Abstract

The success of a company's business wheels is with a good and purposeful management pattern. This includes organized financial records. This study aims to determine the application of the QASIR application in the Cash Sales Accounting Information System. This study discusses about Cash Sale before and after using the Qasir application. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Sources of data in this study were obtained through purposive sampling and snowball sampling, with primary and secondary data types. Primary sources, data obtained through interviews and secondary sources obtained from record sales and inventory of store owners. From this study, the results obtained in the form of the Qasir application that purchase transaction data can be automatically stored as proof of cash receipts, and through the Qasir application one can easily find out the amount of profit from the sale

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the productive economic sectors that can be a source of income for individuals. MSME activists in the 4.0 era are required to be more creative in innovating, both in terms of products and marketing through digital marketing. The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic which lasted quite a long time, had a huge impact on the MSME sector, due to limitations in conducting offline commerce. MSME activists and the surrounding community in the Kemanisan Village, Curug Sub-district were also affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, namely the decline in income levels and sluggish economic activity. Potential resources in Kemanisan Village are Chicken and Bamboo Shoots, quite high competition in sales of chicken and bamboo shoots. This community service is carried out to empower MSMEs in increasing incom.. The method of implementation is carried out by the experimental method, namely providing insight and direct experimental practice related to product innovation of processed chicken and bamboo shoots. In addition, it also uses the lecture method about digital marketing through the Shopee marketplace. Based on a series of activities that have taken place in community service activities in Kemanisan Village, several results were obtained, including the activity participants were able to produce shredded chicken products and meatballs aci bamboo shoots in packaging to operate shopee for online marketing, so that they had the opportunity to increase income

Abstract

The manufacturing industry is an industry that excels compared to other sectors, despite the pressure from the coronavirus outbreak. conventional medicine, pharmacy with a growth percentage of 5.59 percent. This study has the aim of understanding the partial relationship of X with Y and Z moderating X against Y in the Pharmacy sub-sector manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, and the population used is the entire manufacturing industry focused on the pharmaceutical sub-sector with a total of 10 companies and a sample of 7 companies, the observation period is 2016-2020. The results showed that the tcount of the Return On Equity (ROE) variable on Firm Value (X versus Y) using SPSS showed tcount > ttable (5.278 > 2.035) and showed sig results of (0.000 < 0.05). And Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) which is used for the moderating variable, the results of the MRA test are obtained showing the results of sig 0.011

Abstract

Reading is a source of knowledge, so the importance of reading skills that must be possessed by each individual, but the lack of public awareness in reading literacy in Tamansari Village, Pulomerak District. This community service in its implementation uses a survey method, with the targeted target being the community in Tamansari Village. The result of the implementation of this service is that it can increase reading literacy slowly for the local community, especially children. Based on the activities that have been carried out, it can be concluded that through the development of community reading parks and a good approach with the community in Tamansari Village about the benefits of reading, it can move people to start getting used to visiting Al-Barokah community reading parks and reading books

Abstract

Investors' decisions in terms of selling or buying shares, on average, are more concerned with the company's profit performance. This study was conducted to determine the intrinsic value of shares and the ratio of book value per share of TLKM for the period 2016-2020. The analytical tools used are the Dividend Discount Model (DDM), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Price to Book Value (PBV). In this study using qualitative methods with secondary data, namely the financial statements of PT TLKM. The results of the study show that the intrinsic value of TLKM shares assessed using the DDM and PER approaches resulted in the same condition, namely overvalued in the pre-covid-19 period (2016-2019), except in 2018 in the undervalued category. Meanwhile, during the Covid-19 (2020) period, TLKM shares were in the undervalued category. The results showed that the right decision during the covid-19 period was buying TLKM shares. The novelty in this research is to analyze stock price valuation through intrinsic value and book value.Keywords: Dividend Discount Model; Price to Book Value; Price  Earning Ratio; Stock Price

Abstract

Rendahnya daya beli konsumen terhadap produk Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah milik masyarakat setempat mengakibatkan menurunnya kesejahteraan perekonomian masyarakat di sekitar Kelurahan Pipitan dan Walantaka. Tujuan diadakannya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu untuk memberikan wawasan mengenai promosi dan menambah keterampilan masyarakat dengan melakukan pelatihaan promosi kewirausahaan dengan memanfaatkan media digital. Metode pelaksanaannya yaitu dengan cara penyampaian materi tentang wirausaha, promosi, dan media digital, disertai praktek dalam penggunaan media digital untuk membuat sampel promosi produk. Hasil dalam pelatihan ini yaitu peserta pelatihan mampu membuat promosi produk dalam media digital melalui aplikasi yang diunduh di smartphone dan menambah wawasan peserta sehingga lebih termotivasi kembali dalam menjalankan usahanya. Media digital sangat bermanfaat digunakan untuk kegiatan usaha seperti promosi produk, jangkaun promosi melalui media digital tidak terbatas, sehingga dapat meningkatkan peluang daya beli konsumen terhadap produk, dan dapat meningkatkan peluang dalam penambahan penghasilan bagi masyarakat di sekitar Kelurahan Pipitan dan Walantaka.

Abstract

Quality human resources are born from education. Good edducation will produce good human resources as well. Based on the condition in the field, namely in Kemanisan Village, that elementary school age children, sepecially grade one, still really need assistance in learning, for example, there are children who are still not fluent in reading, so this community service activity is carried out to help elementary school age children in grade one, so they don’t get left behind in the development of the learning process. This community service approach is participatory action reseacrh. After carrying out this activity through evaluation, getting quite good result for the transfer knowladge given to this children. So that the community service activities carried out are beneficial and have a positive impact on children who need assistance in learning

Abstract

This study aims to empirically prove the influence of financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective on company performance in the automotive sub-sector and its components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2021. The population of this study were 13 automotive sub-sector companies and its components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2021, and there are 4 samples of companies using purposive sampling technique. The study method is descriptive quantitative. The results of this study can be concluded that partially the financial perspective and customer perspective have a positive and significant effect on company performance, while the internal business process perspective has a negative and significant effect on company performance

Abstract

This community service aims to support micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in managing the financial reports of the businesses they run. Micro businesses, especially in the Tamansari sub-district, Pulo Merak sub-district, Cilegon city. Financial statements are one of the important components that must be owned by MSME actors. This is also widely carried out in the household environment, in order to supplement income or even as the main source of household income. Likewise, in Tamansari Village, Pulomerak District, the majority of the people's livelihood is trading. Various types of business carried out by local residents. Of course, in running a business, it is necessary to have financial management so that business owners are able to know the amount of profit earned. However, the local community's ability to manage financial businesses is minimal, making it difficult to distinguish venture capital and profit when earning income from a business. Based on these conditions, community service is carried out to provide knowledge about financial management and preparing financial reports in a simple way so that you can know the amount of profit. This community service uses the seminar method which takes place at the Tamansari Village Office with participants from MSME actors in the community around the Tamansari Village office. The results of this community service activity can increase knowledge about financial management and preparation of simple financial reports and implement the preparation of financial reports for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tamansari Village
