kendala dalam penerapannya, meliputi kompetensi sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana, serta akses informasi yang minim. Efektivitas aturan pengelolaan dana desa Kecamatan Parigi Selatan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor meliputi: (1) Faktor hukum yaitu substansi hukum yang cukup kompleks dan tumpang tindih; (2) Faktor penegak hukum, yaitu keterbatasan sumber daya aparat desa sebagai pelaksana hukum; (3) Faktor sarana hukum, yaitu keterbatasan fasilitas jaringan internet dalam pengelolaan aplikasi pemantauan; (4) Faktor masyarakat, yaitu sikap apriori yang mengakibatkan partisipatsi dan aktivitas pengawasan menjadi terganggu; dan (5) Faktor kebudayaan, yaitu budaya patrimonial yang masih kental dengan masyarakat sehingga mengganggu aktivitas pengawasan pengelolaan dana desa.Kata Kunci: Dana Desa, Efektivitas Hukum

Abstract

Abstract. Every organization wants its employees to have a high ability to work discipline, and retain employes. High turnover rate which will cause negative impact to the organization , it is like creating instability and uncertainty of the condition of labor , the organization also lost experienced employees who have been getting a lot of training and ultimately need to retrain new employees. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of work load and work discipline on turnover intention. Sampling method using all population. The data is taken directly using a questionnaire with 120 respondents employees at YANIIBS Parung-Bogor. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression, analysis of data using SPSS software. Workload and discipline with the same affect turnover intention by 56.2% and 43.8% is explained by other variables. Research shows work load and work discipline togather significantly influence turnover intention. This means that variable turnover intention (Y) can be explained by the two independent variables work load (X1) and disciplin (X2). The results of analysis, showed that work load and discipline is a possitive significant effect on turnover intention. Work load variables are variables that most influence on turnover intention,also stated that increased workload contributed toincreasing turnover intention.

Abstract

This research aimed to: (1) analyze the differences in social studies learning achievement between the students using connected and integrated models and those using conventional model; and (2) analyze the hierarchy of the effect of the learning models  among the connected, integrated, and conventional. This experimental research employed a matching post-test comparison group design. The population of this research was National Standardized Schools of Junior Secondary Schools in Yogyakarta. The technique used for sample drawing was multistage sampling. In this research, the independent variable was the learning model which consisted of three categories: integrated, connected, and conventional models. The dependent variable was the mean score of students’ learning achievement in social studies subject. Data collection was done by means of an achievement test. Instrument validation was done by discriminating power and difficulty index, while the reliability was calculated by KR-20. The pre-requisite  test included normality and homogeneity tests. The normality test used Kolmogorov-Smirnov and the homogeneity test used Levene Test. Data were analyzed in one way anova analysis and continued with Scheffe comparison test on the significance level of 0.05. The results of the experiment show that there are  significant difference among the students’ learning achievement who used integrated, connected, and conventional models. The continued test using Scheffe ensured that the integrated model was more effective than the connected and conventional models, while the connected model was more effective in improving the students’ learning achievement in social studies subject compared with the conventional model. Therefore, the hierarchy of the effect of the learning models is first the integrated model followed by connected and conventional models. Abstract

The Banjarmasin’s Km.6 Terminal is an important component in the city’s transportation system, which is an enter-exit point of both passengers and cargos from the system. The terminal is not only the main functional component of the system, but also an infrastructure that requires a lot of resources and a place where traffic jam commonly occurs. Hence, a research needs to be conducted to evaluate the performance of Banjarmasin’s Km.6 Terminal by means of Importance-Performance Analysis based on the perception of both the uses and the providers of the service.The method being used here is the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), by measuring the performance of Banjarmasin’s Km.6 Terminal, based on the interest level assessment of the service providers, and performance assessment from the service users.The research shows high level of interest category in Banjarmasin’s Km. 6 Terminal’s performance according to the service providers, and low category for the assessment from the service users. From the assessment’s indicators, it is found that the terminal’s technical requirements, the terminal’s operational requirements, the terminal’s officers’ availability, and the terminal’s vehicle capacity are the indicators that have not yet met the requirement and therefore, must be prioritized to be improved.

