Abstract

Corporate Internet reporting (CIR) adalah proses komunikasi yang berkaitan dengan informasi keuangan dan non keuangan meliputi sumber daya dan kinerja perusahaan melalui internet . CIR mempercepat distribusi pelaporan perusahaan, sehingga perusahaan dapat melakukan berbagai tindakan yang diperlukan tanpa mengenal jarak, waktu dan tempat. Namun dari sisi lain, keamanan dari laporan yang dikirimkan melalui internet sangat rentan, terutama jika berkaitan dengan laporan keuangan perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini diusulkan penerapan steganografi pada CIR untuk melindungi data perusahaan dari pihak-pihak yang tidak berhak mengaksesnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa untuk menyisipkan 10 kB ≤ data ≤ 60 kB cover image harus memiliki ukuran piksel minimal 512x512 piksel. Nilai PSNR tertinggi didapatkan pada cover image berukuran 1024x1024 piksel yaitu 35,6 dB saat disisipkan data berukuran 55 kB dan 39,7 dB saat disisipkan data berukuran 27 kB. Nilai PSNR terendah didapatkan pada cover image berukuran 128x128 piksel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode steganografi dengan menggunakan algoritma DCT dapat diterapkan pada CIR dengan ukuran dan kapasitas data tertentu.

Abstract

Madura Island is a producer of aromatics tobacco known as Madura Tobacco. One type of Madura tobacco that has superior quality is tobacco Campalok. This tobacco is only in the village of Bakeong Guluk-Guluk district of Sumenep. Its price for each kilogram can penetrate up to two million rupiahs. But failing to harvest due to illness or pests can decrease the quality and price of tobacco Campalok, while the access to consult the agricultural experts in Sumenep district is far enough so the public difficulty getting information faster on tobacco disease treatment. This is the underlying research on the expert system for the identification of diseases in the Android-based tobacco crop.This Expert System was developed by utilizing Android-based mobile technology using the Fuzzy Inference System Tsukamoto method. Farmers who will use this application only enter the characteristics of tobacco leaves that are exposed to pests then the expert system will provide a way of overcoming the pest disease based on the expertise of agricultural experts in Sumenep district Using the Fuzzy method. The result of this research showed that 8 from 10 of diseases were successfully detected by the application so that the accuracy of this application compared to the human expert system is 80 %.

Abstract

Dissolved Oxygen (DO) is one of the most important parameters reflecting the ecological health of the river. DO supply must be maintained to support the life of aquatic organisms. DO supply obtained by oxygen transfer from the atmosphere to water. This research aimed to determine reaeration (continuous addition of oxygen) coefficients (KR) of Bedadung Downstream using the exchange of DO deficit. This approach uses the rate of mass transfer of oxygen from the air to the river water. The raw data was obtained by measuring stream-flow, temperature, and DO at three observed stations segment Balung district, Jember. The result showed the values of the reaeration coefficient (3 stations) were 36,084, 47,397, and 83,114 /day sequentially and tended to line up. The amount of KR obtained from the oxygen deficit and travel time of river water. The average KR was 55.532/day. High KR values indicate the ability of rivers that can supply oxygen naturally.

Abstract

In terms of Indonesian women’s health services are still treated unfairly and still are the number two. It can be seen from the report reporting Indonesia Human  Development Report 2005 on maternal mortality rate (MMR) delivery, which is currently listed at number 307 out of every 100,000 live births. This shows that the government has not seriously and equitable in the provision of health services particularly for women. Maternal mortality can be used as indicators of poor health services received by mothers and children and low access to information owned by mother and child.Keywords: Perempuan, Human Development Report, Angka Kematian Ibu, Indikator dan Kesehatan.
