Abstract

This study examined the effect of the brand image, perceived price, and perceived risk on purchasing intention. Samples numbered 62 people who intend to buy a Xiaomi smartphone. The population is number of the fifth-semester management economics students of the private economics institute in Bandung. Multiple regression analysis is a statistical method chosen to explore the observed variables. The results showed that the brand image and perceived risk is not significant influence purchase intention. Meanwhile, the perceived price significantly influences to purchase intention.

Abstract

The Student Work Lecture Program is one of Bina Bangsa university programs as one of Tri Dharma Higher Education implementations, namely student service to the community to help and guide the community in utilizing resources that are expected to help develop the potential of the community. This program aligns research and community service activities from lecturers and students across science and brings togetherness values. This implementation is an effort to develop Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises tike chip products to increase competitiveness as a typical regional food product that consumers demand through improvements in business management. By the problems these partners face, the efforts that can be made are improvements in business management through marketing, production, and financial aspects. The specific target of this activity is 1) improvement of business management through improvement of marketing strategies; 2) improvement of the production process; 3) The neatness of financial records. The methods used in this activity are socialization, training, and mentoring. The solution provided to the problem of marketing aspects is the expansion of offline market reach in stores and minimarkets around and the use of online marketing information technology through e-marketplaces and social media applications. In addition, the use of brands in the form of stickers/labels also helps expand market share. Problem-solving in the production aspect is done by creating product innovation through flavour and packaging variations in the manufacture of tike chip products supported by more attractive and competitive packaging that can help solve problems in the production aspect. Financial aspects, problem-solving is done through socialization, training, and mentoring in recording financial transactions, both income, and expenditure, to produce simple financial bookkeeping, to know business income in a measurable per certain period.

Abstract

The approach method used is socialization, training and mentoring. This activity is carried out to increase product innovation so that the selling value of bontot products increases. Abstract

This Research aims to determine the influence of the work environment on the performance of employees who are mediated by job satisfaction at the population Office and civil registration of Serang City. Sampling is done by non-probability samplingi.e. the saturated sample (census). The number of samples used in this study was as much as 61 employees. In this study, these three variables were analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis through the significance test with the SPSS program. The object of this research is all officers of the population Service and civil registration of Serang City. The results of the study showed that the working environment was influential in the performance of the population service and civil registration of Serang. Hypothesis 1 is supported, the working environment affects the performance of the Population Service officers and civil registration of Serang City. Hypothesis 2 is supported, the working environment affects the work satisfaction of the population service and civil registration of Serang City. Hypothesis 3 is supported, job satisfaction affects the performance of the Population Service officers and civil registration of Serang City. In addition, research results show that the working environment affects employees ' performance by being mediated by work satisfaction at the population office and the civil registration of Serang City thus 4 hypotheses are supported.

Abstract

One of the graduation standards for vocational high school students is implementing a competency test of expertise (UKK). The competency test of expertise aims to find out the level of competence of students, namely competent or incompetent. This skill competency test was followed by students and students of class XII majoring in Office Governance Automation, 17 people. UKK implementation during the Covid-19 pandemic was carried out offline for one day on Sunday, March 20, 2022. The method used in Abdimas activities is as an external examiner, an assessor to provide an assessment of UKK results that students of SMK Muhammadiyah Pontang have done. The results of the UKK implementation showed that 15 students had competent criteria with a score range of 80-90, and 2 students had fairly competent criteria with a score range of 70-79. The conclusion is that the competency criteria of prospective graduates of SMK Muhammadiyah Pontang have met the minimum requirements of competencies that the government has determined

Abstract

Conditions related to employee performance that impacts the performance of diamonds at the Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Banten Province. This is because it is signaled that there are some problems based on the observations of researchers.  This study aims to examine the influence between Leadership Style and Work Engagement with Employee Performance in BAPPEDA Banten Province. By using a descriptive approach to analysty which is quantitative research. Based on the research analysis obtained the value of coefficient of determination (R2)=40,3%. Partial test results of variable X1 of 3,593 and X2 of 3,275 were greater than 1,998 and sig. values < 0.05. The results of the study simultaneously obtained the results of Fcount = 20,922 > Ftable = 3,150. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the influence of the variable Leadership Style and Work Engagement partially and simultaneously on Employee Performance has a significant and positive influence

Abstract

The Company is required to have a reliable employee performance, at PT. Parkland World Indonesia 2, especially Stockfit Cell 5, has some obstacles in achieving the company's target due to the lack of focus of employees while working, causing a decrease in employee performance. This research aims to determine the influence of work conflicts and work environment on employee performance at PT. Parkland World Indonesia Plant 2 Serang-Banten. The research method used is Quantitative. With a population of 50 employees and a sample of 50, using saturated techniques, with the spread of questionnaires to 50 respondents employees at PT. Parkland World Indonesia 2 Serang-Banten. Based on the analysis of the study obtained the calculation value in the form of a coefficient of determination (R2 ) has a value of 66.6% which contributes enough in attachment to the influence between free variables against bound variables. T test result is variable work conflict obtained tcount value 7,002 > 2,010 ttable and work environment obtained tcount value of 4,354 > 2,010 ttable and signification value less than 0.05.The results of the study simultaneously obtained the results of Fcount of 46,844 > Ftable of 2,804. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the relationship between work conflict variables and work environment variables partially and simultaneously to employee performance has a positive influence even very significant

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pencapaian pengetahuan dan kompeten siswa SMK Muhammadiyah Pontang bidang Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran dan sebagai dasar mempersiapkan siswa untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Kegiatan dilaksanakan 1 hari diikuti sebanyak 18 siswa kelas XII untuk program studi otomatisasi tata kelola perkantoran. Metode yang digunakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu sebagai asesor atau penguji eksternal dimana penguji memberikan penilaian atas hasil Uji Kompetensi Keahlian (UKK) yang telah dilaksanakan oleh siswa. UKK dilaksanakan dengan 3 tahap yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil uji kompetensi siswa menunjukkan 17 siswa memiliki kriteria Kompeten dan 1 siswa memiliki kriteria Cukup Kompeten.

Abstract

One factor that encourages companies to do transfer pricing is the bonus mechanism. Bonusecanism is used as a moderating, reinforcing, or motivation-weakening variable of tranfer pricing. The purpose of this study is to analyze the causality between tax and transfer pricing in companies related to the manufacturing and non-financial services sectors in Indonesia and to analyze the role of bonus mechanism moderators in strengthening the effect of profitability on transfer pricing in companies related to the manufacturing and non-financial services sectors in Indonesia. This type of research is explanatory research, which explains one variable's causality relationship to another. This study used the analysis of the Granger causality test and hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination test, F test and t-test. The sample in this study is companies members of the KOMPAS 100 index in 2010-2020, totaling 100 companies. Based on the study's results, it can be concluded that: 1) There is a causality relationship between tax and transfer pricing. The amount of tax has a positive effect on transfer pricing. On the other hand, transfer pricing also positively affects the amount of tax. This suggests a causality link between tax and transfer pricing and as a form of tax avoidance by multinational companies; 2) The role of the bonus mechanism does not moderate the amount of profitability to transfer pricing. The decision of managers to pursue bonuses does not affect the amount of profitability to transfer pricing.