Abstract

Pengajaran bahasa Jepang di Kota Padang Panjang semakin berkembang. Hal ini terbukti banyaknya sekolah yang mengajarkan bahasa Jepang. Pada umumnya pembelajaran tata bahasa Jepang di sekolah berhubungan pola kalimat dalam bahasa Jepang. Salah satu penentu dari pola kalimat tersebut adalah partikel karena sangat menentukan makna sebuah kalimat. Jumlah partikel yang cukup banyak membuat pembelajar harus lebih tekun dalam mempelajarinya. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya upaya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman partikel dalam bahasa Jepang. Pengabdian masyarakat ini, dilakukan dengan cara melakukan observasi terhadap guru bahasa Jepang dan buku teks yang digunakan, melakukan pelatihan pengajaran yaitu dengan penyuluhan, diskusi, dan latihan. Penyuluhan mengenai kakujoshi dilakukan oleh Ibu Lady Diana Yusri,S.S., M.Hum., dosen tetap di Jurusan Sastra Jepang Universitas Andalas. Selain itu, pembelajar bahasa Jepang juga diberikan pengetahuan kejepangan seperti pakaian tradisional Jepang dan seni melipat kertas oleh Bapak Idrus, S.S., dan Ibu Rahtu Nila Sepni, S.S., M.Hum. Peningkatan kemampuan pembelajar bahasa Jepang sehubungan dengan kakujoshi sangatlah dibutuhkan. Hal ini berhubungan dengan motivasi pembelajar untuk terus mempelajari bahasa Jepang. Abstract

Shodou is a traditional art form in writing kanji characters expressively and creatively. Japanese writing often used to practice Shodou is Kanji, which cannot separate from Japanese. In learning Japanese, we can used Shodou as a way to improve the ability of students, especially vocabulary mastery through Kanji writing. Therefore, Shodou needs to be mastered by Japanese language teachers. Shodou's training conducted by using lecture and training methods for Japanese MGMP teachers of senior high school in West Sumatra. The trainees were enthusiastic about participating in this Shodou training because they also gained knowledge about the benefits of Shodou in learning Japanese. The benefits of Shodou in learning Japanese include increasing patience, increasing concentration, increasing harmony, and improving memory.

Abstract

Origami is one of the arts in folding paper from Japan. Through this origami workshop, not only adults, even the children, could increase their imagination and creativity in the early years. Based on this reason, Japanese Department Universitas Andalas carried out the Origami workshop to the children in the PAUD Jannatul Nai'em Sungai Buluh. This workshop was a part of community service as the lecturer of the University. The workshop activity provided three sessions. The first session was to give an introduction about origami for understanding, history, types, and benefits of origami. The second session was training on making origami in various forms. Then the last session was evaluation, which aims to confirm whether the children could absorb the material well and whether the children could work on the process of making origami on their own. This activity was very beneficial for children in improving their motoric skills. Origami is an alternative skill game where the skill games begin to abandon due to the presence of a smartphone and other digital gadgets.

Abstract

Salah satu pemicu ditulisnya topik ini adalah berkembangnya teknologi yang bisa digunakan dalam pengajaran bahasa Jepang. Pembelajar bahasa Jepang dapat menggunakan web media untuk mempelajari bahasa Jepang. Tetapi permasalahannya adalah kurangnya pengetahuan pembelajar dalam penggunaan media ini. Salah satu hal yang dirasa sulit oleh guru-guru bahasa Jepang adalah bagaimana meningkatkan kemampuan kosakata atau disebut goi dalam pembelajaran bahasa Jepang. Makalah ini di fokuskan pada pembelajar bahasa Jepang yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pengajar bahasa Jepang khususnya guru-guru yang tergabung dalam Majelis Guru Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Jepang Sumatera Barat. Guru-guru bahasa Jepang diperkenalkan Portal Nihongo e-na, portal ini merupakan kumpulan web-web bahasa Jepang yang dapat dipilih levelnya sesuai dengan kemampuan kosakata pembelajar. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kosakata guru-guru juga dibekali bahan-bahan pembelajaran Goi terutama untuk menghadapi ujian kemampuan Bahasa Jepang. Cara belajar yang menarik dengan memanfaatkan web media akan meningkatkan motivasi pembelajar bahasa Jepang.
