Abstract

AbstractTeaching plan is one of the obligations that must be made by lecturer before conducting any lecture because teaching plan will be used by lecturer as a reference in determining Learning Outcomes (LO) and providing recovery materials in each semester. Unfortunately, there are still many existing teaching plans in College which are still manually developed. Thus, they may undermine head courses and Institute of Educational Development Study and Majors to perform learning monitoring and evaluation in the department.This research developes a system application which facilitates lecturer in managing teaching plan recovery and facilitates the Institute of Educational Development Study and Majors in evaluating the learning effectiveness, the suitability of the teaching journal and the achievement of Learning Outcomes. The system is developed using FAST method (Framework for the Application of System Thinking) and designed using a responsive Twitter Bootstrap template. The information generated system can also be used to support the cccreditation of Program Study. The testing process in this system uses blackbox testing to check the stability of the deployed system. The result of the test shows that all functions in the system runs perfectly, and the lecturers are more easily managing the Teaching plan, and the head of the Department can evaluate the suitability of the Teaching plan with teaching journal.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari pelaksanaan program kemitraan masyarakat di SDN Wedi Gedangan ini adalah pelatihan support system pandemic covid 19 di SD melalui pengunaan aplikasi smart psikotest dan perancangan desain smart bag inklusi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan di sekolah mitra. Hal ini merupakan wujud dari Tri Dharma perguruan tinggi yang diselenggarakan oleh Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo Adapun beberapa hal yang kita lakukan adalah serangkaian kegiatan untuk melakukan support sistem terhadap program inklusi yang sedang berjalan di sekolah tersebutRencana program kemitraan masyarakat sangat tertuju pada aspek pemberdayaan, pelatihan serta pengembangan keterampilan guru SD inklusi dalam rangka turut serta peduli siswa inklusi dan upaya memberikan bantuan layanan bimbingan konseling bagi siswa inklusi dan memberikan transfer teknologi berbasis digital untuk membantu pemetaan dan pengkategorian siswa inklusi di Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. pada bagian pertama kami menjelaskan tentang sebuah prototype Smart Survival Bag inklusi yang masih berupa desain awal, tujuan kami kami mengembangkan ini adalah memberikan kemudahan bagi siswa inklusi pada saat new normal nanti , pada saat masuk sekolah , siswa inklusi dapat lebih Mandiri pada saat mereka berada di luar rumah , desain tas ini dilengkapi barcode yang memiliki fungsi membantu orang lain di sekitarnya untuk memberikan pertolongan jika siswa inklusi membutuhkannya, dimulai dari menu alamat rumah, menu kontak telepon yang bisa dihubungi, alat pelacak GPS yang bisa di-instal di handphone Android, sehingga orang tua tidak lagi memiliki beban yang berat untuk mengajari anaknya agar Mandiri saat berada di luar rumah, tas tersebut juga didesain memiliki tempat duduk yang bisa dilipat yang berada pada punggung tas pada sesi kedua kami menjelaskan support system yang bisa dilakukan untuk melakukan tes psikology terhadap siswa baru baik inklusi ataupun reguler melalui sebuah aplikasi online pada saat pandemi covid yang mengharuskan semuanya harus tersistem dengan online mulai dari pendaftaran, hingga pengetesan terhadap siswa baru nantinya. pengaplikasian dengan menggunakan aplikasi ini cukup mudah kan guru dalam memetakan IQ siswa, sehingga potensi siswa bisa diketahui lebih dini, dan aplikasi ini bisa diakses secara online serta bisa dikonfigurasikan pada website sekolah nantinya. Solusi yang direncanakan untuk diterapkan dalam memecahkan masalah di sekolah mitra SD yaitu dengan cara pelatihan pelatihan support system pandemic covid 19 di SD melalui pengunaan aplikasi smart psikotest dan perancangan desain smart bag inklusi dengan beberapa tahapan diantaranya bekerjasama dengan guru koordinator yang membidangi siswa inklusi, lalu memilih beberapa guru pamong yang memiliki jiwa peduli social dan di rasa mampu untuk menjadi seorang konselor inklusi, melaksanakan pelatihan bersama guru, melaksanakan layanan psiko tes dengan aplikasi online, dan juga melakukan pengembangan Survival Bag Inklusi berbasis (Internet Of Things) untuk membantu siswa inklusi yang berkebutuhan khusus. Bagi kami semua siswa sekolah dasar baik mereka yang normal ataupun berkebutuhan khusus memiliki kesempatan untuk mendapatkan pendidikan yang baik pada sekolah reguler yang ada pada masyarakat agar potensi mereka kelak bisa berkembang dengan baik dan norma serta memiliki kehidupan dan masa depan yang cerah serah harapan ayah dan bundanya saat berdoa untuknya di rumah Kata Kunci: psikology online test ,prototype Smart Survival Bag inklusi, Siswa SD

Abstract

In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, we are in an age where the concept of an online system (cyber-physical system), the concept of the internet for everything or IoT (Internet of Things), and the concept of networking (networks). The creative economy must be the backbone of the Indonesian economy. In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, we are in an age where the concept of an online system (cyber-physical system), the idea of the internet for everything or IoT (Internet of Things), and the idea of networking (networks). The creative economy must be the backbone of the Indonesian economy. This research aims to measure risk so that risk indicators in business processes in the Creative Economy will be known. The method of carrying out this research is by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. Then do validation and reliability and calculate the indicators that have the highest level of risk. The results of this study are the demand risk variable with an indicator of the presence of business competitors with a value of 3.2 points which means that the risk is very high faced by business actors, and the raw material risk variable with an indicator of insufficient supply of raw materials with a value of 2.93 which means high risk faced by business actors.

