Abstract

AbstrakSub-distributor PT Srikaya Makmur menggunakan metode manual dalam mengelola persediaan barang. Setiap transaksi keluar masuk barang dicatat manual dalam buku. Proses pengadaan barang belum memperhitungkan biaya yang diperlukan, sehingga beberapa barang mengalami kelebihan stok dan menimbulkan biaya gudang. Dalam penelitian ini, kami membangun sistem informasi pengendalian persediaan barang untuk membantu perusahaan mengelola data gudang dengan metode EOQ. Sistem informasi dibangun menggunakan model waterfall, bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Sistem informasi yang dibangun dapat membantu mengolah data gudang secara terkomputerisasi sehingga pekerjaan mengelola barang masuk, barang keluar, update stok dan pelaporan menjadi lebih efektif. Sistem dapat memberikan rekomendasi proses pengadaan barang sehingga dapat diketahui kapan staf harus pesan barang, berapa jumlah barang yang dipesan dengan biaya seminimal mungkin. Kata Kunci:  EOQ, biaya minimal, persediaan barang AbstractPT Srikaya Makmur's sub-distributor uses the manual method of managing inventory. Every transaction in and out of goods is recorded manually in the book. The process of procurement of goods does not consider the costs required so that some goods experience excess stock and cause warehouse costs. In this study, we built an inventory control information system to help companies manage the data warehouse with the EOQ method. The information system was built using the waterfall model, PHP programming language and MySQL database. The information system that is built can help process computerized warehouse data so that the work of managing incoming goods, exiting goods, stock updates and reporting becomes more effective. The system can provide recommendations for the procurement process so that it can be known when staff must order goods, how many items are ordered at a minimum cost. Keywords: EOQ, minimum cost, inventory