Abstract

Sistem administrasi keuangan simpan pinjam pasti membutuhkan suatu buku kas. IGD (Instalasi Gawat Darurat) Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sidoarjo memiliki sistem administrasi keuangan simpan pinjam. Yang sebagaimana diperuntukan untuk mencatat pemasukan dan pengeluaran keuangan berhubungan dengan kebutuhan para karyawan. Saat ini sistem tersebut masih menggunakan teknik secara manual yaitu dengan mencatat pemasukan dan pengeluaran lewat buku. Sehingga terkadang karyawan mengalami kesulitan saat ingin mengetahui jumlah saldo dan kekurangan pembayaran mereka. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem informasi untuk pengolahan perihal tersebut, untuk membantu karyawan IGD mengolah keuangan perihal simpan pinjam. Pada sistem informasi simpan pinjam ini memiliki 3 user yaitu bendahara, anggota dan admin. Sistem informasi simpan pinjam ini dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman Android dan PHP dengan Database Mysql. Dengan menerapkan sistem informasi simpan pinjam ini dapat memudahkan pengolahan simpan pinjam yang dilakukan oleh pihak IGD. Sehingga karyawan tidak mengalami kesulitan saat ingin mengetahui jumlah saldo dan kekurangan pembayaran mereka.

Abstract

Efiling village information system is a collection of software and computer hardware and human devices that will process archival data in the form of village documentation systematically so that when needed again can be found again quickly which will be needed Bangun village. Archiving of the Bangun village is still manual and its layout is hard to remember in the long run when needed. The purpose of this study is to facilitate the admin, staff and the community in data archiving, data search and reminder functions in personal identity renewal and payment of land and building tax effectively and efficiently. Efiling system is designed by using PHP programming language and MySQL database consisting of 3 permissions by admin, staff, and community. This system works by scanning incoming data to be archived and stored in the village admin database and can be seen through the android community. The result of this application is to archive personal letters of citizens and as a function of reminder when personal letter updates and efficient tax payments. From the results of the application test found that 91% of applications run well.

Abstract

Sekolah inklusi adalah sekolah untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus yang diselenggarakan oleh sekolah reguler dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh pendidikan yang layak sebagaimana diamanatkan oleh Undang-Undang Pendidikan No. 20 tahun 2003. Di era baru yang normal ini, guru dituntut untuk dapat melakukan pembelajaran secara online. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan berbagai permasalahan yaitu dari aspek kurikulum dan tenaga pengajar yang kurang memahami teknis penggunaan TI dalam pembelajaran on-line. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan modifikasi kurikulum berbasis aplikasi on-line yang dilakukan oleh guru di sekolah inklusi di Kabupaten Sidoarjo untuk pendidikan dasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data kepala sekolah, guru, pembimbing khusus dan guru kelas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum sekolah inklusi berbasis aplikasi on-line tidak dapat disamakan dengan sekolah atau kelas reguler, tetapi harus dimodifikasi. Bentuk modifikasi yang telah dilakukan disesuaikan dengan karakteristik dan hambatan siswa yang dikategorikan menjadi tiga jenis yaitu ringan, sedang dan berat. Modifikasi meliputi bahan ajar, bentuk penilaian dan soal pengayaan

Abstract

This research was aimed to create a website based information system that can be used for summarize the flow and facilitate borrowing space in the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo by student organizations. The research method used by researchers is the waterfall method, but the data collection technique uses several ways, namely observation, interviews, and also literature study. Researchers made observations in student organizations to obtain data, in addition to met with the Directorate of Asset and Environmental Management to obtain data. The result of this research is that student organizations can borrow space online, and make it easier to recap data and also minimize duplicate data in the system. With more efficient procedures, the borrowing process becomes easier and more practical

Abstract

Exam is one form of evaluation used to assess the delivery of lessons that have been taught by teachers to students. The test is conducted to measure the achievement of students as students. If the results of the evaluation of the student learning process are deemed not optimal, the teaching and learning process must be improved in terms of both quality and quantity. Conventional exams are currently considered less effective, because they require a large amount of money and take a relatively long time to correct test results. The purpose of this study is to facilitate students and teachers in the process of administering the exam and can increase the effectiveness of the exam. The method used in this research is the waterfall method. While the data collection technique using quantitative techniques. The result of this research is a web-based online exam application which is expected to make it easier for students to work on exam questions anywhere using available devices
